After three attempts across two different appointments, they could not properly tint my windshield. They blamed it on a vehicle manufacturer defect! They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely. read more

Tried out a new glass company as we always want to keep things local as much as possible. Sometimes that can prove to be difficult when things go badly and companies don't do what they say. It ruins it for all smaller outfits but we took a chance again and glad we did. Xclusive auto glass was extremely easy to work with very communicative and professional. Got a quick response for quoting a possible crack repair which was very reasonably priced. Guy was super honest and said it's a 50/50 chance it can be fixed. Accidentally told the driver my companies wrong address but we stayed on the phone and helped him get to me. The guys were able to fix it thankfully and were done within 10 minutes. Normally I don't tip for stuff like this, but setting up the appointment, and them arriving was so fast, plus the crack being like 99% gone warranted a token of my appreciation. I had my windshield replaced there, excellent job and very quick, just over one hour from arrival to the finished job. Great place, friendly staff, above and beyond helpful, and the best price from all of the places I got a quote from. Know that it is better to pay cash or Zelle, as credit card would incur a 3% charge. They have a good coffee machine in the waiting room (Cappuccino, Latte, etc) and I was also so surprised that they have international snacks in their free snack bar - chips/crisps from the UK that you can't buy in the U.S.!! I needed to get a chip repaired on my windshield so I made an appointment with Xclusive Auto Glass. They gave me a 3 hour arrival window so I left work early and came home and waited. And waited. And finally at 5pm, after the 3 hour window was over, I called to ask what was going on. The office called me back to say the technician was running about an hour late. Really? At no point did anyone think "hey maybe we should give this guy a heads up that we are running an hour behind?" They than asked me if I wanted to reschedule since I told them I was done sitting around and waiting for them and had errands to run. Um, no thanks. I just called Xclusive Auto Glass to get information and hoped to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone initially spoke so quickly and with such a thick accent that I couldn't understand a single word, and I had to confirm I had reached the right place. When I explained that I wanted to get a ding in my windshield repaired she asked, "You want a coat?" I said no, and repeated myself. Then, she asked, "You want to get a sheep repair?" What? Obviously, there was a huge language barrier at play, I could see this was going to involve more frustration than I wanted deal with, so I said goodbye and will find another shop. read more

Had my windshield replaced through insurance, they offer free tint when you get the windshield replaced by them. They forgot to tint my windshield before they installed it "My tinter tinted the wrong windshield" was the excuse. No problem, i came back the next weekend (42mile trip each way) to have the tint installed. Great, job is done. 2 days later my windshield gets a crack in it again, i go through insurance, they approve the replacement once again. This time xclusive has the windshield tinted before they install it. Great, everything goes smooth. 3 days later i wash the vehicle and the windshield leaks water into the interior. I call xclusive, they tell me to bring it in and if they confirm it leaks they will re-do it per their warranty. So i bring it in the next saturday, they confirm it leaks pretty badly and pull the glass....breaking it in the process. And not having a replacement glass that is correct for my vehicle. Apparently they didn't plan on breaking the glass. So they give me the option to leave my vehicle there while they order glass and use their loaner, or install a glass they have for my vehicle but has options and differences in the glass that aren't correct for my vehicle. I chose the glass they had in stock so i could be done with this place. They also needed to tint the glass. After a week of trying to get my windshield tinted i was told to find another tint shop and they will pay them to do it. Never again. read more

If you need your windshield replaced you should call them. They replaced the my Subaru's windshield at my place of employment. Unfortunately, they could not calibrate the sensors there. So someone came the next day while I was at work and took my car to their shop to make sure it was calibrated properly. They went above and beyond to do the job right. First let me say, do your research on windshield repair. It makes a huge difference between someone knowing how to do it professionally and someone doing half ass job to make a quick buck. I previously got my windshield replaced through a referral of a coworker because she was getting hers done as well and we would get a small discount and the price I was quoted was substantially cheaper then most companies. This time I asked for a quote via the Yelp system and got a quick prompt response and was able to schedule an appointment via messages no problem. One main reason I did go with Xclusive Auto Glass, they were able to come to my home after 5PM after I got home from work. They were one time and kept a very clean work space the entire time. After the job was completed, my vehicle was nice and tidy. They were very knowledgeable and was able to point out errors of the previous work. This is why I know I can trust them because, (again do your research on bad windshield replacements) they confirmed my suspicions of the issues from the previous work. Impeccable work, excellent, convenient and fast service. When I called they came to my house the next day and replace my windshield within 30 minutes! I had checked the reviews before calling them and they deserve every single star on here. I would give them 10 stars if I could. In comparison, I had been originally referred by my insurance to another big and well known company however they said replacing my windshield was complicated and required me to drive 40 mins to their shop and they said it would take 2-3 hrs and they also told me I would need new windshield wipers that I had to purchase from them. Amazing service! I went to take my car for a car wash and David Marshall, Director of Sales approached me as he saw the large crack I had on my windshield. I needed to get it replaced but I'm new to Arizona, so wasn't sure where to take it but David made the whole process seamless. He also explained I was able to make a claim to my insurance for it.
