Horrible! They have zero knowledge of RV glass. They put primer on the glass and the urethane just pulled the primer (paint) away from the glass . So it was just a matter of time before it completely fell off. Nothing better then having your window come apart while driving down the highway. Called for help and they said I was less then 30 days past their warranty expiration and they WOULD NOT FIX their faulty workmanship. We had to spend 3K to fix their horrible work! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE if you want quality. read more

One quick call to a most gracious Kaley Got me on the right side of the tracks, so to speak. Over the past 90 days the service has degraded, there does not seem to be any loyalty of consideration for the customer occurring like it has been in the past. I have experienced the following: 1. Friendly text emails and reminders have stopped occurring. And if they occur the individual does not arrive in the window of time stated. So this comes across as no respect for the customers time. In that the customer cannot count on the service showing up within the window of time stated. 2. When you call the office and speak to Leo you hear promises that just turn into disappointments, in that yes the person will arrive during scheduled time. I will make sure they are aware and only to hear that when the person does show up no communication has occurred. 3. Management just doesn't seem to care about their customers experience - an example...excuses are given; Latest seems to be a 100% price increase on services provided with no notification of an increase occurring and a charge directly to my card. First off 100% increase? Really? Then no courtesy to inform the customer? 4. Example - spoke to Leo today 5.16 prior to 5pm and was told I would get my standard reminders of service. Here it is 9:02 pm and nothing received. In summary they seem to struggle with execution and customer service. Fees went up and service went down, in fact I got better service when the fees were lower. I would expect the opposite to happen. If fees go up then the service should as well. Only positive, is when and if the individual arrives they do a good job in washing my cars. The struggle is all other activities outside of once arrived. read more

Mobile Car Wash Service: Setting up an appointment was super nice and easy. It was done over texting which was super painless. Their Saturdays are always booked but waiting two weeks was totally worth it. Today I had my appointment for my car wash at my home. The time frame was pretty wide of when they would arrive but it was worth the wait. The guy who came by to do the work was super nice and explained the process to me. Being an essential worker, this is a must have since I need to lower my risks in order to do my job. I greatly appreciate this type of service during COVID. No complaints on the windshield replacement, they did a great job. However, their website advertising is very misleading. The above quote came directly from their website. "A free $300 gift card" if interpreted literally indicates a single card would be issued. I did NOT get a single $300 gift card, instead i received a $75.00 visa gift card, a $150.00 gift card for Coconut carpet cleaning, a LA Fitness card that gives me one free month gym membership and $25 card for a retail store called State Forty Eight. I went with this company because I am a green mango customer and this is their sister company. The scheduling and insurance claim was made easy by them. My technician Tate did an absolute amazing job, the company clearly cares about putting in the right glass as the first tech didn't have the wiring harness since my old glass was junk. But the thing that is upsetting is they sent me a ad in my green mango packet that said I would get $300 kick back if I went through them. After I the repair they gave $240 in gift cards which I feel is a little crappy especially since one of them is a $150 for their sister company coconut cleaning and it's apparently more of a coupon than it is a gift card as you can't use it with their ongoing special. Definitely some false advertising on their part and really wrong to lie to a customer especially one who uses all 3 of their companies. read more

I was so impressed with the customer service I trusted her recommendation. I was referred to Gabby at Agave she scheduled me right away and they called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
