I contacted them several weeks ago and was looking for some home windows to tint to block UV and heat After wasting my time measuring and sending pictures as requested I was told they had to abruptly go out of town I assumed once returning to their normal operations they would have reached out to potential clients whom they paused interaction with Upon messaging this company back and asking if they prepared a quote I was told no I feel that my time was wasted and from the beginning should have been told to find someone else. They get 2 stars for being responsive to messages even though I never received any estimate and therefore could not move forward with approving any potential estimate. I sent a quote request to several places for all 4 windows and Bret responded within a few minutes. I went through his reviews and saw all of the positive experiences. He got me in at his earliest appointment and made the process easy. When we arrived, he explained to us the kind we were getting and was honest and helpful on if we needed to add anything else. We stayed nearby and the car was ready in less than an hour and a half. When we arrived to pick up the car, he explained how to take care of it and if we had questions to reach out to him. This was my first experience with them. I called around and looked at the ratings. They came to my workplace in north Scottsdale, took out my 13-year-old tint, and put in the good stuff at a very fair price - not much more than some places wanted just to remove the old tint. Bret and the person who came out with him kept in contact with me from well before the appointment through the whole job. They were very professional and the new tint looks exceptional. Since it's a Prius (which can be like driving a greenhouse on a good hot Arizona day) I can expect the interior to remain a lot cooler now, and keeping the old car will feel more worthwhile. Overall not worth the money. Poor quality. After three different times installing window tint, my windows still have bubbles in them and are not properly installed. The car I bought was already tinted with 30% light transmission, but that wasn't enough for the crazy hot AZ summers. Bret, the owner of the company was extremely easy to work with and we communicated through text to organize and set up the tinting service. He came to my house on a Saturday morning and with all his tools and supplies, removed my original tinting and re-tinted my entire car in less than 3.5 hours! I requested 18% for driver and passenger windows and 5% for the remaining backseat windows, back windshield and visor strip. His work was very precise and clean especially around my front cameras. The pricing was very fair: $125 for removal, $25 for visor strip, and $225 for the new tint: $375 total (high performance tint-lifetime warranty). I was pleased with the work and now my car cools down way faster especially when I have to park outside! I now have so much more privacy, security and protection from the harmful and strong UV rays.
