would leave zero stars if I could. I brought my new 2026 Toyota Camry in to blackout tint the day after I purchased it. I dropped off at 9 and never received a call or text so I called around 230 only to receive a text back saying it should be done in an hour. I go there to pick it up after the hour has passed and beyond and it's still not done. I was then told that the visor was being redone, first clue.... Then after a while passes by in waiting in the lobby and hear music so loud coming from the shop that it's shaking the walls. I was then told they are moving around cars to get mine out. I got my car when it was done and walked around. I saw several areas of bubbling which I've never seen before on previous vehicles being tinted elsewhere but they told me it's normal and will go away. Time will tell. I drive to the store and walk around and see a huge burnt/melted plastic piece on the outside of the B panel mounding. It looked like they melted it with a heat gun. I call the shop immediately and no answer. I then get a text saying we missed your call and I replied with the picture of the burnt paneling. I am told the issue will be fixed. I tell him I want it fixed by a Toyota dealer because it is a brand new car and I am told that in the agreement I signed that they do repairs. I called the dealer and was told the part is $42 and labor would be about $180. I then tell them the cost and he said he needs to ask his boss to get approval to reimburse costs from the dealer. To be continued.... Also to add. When my car was taken out of their service garage and brought up front, a young male with sagging pants got out. When I sat in my car I immediately smelled smoke. So I don't know if he just smelled like it really bad and it passed off into my new car or they were smoking in the garage. Either way not a pleasant smell especially since my wife had asthma and I have small children. I later found water all over my floor mats and several cut pieces of tiny laying in the cabin. Not a big deal if it was only that but the biggest issue is that they damaged my brand new car. The person that did it had to have known. I will post later with an update as I am supposed to hear back tomorrow from the boss. Beware! read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL DO A TERRIBLE JOB AND RUIN YOUR CAR WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I brought in my recently purchased BMW 7 series and they broke my rear power shade, used an excessive amount of water ruining the leather on my front doors. Along with that they didn't even do a good job with the tint leaving bubbles everywhere that did not go away. Hector will dodge you and act like he's going to fix the problem and will constantly tell you that their "guys" are going to fix the problem. In the end they'll just give you the run around and won't actually do anything to fix the issues. I wish I had never went here for tint in the first place and would advise anyone I meet to never do business with them. read more

Great customer service, fast, pricing was worth it.. a little quality control on the front windshield. You can see some of the stretch marks if that's what they're called from the tent. And the passenger side window had a couple noticeable dust. Again, this is all done by hand so I don't expect perfect. Not sure if it's a quality issue, but I've had tons of cars tinted, but in my truck I kept on hitting the window with my seatbelt in it chipped. The tint really easy. read more

Took my 2026 Tesla Y in for protective film, ceramic coating and tinting. After a couple weeks, brought the car in for post work inspection to correct any imperfections that didn't go away on their own. Marcos and Hector are very accommodating and I know the guys in the shop are working their best to please their customers. I'd probably go somewhere else if I had to choose again. They left material on the film, the edge cuts are jagged and sloppy. I left the vehicle with them all day so they weren't rushed. Their "top of the line" ceramic film works ok but not worth the money in my opinion. Probably would have been fine with the lower tier ceramic. When I went to pick my vehicle up, the guy at the counter was on the phone and couldn't be bothered to speak with me, just hands me the keys while still on the phone. They also charge you first when you drop the vehicle off, which I thought was weird. So you're already paying upfront for a subpar service, don't know how they're still in business. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. We brought our brand-new Yukon Elevation in for a chrome delete and window tint. From the start, communication was terrible, details were missed, and we were left feeling gaslit throughout. Our Yukon badges were painted in place (not removed like we talked about), leading to permanent etching on the paint. The chrome on the door handles couldn't be painted, aka "deleted" (something we were never told upfront), and the shop's handling of issues was frustrating. The owner did eventually reach out to my husband, but after we said we weren't happy with how everything turned out, he said he'd contact his business partner who specializes in paint. We never heard back. To make matters worse, less than two months later, the tint is bubbling, lifting, and the windows have permanent streaks. Our brand-new car was completely mishandled, and this shop has not stood behind their work or made it right. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! We dropped off our car June 24 (Tues)) for protection film and detailing inside and out. They promised it would be done Thursday (June 26). We went there and they did a terrible job and had to redo it. They had to pull the film off and said it left some glue and would fix it. We were there yesterday evening when they THOUGHT it would be done. They said to come back by 8am on June 30 (Monday) and they would have it fixed and ready to go. Well, here it is July 1 and so far they called and said they still need more time...later today. Like we should believe them. We are not happy about this go around and getting no where. Not to mention we need the car back. This is total BS. They look overwhelmed with too much business and I feel like they are putting us on the back burner. We've been very nice to this place but not any longer if this is taking more time and not a good job. We will be reporting them to BBB and Chamber of Commerce if necessary. read more

I contacted Bree to have my vehicle tinted. She was super professional and made sure she explained my options and the pros and cons for each. Bree informed me of other services they offered like ceramic coating and wraps. I then met Josh. Josh was also professional and went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. There was a mishap with two major scratches that were found after the vehicle badges were removed. Josh communicate with me and kept me informed. After assessing the scratches it was determined they came from a previous service from a different company. I love my tint and my paint looks phenomenal! Thanks Bree and Josh for doing what you do and making me want to continue to do business with you and your team. read more
