Xclusive Auto Glass was on my insurance companies recommended list for glass replacement so I gave them a shot. They were responsive, replaced my windshield quickly and calibrated my car sensors. Will use again when those highway rocks take out another of our windshields. Make sure you have glass coverage on your insurance, people! read more

They accepted a job that they couldn't really do easily. Did not have the expertise they promised. After a few attempts and wasting several hours of our time finally figured it out. My SUV required calibration and it wasn't that unique yet they took weeks and blamed it on the insurance. I had full glass coverage so never saw the price. Later I found out they charged my insurance company over $4600 for a new windshield. Which eventually looked negatively on my insurance history and my rates went up. Maybe that is the price but for that amount I should have had white glove service and it was a huge pain with extra difficulty due to lack of communication. Will not go back there. read more

After three attempts across two different appointments, they could not properly tint my windshield. They blamed it on a vehicle manufacturer defect! They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely. read more

Tried out a new glass company as we always want to keep things local as much as possible. Sometimes that can prove to be difficult when things go badly and companies don't do what they say. It ruins it for all smaller outfits but we took a chance again and glad we did. Xclusive auto glass was extremely easy to work with very communicative and professional. Technicians arrived on time and finished all vehicles in a timely manner though we had given them all day. Will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that asks or sees the clear difference in our new glass windshields read more

Got a quick response for quoting a possible crack repair which was very reasonably priced. Guy was super honest and said it's a 50/50 chance it can be fixed. Accidentally told the driver my companies wrong address but we stayed on the phone and helped him get to me. The guys were able to fix it thankfully and were done within 10 minutes. Normally I don't tip for stuff like this, but setting up the appointment, and them arriving was so fast, plus the crack being like 99% gone warranted a token of my appreciation. My boss walked out and grabbed some cards from them, so good chance they might be getting a few calls in the future from my employer. lol Thanks Guys! read more

They did a great job. Took me right away. Waiting room is so great. Staff so accommodating. Will go back.

Within 24 hours of contacting them I had my windshield replaced. There was no extra fee to come to me. There was no upselling. Just straightforward work. I would highly recommend. read more

I had my windshield replaced there, excellent job and very quick, just over one hour from arrival to the finished job. Great place, friendly staff, above and beyond helpful, and the best price from all of the places I got a quote from. Know that it is better to pay cash or Zelle, as credit card would incur a 3% charge. They have a good coffee machine in the waiting room (Cappuccino, Latte, etc) and I was also so surprised that they have international snacks in their free snack bar - chips/crisps from the UK that you can't buy in the U.S.!! Highly recommended! read more

2nd visit today unfortunately. AZ is ruthless on windshields. These guys are awesome. They are on time and very professional. Price is right too. Great company! read more

They said they would send a receipt. Never got it. Now they do not answer phone or email. Scam?

I needed to get a chip repaired on my windshield so I made an appointment with Xclusive Auto Glass. They gave me a 3 hour arrival window so I left work early and came home and waited. And waited. And finally at 5pm, after the 3 hour window was over, I called to ask what was going on. The office called me back to say the technician was running about an hour late. Really? At no point did anyone think "hey maybe we should give this guy a heads up that we are running an hour behind?" They than asked me if I wanted to reschedule since I told them I was done sitting around and waiting for them and had errands to run. Um, no thanks. I'll take my business to a place that values my time. read more

So I've never had any issues with my windshields ever until a huge rock hit my window on the highway. I expected this fix to be complicated and time consuming but once they arrived the fix barely took 10 minutes. Super nice staff and the prices are unmatched. I'll probably only hire them moving forward read more

Nice waiting room, friendly staff, great prices. What else could you ask for? Got my windshield patched and they did a great job.

Had my windshield replaced through insurance, they offer free tint when you get the windshield replaced by them. They forgot to tint my windshield before they installed it "My tinter tinted the wrong windshield" was the excuse. No problem, i came back the next weekend (42mile trip each way) to have the tint installed. Great, job is done. 2 days later my windshield gets a crack in it again, i go through insurance, they approve the replacement once again. This time xclusive has the windshield tinted before they install it. Great, everything goes smooth. 3 days later i wash the vehicle and the windshield leaks water into the interior. I call xclusive, they tell me to bring it in and if they confirm it leaks they will re-do it per their warranty. So i bring it in the next saturday, they confirm it leaks pretty badly and pull the glass....breaking it in the process. And not having a replacement glass that is correct for my vehicle. Apparently they didn't plan on breaking the glass. So they give me the option to leave my vehicle there while they order glass and use their loaner, or install a glass they have for my vehicle but has options and differences in the glass that aren't correct for my vehicle. I chose the glass they had in stock so i could be done with this place. They also needed to tint the glass. After a week of trying to get my windshield tinted i was told to find another tint shop and they will pay them to do it. Never again. read more

Great service! Was very helpful. Nice staff...responds quickly and helped with changing my appointment time last minute. My glass replacement was just as described. I recommend this place 100%. read more

I just called Xclusive Auto Glass to get information and hoped to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered the phone initially spoke so quickly and with such a thick accent that I couldn't understand a single word, and I had to confirm I had reached the right place. When I explained that I wanted to get a ding in my windshield repaired she asked, "You want a coat?" I said no, and repeated myself. Then, she asked, "You want to get a sheep repair?" What? Obviously, there was a huge language barrier at play, I could see this was going to involve more frustration than I wanted deal with, so I said goodbye and will find another shop. read more

If you need your windshield replaced you should call them. They replaced the my Subaru's windshield at my place of employment. Unfortunately, they could not calibrate the sensors there. So someone came the next day while I was at work and took my car to their shop to make sure it was calibrated properly. They went above and beyond to do the job right. They were professional, respectful and kind. Great job!!! read more

Had to repair a small chip in my windshield. He came to my house and repaired it for $50. He did a nice job and was professional, quick and on time! I recommend and will do business again! read more

First let me say, do your research on windshield repair. It makes a huge difference between someone knowing how to do it professionally and someone doing half ass job to make a quick buck. I previously got my windshield replaced through a referral of a coworker because she was getting hers done as well and we would get a small discount and the price I was quoted was substantially cheaper then most companies. This time I asked for a quote via the Yelp system and got a quick prompt response and was able to schedule an appointment via messages no problem. One main reason I did go with Xclusive Auto Glass, they were able to come to my home after 5PM after I got home from work. They were one time and kept a very clean work space the entire time. After the job was completed, my vehicle was nice and tidy. They were very knowledgeable and was able to point out errors of the previous work. This is why I know I can trust them because, (again do your research on bad windshield replacements) they confirmed my suspicions of the issues from the previous work. I paid out of pocket and the price was competitive compared to the other companies I was quoted. I would easy recommend them with no problems. They did an outstanding job on my Lexus! read more

Very professional and quick! He filled a chip on my windshield at a very reasonable price. He also came to my house. Definitely recommend!

Contacted Jonathan through Yelp and got a respond within minutes. Jonathan received my information at 10am and by 4pm the glass was installed. I sent these guys (& a handful of other companies) a message needing a quote to to the windshield replaced on one of our vehicles. These guys got back to me the quickest & said they could come out the next day to replace our windshield. Unfortunately the next day didn't work for me but I let them know my next availability (a Saturday) & they gave me an arrival window sometime between 10am-Noon. They got here within that arrival window & the 2 guys swapped it our super quick. They then advised me to call their office to pay them over the phone since I was using a debit card. The whole process was fast, convenient, & professional. Thanks so much guys I'll be in touch again shortly to get another windshield swapped out soon. I'll definitely refer my friends & fam to you guys. read more

Raul was a friendly gent. He got the job done and did a great job on the glass replacement.

Impeccable work, excellent, convenient and fast service. When I called they came to my house the next day and replace my windshield within 30 minutes! I had checked the reviews before calling them and they deserve every single star on here. I would give them 10 stars if I could. In comparison, I had been originally referred by my insurance to another big and well known company however they said replacing my windshield was complicated and required me to drive 40 mins to their shop and they said it would take 2-3 hrs and they also told me I would need new windshield wipers that I had to purchase from them. I won't name that company here however I would say that my experience with Xclusive was unmatched and I would totally recommend . I'm still using g my existing windshield wipers and they work fine on the nice and new windshield read more

Extremely quick with the quote even responded at night and on the weekend. Showed up at the time they said they would and did excellent work. Amazing service! I went to take my car for a car wash and David Marshall, Director of Sales approached me as he saw the large crack I had on my windshield. I needed to get it replaced but I'm new to Arizona, so wasn't sure where to take it but David made the whole process seamless. He also explained I was able to make a claim to my insurance for it. He gave me a great deal and the following business day, they came directly to my house to replace my windshield and included the tint. I'm so satisfied with them and I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed they are fair with prices and have excellent service. Thanks again David! read more
