Denote was my technician and he was also a good representation of professionalism and took care of installation, vacuuming all the glass and didn't leave any glasss in my drive way. I was referred to them by my Insurance, State Farm and they will now be my preferred choice for my households auto glass replacement. I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

Great experience working with Gold Star Auto Glass…read more I woke up to discover a small windshield chip/star had expanded overnight into a pretty large and winding crack. After imagining the worst case scenario dealing with insurance and the auto glass business- I decided to check the trusty Yelp app to see if I could find a competitive price to replace the glass. I called a few five-star providers in my general area that were able to come to me. Gold Star had the best price and was able to come to me same day! They arrived on time and began working on the car after a few basic questions. I would say the overall project took around 60 minutes and the work was excellent. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windshield for leaks, whistles, etc. That's a nice touch. Gold Star was about $50 less than the next competitor and as much as $100+ cheaper than some of the "big box" chain companies. It was a good experience all around and I would certainly recommend Gold Star to anyone. I ended up circumventing my insurance and simply going out of pocket but I did notice that Gold Start works with just about any insurance company so that's another plus. Give them a call!

He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. The back window of my 1986 Toyota Van was vandalized several years ago, and I was unable to find a replacement despite calling a number of auto glass shops, looking online, and calling auto yards. A friend at work said that Agave Auto Glass could find anything. I was skeptical, but gave them a call. To my astonishment, they did find a window in New Mexico! It took awhile for the window to be shipped, and in the meantime the windshield on the van got chipped by a rock thrown up by a truck, and a crack was aggressively working its way across. On the morning that the back window was scheduled to be installed, I called Agave and asked whether they could find a windshield - and to my astonishment (I swear that I am not making this up!), they found one in Tempe, picked it up, and installed both windows that morning!! If I could give Agave 6 stars, I would! read more

Hector from agave auto glass just changed out my windshield and it looks great. Quick and friendly service and showed up to my house when it worked best for me and had the best price. Shopped around and they had the best response time and called and had a text line so they made sure they had the right glass before they sent it out. I would recommend to anyone looking for honest and great workmanship to contact them and find out for yourself. We took our car into Agave to have our old tiny removed and new tiny installed. From the minute we walked in we were made to feel very welcome. Connor came and discussed the different choices we had. Our back window has a dog matrix which made removal very difficult. Connor worked tirelessly to get it removed. We cannot be happier. Connor and his team are spectacular. They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. Guy cracked my windshield…read more Fresh chip this morning, immediately took it to these guys, within 3 hours of the chip, for a quick chip repair. Now I'm leaving with a footlong crack across my drivers window now and out of luck, needing a full windshield replacement now which will cost me over a grand. Thanks! All he could offer was a "sorry" and drove off. Would not recommend.
