I would actually challenge you to show me another detail shop that has a perfect rating. I don't think it exists. I spoke with Jay and he answered all my questions on the phone and when I dropped off the car, he made sure to walk me through what the scope of work was and discussed any additional options. I have a convertible and also elected to go with their protection treatment for the cloth top as well. Jay then gave me a quick shop tour and took me in the back check out the facility and some of the cars they were currently working on. The shop is so clean I would have no issues eating off the floor... literally. Got the call that the car was done and WOW. I couldn't believe it was the same car. Keep in mind the car only had 600 miles on it, but it looked like something on the floor at SEMA. It SPARKLED. Nothing looks as good as a clean black car and well... this was insanely immaculate. I forget the name of the tech that actually did the work on my car, but he was an absolute perfectionist. He was out there making sure every spec of dust or spot was gone, even during the delivery. AZ H.E.A.T. has earned by business for LIFE. I am over an hour away from them and will happily drive to have them detail my vehicles. Another 5 STAR RATING from me. They are THAT GOOD.

I've owned many new cars and after a couple of years they start to show their age, especially in the nose and hood areas. I did a Google search for companies that offered PPF and ceramic coating services. There were several in the area that had high 4 and 5 star reviews. Most of them let you request a quote through their website. There were a couple that had "call for a quote." I groaned a little as it was late at night and would have to call them the next day. In total, I reached out to 5 companies. Two never responded, another emailed me a quote, another blew up my phone with text messages and then there was AZ H.E.A.T. They were one of the companies that had "call for a quote." I called and spoke to Kyle. I told him what I was looking to do and he made suggestions. He educated me and took the time to answer all my questions. He also shared the company history. It's a family-owned business, him and his brother. I liked that, as I too had been involved in a family business. Kyle really seemed to want my business. I wasn't quite ready to commit as I wanted to get other quotes. He asked if he could follow up with me in a couple of days, I said sure. During this time, I tried to contact some of his competitors who hadn't followed up with me. I also texted Kyle a couple of questions about the process and whether or not I should add a tonneau cover and decals prior to being treated. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, even though I hadn't committed to using his company. The quotes I received were very similar with some claiming to have a special price that would expire at the end of the week. I said to myself, if Kyle follows up with me when he said he was going to, I would go with AZ H.E.A.T. Sure enough, after a couple of days, he called me. We scheduled the appointment and I brought the car in at the end of the day. They parked the truck inside and began working on it the next day. It took about 1.5 days to complete the full frontal PPF and 7-year ceramic coating treatment. When I went to pick it up, it was parked diagonally in front, and it looked amazing! Kyle and his brother Brett went over everything they did and what I should do to keep it looking like new. They also said to call if I had any questions. I had a great experience with AZ H.E.A.T. from start to finish. They were very professional and provided a great service at a great value. What more could you ask for. Great job Kyle and Brett! Little did I know how much damage that would cause to my brand new paint job. It seemed that every little thing would mark it up and just tarnish what was once a beautiful finish. I had heard about PPF and ceramic coatings, but they just seemed too expensive. Well, in hindsight, I made a bad call. When I traded in that car for a new one, the first thing I did was call East Valley Detail to get a ceramic coating. The result is outstanding. But even more so, they took the time to get everything perfect. I figured that a brand new car would be a quick job for them, but they were meticulous in their work. It was a real delight to see the care and pride they took in their work. These are guys who love cars and love to make them look beautiful. The pictures I'm attaching weren't taken directly after the coating. The real test for me was after my first hand wash. If a busy-lazy person like me, who hasn't hand washed a car in 20 years can make a car look this good, I think that speaks even more to the quality that they did. And you know what, it actually took me less time to wash my car that an automated paint destroyer, if you count drive time. Yes a ceramic coating is pricey, but hot damn, is it ever worth it.

The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.

He is a little more expensive than other similar places, but his yelp reviews are much higher -- so decided to pay his higher prices and use his services. I made the appointment without any problems, and he did the work in one day as promised. He also offers a 10 year warranty, which I found to be attractive. After a couple of months, I found the clear bra film on the edge of my hood to be peeling a little -- the spot was about the size of a pencil's eraser. So I called to have it looked at and repaired. It took him 5 minutes to repair the problem -- he used an exacto knife and a heat gun and it was fixed nicely. Hopefully, I will not have any other problems and this clear bra and window tint will last me a long time. But I am happy with his service and products. Only time will tell, but I am optimistic!
