Star FAR FAR away from these folks if you care at all about your vehicle. I found them to be UTTERLY incompetent, complete liars and awful business people. Back in December of 2024 I initially contracted them to install several simple and basic systems into my brand new 2024 Ram 2500. 1. 2 grill light strips. 2. 4 wheels of rock lighting. 3. Basic ambient lighting in front and rear cabs of the vehicle throughout dash and doors. 4. Dash cam video recorder. 5. Air Horn. 6. Ambient floor lighting. Pretty simple stuff. I estimate a dedicated technician would in most cases be able to finish all installs in about 2 full days. THAT WAS 6 MONTHS AGO. They had my vehilce for a minimum of seven full days and nights, maybe eight over that six month period. 6 months not my choice......they ordered the "wrong" parts, they ordered the "right" parts and installed them on another vehicle. They could not "get" the parts because of Chinese tarrifs. (I called 3 other busineses with similiar advertised skill sets and was laughed at for Tint World's China excuse) They did not have the staff. Multiple staff memebers were fired and on and on it goes. So let's review the jobs. 1. Air Horn-did not work properly from the day they installed it. I was told the compressor was bad and they would replace. They "ordered" it. 2 months later still nothing. Took it to a new guy yesterday. According to him there is NO compressor on this type of horn. The relay they used got wet and shorted out the first time I took it through the car wash. They should have seen that but LITERALLY never looked at it. Also, the horn when it does work sounds like a dying cow. Guy today told me that it is not getting enough power because it is not installed correctly. 2. 2 grill light strips. They originally installed one and "for some reason the 2nd one was not sent. A couple of weeks later when it was installed it was UPSIDE DOWN AND BACKWORD. That is the equiliant of a Math teacher not knowing what 2+2 is. When they "fixed" it I told them the epoxy would be weak and would come unglued since it was being removed and reinstalled. They assured me it would never happen. 3 hours later I was in the parking lot of Walmart regluing the light strip. 3. The rock lights appear to have been done correctly and have continued to function. That was installed on the first day they had the truck in December of 2024. 4. Ambient lighting. I have at leat 2 different types of lights and 4 remote controllers. When they returned my truck after that little fiasco the battery was dead so they then went and cut 2 switches into my brand new dashboard so "it could never happen again." I allowed it because I was so frustrated I just wanted a drivalbe vehicle. At this point my truck had 3000 miles on it. We started at 1500. Nothing was done on the door panels at all until months later. The tech yesterday informed me that they are those lights are being used essentially incorrectly. They were installed because one of the guys told me he had to bring in his "own personal" lights from his home since once again they had scheduled me but somehow did not have the parts. I was supposed to be eternally grateful for that. 5. I specifically had the dash cam installed due to an incident of vandalism on April 1st of 2025. The camera was installed 5 days later. As I type this on May 17th of 2025 I have not been able to use the dash cam system. After contacting Drone Mobil again, they explained to me that they really could not beof any help to me since the ignition wire had not been installed and that would have to be done first. I could go on and on and on. As I mentioned earlier before, the original tech and site manager were BOTH fired about 2 months ago. FINALLY, maybe competency would show its head. NO SUCH LUCK. I gave up yesterday. I have paid these folks about $1,700. Not to mention the $300 in Uber rides referenced by others leaving reviews. NOW, I have to pay a new business at least another $1,200 to make work what they installed. Now, when they reply to this post they willl trist it around and blame me. If you look at the Google reviews they accept responsibility for nothing and bring it back around to the consumer. I am 58 years old. This MIGHT be the worst consumer experience of my lifetime and the ONE AND ONLY negative review I have EVER left in my lifetime. read more

HORRIBLE! On Friday March 1, 2024 my husband had an appointment to have speakers installed, old tint removed from previous car owner and Re-tint. While tinting my husband's car (all windows) they accidentally cracked the front windshield. We were totally understanding, things happen. They said they would need to order another windshield. They scheduled my husband to come back the following Friday March 8th @ 10am. My husband arrives at 9:58 am only to be told the technician is NOT there yet because he had to go pick up the windshield 30 minutes away but he will be back in an hour (even though my husband's appointment was scheduled for 10am (this was NOT a walk in). We live 45 minutes one way. Out of frustration but trying to be patient and understanding , my husband decided to take a walk and grab a bite while waiting. When my husband returned 2 hours later his car was still sitting in the same place, they HAD NOT TOUCHED IT. My husband politely asked what was going on and was told, "let me see". They quickly get someone to start on his car. My husband had to cancel his upcoming appointment and the only thing the guy say is "Sorry about that". I asked if they would at least be willing to take something off of the bill for the major inconvenience, gas and for being completely inconsiderate of the scheduled appointment time. The rude guy said, "We replaced your windshield" I said, "you were supposed to replace the windshield your guys cracked it". You crack the windshield and replace it and that's considered some type of compensation for this inconvenience". He said, the best we can offer is a car wash. I said, WOW!! Really!!! We would have to drive all the way back here another day because you can't wash it now after putting in a windshield. It's the fact that they were not willing to offer my husband ANYTHING. Not a freaking Uber, a meal, something towards his gas NOTHING! Except to drive back 45 miles for a car wash. Why go back some place that treats customers that way. NO THANK YOU!!! I have 2 other cars that need tinting and was considering going here, I had even gotten quotes but thanks to this experience I will NOT use these guys. I arrived at this establishment based off of a referral. They did give me a great discount based off the referral which was awesome! But... It most definitely wasn't worth the headache and extra time invested. I just arrived here on my 3rd visit. The first round of tint had to be peeled off and replaced it had so many air bubbles. The manger had 4 children there, ages 3-12 running around and no other customers in sight. I dropped off my challenger off for stripes and tint, I was told it was gonna take a little bit longer which I was okay but told them I had to go on a trip to Florida and wouldn't be able to pick up till after the trip which they were fine with. When I was on the plane back home I checked my vehicle tracker and found that it wasn't at the shop, not a call or text or anything notifying me that the car was supposed to be there. I ended up spending all night trying to figure out if it was stolen. I had to call them the following morning to be told they messed up the clear coat and had to send it to their sister shop to get the work redone. it then kept taking longer and longer. First I called to get pricing options, and was given a price of $499 for ceramic at 15%, made my appointment. Arrived at appointment discovered it was over $100 more for the tint option that I thought I was already given a price for, decided to do just the front windows. Waited two hours. When it was finished, I was told that the 15% is not available and they installed 20%. Noticeable difference, was lighter than the rear factory tint. Ultimately had it removed immediately and left with a waste of my morning. Very disappointing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

Whatever you do don't go to tint world. They give you a price you agree them next thing you know the price just got inflated by several hundred dollars for no reason. I called and spoke with Ricardo the end of January to get full tint and windshield on my Tesla x and I have the quote for $700. I just called to get it scheduled and not the price went up to almost $1000. The reason i was told was because of the size of the windshield. Well that makes no sense because my windshield didn't grow from January when i was quoted for my Tesla x. When i was confronting the last about the price jump all she could say is it was the size of the windshield which obviously didn't grow from January so their reasoning is invalid. This location just did a full tint job on my 2024 Audi A6 on 6/8/24. They told me my car would be done in about 3-4 hours. I dropped it off at 9:45am and the car was not ready until 5:30pm. The job they did was horrible, it looks like it was rushed and they left the inside of my car dirty with the glue from the old tint on my door panels and also under the new tint. For a $1,000 tint job I expect the job to be done right and at the very least my door panels to have not been left dirty with the old glue and all the over spray. All my windows minus the 2 small rear quarters need to be redone, refused to fix. The rear windshield was not cleaned all the way and has old glue that was never removed. All the windows have trash/glue between the tint as well as air bubbles. Also, the 2 front windows were left with a gap on the front and have light coming in. The windshield was also left with air bubbles. I had set up an appointment for my wives 2024 Audi Q5 for the exact same service for Saturday 6/15/24 but after this horrible job/service I am not letting them touch any of my other cars. read more

The team at Tint World is amazing. They do so much more than just tint. My wife and I are pretty picky about our stuff, especially our cars (We're cheap too). We had the windows tinted and paint protection film (PPF) done on both of our cars in the past. Tint World did a 1st class job! Where to start... they didn't finish my truck the day of my appointment. The tint was cut short on 2 of the corners on my windows. There are bubbles under all the tint and it appears to already be lifting on the back window. After spending over 700 on there top package I expected alot more. The manger could not care less and left after I addressed the 8 inch bubble on my windshield. And to top it all off they took a chunk of paint off my door all the way down to bare metal. save your money and don't make the same mistake I did. read more

I recently had a stereo installed and supplied all the equipment. I was not given a quote on install but was assured it was an easy install. $900 later, and my unit is working. Lights on dash are low, and air bag light is on. I reached out to the owner 3 times and stopped in. He spoke to me once and assured me he would figure out something. He never returned my calls after that. They do good tint, but I would no recommend stereo install labor is outrageous. Plus, they don't stand behind work. I took my car to Kelly at level 10 audio. He fixed all my stuff and came to find out the reason it didn't work. Were there items left on the original head unit that needed to be installed on deck. I had my truck wrapped here 3 years ago the wrap faded and cracked. They drug me along for over a year telling me that the manufacturer of the wrap was asking for documentation. I was told when I purchased my wrap that the film had a 7 year warranty. Now after fighting with them for a year they tell me that due to the fact we live in Az the warranty is only 1 year. As you approach Tint World...keep going. You really don't want these folks working on your car, unless you're into overpaying....I mean, really overpaying! Here's what happened. My boys and I have spent the past few months restoring an old pickup truck with a tiny cab - not extended. Problem 1: The truck had a shot headliner. Some clown in North Scottsdale quoted me $400 for it. I knew that was totally nuts. So, I went to Tint World. I was quoted $349. That's still nuts! It's a tiny headliner. But as luck would have it, as I was leaving Tint World, I saw an upholstery shop across the street called Covers Plus Upholstery. I spoke to the owner - Rex. Super guy. He did the headliner for $120 and it is perfect! Problem #2: Tinting. There are three small windows on this truck - it's a mini pickup. Three. Somehow, Tint World thinks that $180 is a fair price for tinting three small windows with basic grade tint film. An experienced tint installer could do this job in under 90 minutes. Other shops were quoting much lower prices, but we couldn't get us in for a couple weeks. So, my boys and I ordered ceramic film on Amazon and we taught ourselves how to tint. Honestly...it's really easy if you're willing to take your time. And now the pickup is sexy and awesome with its premium film dark windows and fresh headliner, and we tinted it for a third what Tint World was going to charge me for crummy tint film. What's Good?: It was easy to find Tint World and their showroom is clean. read more
