This is the third time I have called on American Warrior. The second time in just one week. Carissa, who answers your call, is super to work with. She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. Fresh chip this morning, immediately took it to these guys, within 3 hours of the chip, for a quick chip repair. Now I'm leaving with a footlong crack across my drivers window now and out of luck, needing a full windshield replacement now which will cost me over a grand. Thanks! The installation was quick , and accurate as there was no sign that the windshield was replaced. I recommend this company totally. Also, the best part- there was no adhesive smell. ! I had them use an OEM windshield- so the cost was expected from the BMW dealer. An aftermarket would have worked. But the point here is that Warrior does excellent work and I recommend them. After clarifying a few details, I received a reasonable quote and scheduled the work for the same week. I drove my car to their shop (they also offer the option to come to you), walked in, and they came out to repair the chip. The whole process took just a few minutes. The shop is a little tricky to find, and the parking lot in the office complex is in rough shape. I just had the windshield replaced on my 2007 Honda Ridgeline by Ryan. He did an exceptional job. I don't leave as many reviews on yelp as I used to, but when a company deserves one, either for good or bad reasons, I will. I very rarely leave a 5 star review, but it is warranted here. This is a great glass company, and they do great work. I like to support locally owned businesses, and being veteran owned is a nice plus too. Ryan was able to come out and do my windshield the next day, and was on time. My time is valuable, so it's nice to see they are on time and ready to work. It is Arizona, so windshield replacement here is a regular thing, and finding a good company to do it for you is a great thing. I cannot recommend them enough. I had great service on my Mercedes GL450. The windshield was replaced at a very competitive price (I paid out of pocket). After the windshield replacement I also got two chips repaired on my Ford F250. I really like that I did business with a veteran owned business. Small shop with great people. Ryan and James did a phenomenal job replacing the windshield on our Dutchstar motorhome. Eight feet wide, four feet tall and a couple hundred pounds. James spent a lot of time prepping the coach and removing all the old adhesive. His attention to detail and care he took, make me confident that we'll have no problems going down the road. Just driving along in the middle lane on the highway when a vehicle comes hauling ass across the gore point and as he passes me his tires spit out a large rock shattering my passenger side front window. The windshield of our 2018 Corvette ate a rock on the freeway, quickly developing a footlong crack. Time for a replacement. I reflexively called American Warrior Auto Glass because they did a great job fixing a chip in our truck windshield. With military precision they got our insurance on a three-way call to breeze through the authorization process. A few days later Ryan showed up in front of our house, on time. As he started inspecting the car, he suggested we reschedule because the aftermarket glass he had wouldn't work well with the Heads Up Display, potentially producing a blurry reflection. Instead of just installing the glass, he took the harder and more honorable path, something I deeply respected. The GM glass took weeks to arrive, and I received periodic status calls from American Warrior, because they were continuously leaning on the shipper. Great communication that went the extra mile. When Ryan showed up with the GM glass and started the removal and installation, I fully grasped the complexity of the task. The amount of parts that had to be removed, just to reveal the windshield, was staggering. The tight clearances made the job even harder. Ryan has clearly done this for many, many years. The removal and installation were perfect. If you care about your vehicle, you should think about hiring just such a master craftsman. There are reviews we write because the job was exceptional and you want to share the story. But there are a few reviews we write out of a sense of duty and honor. This review is the latter. Over 4.5 % of all your reviews are 1 & 2 star, if this is the first 1st , simply thank you for pointing out you are not honest. ZERO remedy was suggested, I was yelled at and told "Ill kick your A$$, and go Bleep yourself". The quote was $2450 for a simple drop down rear window. That another shop completed the perfectly for $500, with EOM parts. There was a police report made against the unhinged individual I spoke with. And progressive insurance has been notified about the potential repair shop fraud! Additionally this company claims to record their calls, let's hear the entire call between me and the claims intake person and the unhinged hothead that can't be wrong! read more
