I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. I found Bret on Yelp. He was the first to respond and was quick to give me accurate pricing. I scheduled for him to install and he was on time and did it in less time than he estimated it would take. He was honest about all of the products and benefits of each one. He was also upfront of some possible issues with accessing my back window, but checked and verified he could do it before the work had started, not tell me he could not do it correctly after half of the job had been completed. I recently purchased a new vehicle and wanted the windows tinted darker than what the dealer had installed prior to putting on the lot. Four requests for quotes were sent out based on reviews here on Yelp. Bret was the only one who called, within 30 minutes, and on a Sunday no less. He did the work that Friday and I couldn't be happier. He was on time, very professional and thorough with his work. Great work!! The existing tint on my '04 BMW 330i was peeling badly after 15 years in the hot AZ sun. I reached out to Bret via Yelp and he responded almost immediately. We arranged for a time when he could come to my home and get the job done. He was on time and did an excellent job of removing the existing tint and replacing with new and much better quality film. Great product, great service. Bret just finished the windows on my Raptor, and it looks great. Drove it briefly just to see how the heat rejection is on the ceramic tint, and it is as good as he said it would be. He scheduled a convenient time, came to my house, and did the whole thing, windshield included, in about 2 hours. Prices were fair, can't beat a lifetime warranty. Got all 4 windows plus rear window my Maxima tinted by Bret. Came out to my house and installed it all in under 2 hours. Looks great and I would definitely recommend him for tinting. Going off of Brets recommendation I got the regular window tint which is metalized and even though I've heard that metalized tint can interfere with electronics I've had no such issues at all. Best part is it is cheaper than paying extra for ceramic tint at other places. read more

Okay so Brett was very polite and nice. When he opens my door and scratches the paint on my door and does not move my truck, so while he is tinting my window he rubs all the paint off on the side of my door. He made it a point to correct the issue and make it right. Despite the guy that was supposed to fix the paint spot, he owned the issue and did what he needed to to get it corrected. read more
