Horrible! They have zero knowledge of RV glass. They put primer on the glass and the urethane just pulled the primer (paint) away from the glass . So it was just a matter of time before it completely fell off. Nothing better then having your window come apart while driving down the highway. Called for help and they said I was less then 30 days past their warranty expiration and they WOULD NOT FIX their faulty workmanship. We had to spend 3K to fix their horrible work! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE if you want quality. read more

I needed to get my wife's windshield replace and called Agave to set something up. It all went well and smoothly. They were able to setup an appoint for installation at our house. The repairman was super friendly and helpful. He was able to replace the windshield pretty quickly. Talk about customer service -- they are amazing!! Christian and Nathan were amazing, got insurance approval and scheduled with no issues. Installers showed up early which was amazing and were so polite! They came to my work and were in and out in no time. I was seeing patients so they text me when they were done and locked my car. One quick call to a most gracious Kaley Got me on the right side of the tracks, so to speak. Destiny greeted me Hayden, my installer put me at ease on the spot....professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Gabby brought me a cold water and I settled into a rather plush and comfortable couch with glass windows on one side and a nice glare free flat screen on the other.....really nice. Shelby came in a little later to see how I was Doing and if I needed anything. Job is now done and done quite nicely thank you! BTW the bathroom is really nice too. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Agave Auto Glass. The team members gave me a very reasonable quote for my Tesla Model X, they were friendly, welcoming and gave me a place to hang out and work while they worked on my car. They did an amazing job on my front windows and I am very happy with the quality of work. The film cut is absolutely perfect, even, and consistent. There isn't a single bubble or imperfection. The job took under 1.5 hours. These fellas are the real deal!! Highly recommend. read more

So far my experience with Agave has been top notch!! This darn AZ environment with rocks can certainly be a bear! lol I have had 2 windshields replaced and one chip repaired. The staff has been very friendly, prompt and thorough with the entire process. The last company I used to replace glass never advised that I would need a system calibration on lane departure that is in my Tahoe. Well, Agave did and handled the whole process of scheduling which was included in my insurance repair! Keep up the good work! read more

They were amazing! Very communicative throughout the whole process, showed up for my appointment on the earlier side of my scheduled time slot, and replaced it super efficiently! Thank you guys, will be recommending you to others!! :) read more

Mobile Car Wash Service: Setting up an appointment was super nice and easy. It was done over texting which was super painless. Their Saturdays are always booked but waiting two weeks was totally worth it. Today I had my appointment for my car wash at my home. The time frame was pretty wide of when they would arrive but it was worth the wait. The guy who came by to do the work was super nice and explained the process to me. Being an essential worker, this is a must have since I need to lower my risks in order to do my job. I greatly appreciate this type of service during COVID. I will be recommending this to my other fellow essential workers and friends. And I will most likely be looking into what other services they provide. You guys are awesome! read more

I chose Agave Auto for one because of their good reviews and mostly because their website advertises, "As a thank you from us, all of our customers receive a free $300 gift card with all insurance replacements". No complaints on the windshield replacement, they did a great job. However, their website advertising is very misleading. The above quote came directly from their website. "A free $300 gift card" if interpreted literally indicates a single card would be issued. I did NOT get a single $300 gift card, instead i received a $75.00 visa gift card, a $150.00 gift card for Coconut carpet cleaning, a LA Fitness card that gives me one free month gym membership and $25 card for a retail store called State Forty Eight. The Visa card is great and is what i expected. All the other cards are BS and I wont use. read more

Updated Review: lowering my rating of them because I purchased a new vehicle and was planning to use agave auto glass for tint, but they will not honor the Instagram promo code they had advertised on @seeittryitloveit for 50% off tint. I recently had my windshield replaced by Agave and I can not rave enough about how wonderful of an experience from the quote requesting, to the appointment setup, to the appointment fulfillment and finally to the post job billing and wrap up. I had shopped around to a few different locations for the replacement and Agave gave me the most fair quote for what I needed. Rikki was a dream to work with in the pre and post appointment and my guy Hernan was AMAZING when he came to fix the windshield. Had a great, quick conversation before and after he did the phenomenal job on my windshield. All of this to say.... If you're looking for someone to do anything auto glass related, look no further. Agave is ALL about customer service and quality glass replacement. I appreciate their commitment to service. I received a great price to replace my windshield. After an untimely incident at the softball field with a foul ball, I did not have time or energy to replace a shattered windshield. And with this pandemic going on scheduling was quite difficult. After I inquired for an online auto glass quote, I was immediately contacted with a competitive price and convenience to setup an appointment. No business pressure to purchase. Simply quality customer service. Thank you for making the replacement process easy for me and stress free. read more

Over the past 90 days the service has degraded, there does not seem to be any loyalty of consideration for the customer occurring like it has been in the past. I have experienced the following: 1. Friendly text emails and reminders have stopped occurring. And if they occur the individual does not arrive in the window of time stated. So this comes across as no respect for the customers time. In that the customer cannot count on the service showing up within the window of time stated. 2. When you call the office and speak to Leo you hear promises that just turn into disappointments, in that yes the person will arrive during scheduled time. I will make sure they are aware and only to hear that when the person does show up no communication has occurred. 3. Management just doesn't seem to care about their customers experience - an example...excuses are given; Latest seems to be a 100% price increase on services provided with no notification of an increase occurring and a charge directly to my card. First off 100% increase? Really? Then no courtesy to inform the customer? 4. Example - spoke to Leo today 5.16 prior to 5pm and was told I would get my standard reminders of service. Here it is 9:02 pm and nothing received. In summary they seem to struggle with execution and customer service. Fees went up and service went down, in fact I got better service when the fees were lower. I would expect the opposite to happen. If fees go up then the service should as well. Only positive, is when and if the individual arrives they do a good job in washing my cars. The struggle is all other activities outside of once arrived. read more

I originally called Sheri at Coconut Cleaning. We got our carpets cleaned aside from the best customer service, the work was perfect! They got all of our stains out with one service. I was telling her I'm taking care of the things I needed to do and get scheduled, I mentioned I had to find a window replacement and she referred Agave Auto Glass. I was so impressed with the customer service I trusted her recommendation. I was referred to Gabby at Agave she scheduled me right away and they called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The best thing is that they come to your house it took 45 minutes. I was so impressed, Steve was also very friendly and knowledgeable answered every question most importantly reminded me not to wash our car until the glue dries it took 48 hours. I will definitely be using both company's again! read more

Beware of your $300 gift promo. It's a scam! Really all you will get that is worth it is $50 visa gift card. The $150 gift card to coconut cleaning is really not a gift card as you can't apply it unless you pay full price. You also really don't get the rest as they are just really coupons. If you have a newer car with a front camera they also don't calibrate the windshield. Beware of there $300 gift card scam. It is always to good to be true. read more

I went with this company because I am a green mango customer and this is their sister company. The scheduling and insurance claim was made easy by them. My technician Tate did an absolute amazing job, the company clearly cares about putting in the right glass as the first tech didn't have the wiring harness since my old glass was junk. But the thing that is upsetting is they sent me a ad in my green mango packet that said I would get $300 kick back if I went through them. After I the repair they gave $240 in gift cards which I feel is a little crappy especially since one of them is a $150 for their sister company coconut cleaning and it's apparently more of a coupon than it is a gift card as you can't use it with their ongoing special. Definitely some false advertising on their part and really wrong to lie to a customer especially one who uses all 3 of their companies. read more

I had heard of Agave from a friend of mine, and was familiar with their sister companies. I got a large crack in my windshield, decided to break from my insurance provider's preferred glass repair company, and gave Agave a call. My insurance covered the cost, but the only difference was that they had to send out a 3rd party to assess the damage prior to approving the coverage. I thought this part would be a huge hassle, but it honestly wasn't. Agave's representatives were very friendly, and communicated the process well. The whole process took about three days, from first contact to the installation. I had such a good experience with Agave, that I will most likely go this route every time from here on out. read more

Was recommended by a friend. Started out great corresponding with this company to get my rv tinted. It went from a couple phone calls back and forth working out the details over a couple days and ready to schedule "will call you next to schedule" corespondents from them, to did not hear back from them and I had to follow up to now we need to do a consultation visit instead of scheduling again did not return call, I had to follow up, to now they need a warehouse/inside bay to do the work...2 plus weeks later of wasted time...they were nice but wasted my time. I disclosed everything to them on the initial call. Where the rv was stored and what the scope of work was. Would not recommend read more

Agave Auto Glass, what can I say, they are amazing!!!! Their customer service was exceptional. They easily scheduled my appointment, gave a reminder text, and replaced my car window, while I worked. Amazing!!! I have to admit, since moving to AZ 2 years ago and having 5 windshields replaced, I have always gone with Safelite. They are recommended through USAA and were easy to get a hold of. But the last few times were horrible!! The customer service and the available times were ridiculous. So this time around I went to Google. I sent in an inquiry to Agave and she called me within 20 min. She was so nice and courteous and quick. She worked with my insurance and gave me a time frame to expect service the next day. Hector was great!! Poor guy got lost coming to my office, everyone does, but he showed up and was super apologetic and really nice. He called when he was done and that was that. I highly recommend using them; I know if I ever need another windshield I will definitely be using these guys again!! read more

Amazing service. My flight got delayed and within those hours they managed to move things around and get me scheduled the same day! I arrived home and within minutes they arrived.
