Quick response on quote. Competitive price. Came to the house. Service tech was great. Repair was exactly what I was looking for

Easy time getting a quote, scheduling and installation went great! Dustin was very helpful and did a wonderful job

We want to thank our auto glass tech, Michael Harvey with Specialized Auto Glass whose company actually had the back window for our 1999 Nissan Pathfinder - a large tree branch fell on the window and broke it along with the air deflector and one of the hinges that held the glass. Due to the age of the vehicle we eliminated the deflector and got new hinges based on Michael's experience in getting the glass installed without it breaking. He was very knowledgeable and quick at taking care of this situation during our monsoon in AZ. We are so impressed by Michael's willingness to help us take care of this quickly to help resolve the older car issues. A shout-out also goes to Marilyn in the office who handled all our communications between our insurance company, scheduling and working with Michael to get the install scheduled! read more

We were really happy with Specialized Auto Glass and their service after a failure with the other major auto glass company that our insurance wanted us to use. Our car has Eyesight so it needs the glass changed and then the computer needs to be reprogrammed. They were able to coordinate the glass and the computer system appointments so smoothly, like a well oiled machine. It really made it low stress for a mama that has school pick up. We opted to use insurance for our latest repair but we found their out of pocket pricing to be affordable also. We are always just calling this place first from now on. read more

Top notch service from the start. I chose Specialized as a recommendation from my Porsche dealer. I'm very particular about any service to my car another local dealer changes windshield in house but I wanted a specialist. Marilyn handled all insurance claims over the phone on a party call so everything was prequalified. I only wanted OEM glass installed and that was no problem. Brent did the install and did a great job no fuss no mess. I delayed replacing the windshield as it can be a hassle. With Specialized this went without a hitch. I wholeheartedly recommend this company they did a great job on my Porsche and will be handling all upcoming replacements. read more

I want to first mention that the last time Clint worked on my cars was in 2004 only because I moved out of the State, but I would be surprised if the quality of his work has changed in the past 10 years. Before meeting Clint, and way before the days of Yelp, I relied on the insurance companies recommendations and the work performed was mediocre. They would use these big companies that would send boys that were getting paid a bit over minimum wage, and had jobs as bussers in restaurants at night. Work had to be redone, moldings never fit right again, etc. Then I called a high end car dealer in Scottsdale who said they only use Clint. For the next 10 years or so, he replaced 4-5 windshields on my Nissans & Mercedes, as well as a couple of repairs. The Mercedes windshields were very complex--had water sensors built in, auto dimming rear view mirrors, etc. The work he did was perfection. He was reliable, focused, and neat. Unlike the boys the insurance companies send you, this was a full-time business for him and his family, and he was very successful at it. I wish that I knew someone in the Los Angeles area, or even Southern California that had the skill and I could trust as much as Clint. There have been times I was thinking of driving back to Scottsdale if I needed a Windshield replaced. Interestingly, while my Windshields would crack and damage all the time on Arizona roads, I have never had a need for a windshield repair or replacement in the 10+ years on California roads. Why is that? read more

I had been referred to Specialized Auto Glass from the Mercedes Dealership to replace the windshield on my GLC. Clint, the owner of the company and his son, Jake came and replaced the windshield on the Mercedes at my home and the install was done perfectly. I was telling them how the reviews that I read on their company were impressive and that it must be nice to be so well thought of in the industry. Clint replied that he treats each customer's car like it was his own and he has had some repeat customers for over 30 years. I know that in the future when I need a windshield repair or replacement that I too will be a repeat customer. Thanks again. read more

When I was calling the office to set up the schedule, a lady in the office was very patient and professional with the insurance company which hung up on us several times on a three-way call. I wish I knew her name so I can thank her here. Basically, they provide the best windshield replacement service. The replacement tech, Brent, just finished installing my windshield and it was quick, professional, and flawless! I also enjoyed talking to him. I am going to get my windshield replaced on my other Mercedes with Specialized Auto Glass as well! read more

Quality work. Easy to set up glass replacement covered under insurance. I will use them again next time.

From beginning to end of my process of installing a new windshield into my 2018 Mercedes, this company was nothing less than high quality and extremely professional. Never again would I go to any other windshield repair company. Their skillful, prompt, and high quality work left me amazed with the finished result. They only work with manufacturer products, unlike other windshield repair companies out there. I highly recommend this company to everyone and especially for those who have high end cars! read more

I called Specialized Auto Glass on the recommendation of 4 other people. I figured with 4 recommendations these guys must be good. And they are! Their office staff is extremely professional and Clint was able to replace my cracked windshield in my 1991 Range Rover quickly and did a factory quality job and for a price I was extremely happy with since I wasn't using insurance. I highly recommend Clint and Specialized Auto Glass, not just to all Land Rover owners, but to anyone needing to replace their windshield. read more

I've used Specialized Auto Glass since 2007. I first chose them because they were the glass installer at Scottsdale Bentley/Scottsdale Ferrari until R. Penske decided he wanted everything done in house (no contractors). Being the go to company for luxury and exotic autos means they do quality work. I've had windshields replaced by them on 3 different vehicles over the years. read more

No hesitation, 5 star service w/ unbelievable customer service!! Thanks to the 101 I've had to have 2 windshields replaced very recently. Both times, Clint & crew have accommodated install quickly and at my preferred location. Use Specialized, don't let the insurance company persuade you otherwise! read more

The best service every time. Marylyn is always so helpful in coordinating and gets everything set ASAP. Brent is super professional and very friendly. Only guy I trust with my Benz! read more

This has been the second windshield I have had installed by these guys once on my IS 250 and one on my Accord and they are the best of the best. After having had anything from leaks/air noise to scratched panels and broken trim from prior installs from the big chain company's, I've learned to stick with these guys now. The quality of repair and replacement to my car glass is worth more then any of the other "pay you to change your glass" or "car wash" guys. I don't need a years worth of free steak, I want quality work and parts. They dealt with my insurance and came right to my work both times on time. Absolutely A++ read more

Chips from rocks in AZ are an everyday occurrence and annoyance, but glad that I contacted Specialized Auto Glass. Marilyn set up my appointment first thing in the morning. Brent, the service technician, was friendly, professional and very efficient. He fixed my window in a matter of minutes which I very much appreciated. He showed up on time which seems to be a problem with other service companies, but not this one! If any family or friends need this service I will definitely recommend Specialized Auto Glass. read more

Based on the recommendation from Porsche Chandler (Dan), I called Specialized Auto Glass to replace the cracked windshield on my 2011 911 Carrera GTS. The entire process from talking with Marilyn to opening the insurance claim and securing the Dealer approved OEM replacement windshield to Clint and Jack performing a flawless installation resulted in an excellent customer experience and greatly appreciated! I talking with Clint and Jack I knew that I was in good hands and their experience and expertise was very evident. I would recommend them to anyone needing their windshields repaired or replaced and will be using them for all of my other vehicles. read more
