Friendly and communicative, walked me through the insurance process, did a great job, and took a little extra time to remove some tar splatter from my car with some product that they had on hand. Would highly recommend read more

They are professional, courteous, and very, very knowledgeable. The cost for their services was very reasonable.

After my windshield replacement disaster a few years back, I was more than a little nervous to have another one replaced. But I needed one done. Some researching and i found Debra and Jesse with Mountainside Glass. Debra handled the insurance claim for me so I literally had to do nothing on my end. And both Debra and Jesse reassured me that they would take good care of me. While Jesse was there, the hubby asked about a chip in his windshield and Jesse took care of that since he was at the house anyway. Chip repair was pretty reasonably priced. From the first call last Monday with Debra to Jesse performing the replacement 2 days later, it was nothing short of a great experience. read more

They are quick to respond and honest! I ordered an OEM replacement glass for the back window of my car. Within a few days I was already getting it installed. Talk about service! I paid out of pocket. They required 1/2 down to order and I paid the other 1/2 on installation day. I love supporting small family businesses! Great company to work with to get my glass replaced. I will definitely come back if I need any glass replaced in the future! Thank you, Mountainside Auto Glass! read more

First of all, I have never had better customer service in my life until Mountainside Glass took care of my windshield replacement. Secondly, the finest person to do so is Debra at the helm. She fought tirelessly and efficiently with my insurance company to get the job done ASAP. She has the best phone communication and always kept me up to date with my difficult insurance company. My replacement glass is perfect in every way and their installation shows that they respect customer's cars. I will recommend this company to anyone looking to be treated well for auto glass. This was the best choice I made when it came to my repair. I was looking at Safelite because they're partnered with my insurance but their out of pocket quote was too much. I'm glad we went here. Price was unbeatable. I'm satisfied with the service and quality. Glad to see my car looking new again. I would definitely recommend anyone reading this review to get a quote. I'm sure you'd find yourself booking an appointment! read more

I hate that I have to keep using these guys, but that's the drawback of living in the desert! I think we are up to 3 or 4 replacements over the past 2 years. They work fast, provide great service and dont play any games. Will drive out all over the valley to get the job done. Previous two repairs by another company were ok, but they also had an attitude the last time they came out. Not these guys, very professional and highly recommended! read more

I'm the owner of 2002 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am which I purchased brand new from the show room. After 23 years big crack come in the windshield and was a time to replaced. From me was very important who is going to do the job / THE WINDSHIELD WAS THE ORIGINAL /. So I went to internet and saw Mountainside Glass has the Best review. Long story short- Jesse, Debra and Colten went above and beyond for this job. Real people, witch is hard to find this days. My excitement went to the top when I was watching Jesse and Colten doing the job. Incredible! There is no enough words in my vocabulary to explain how much I recommended their service. THANK YOU! Best service and a family business! Debra, Jesse and their son Colten went out of their way at the end of the day to get my rental returned without showing any windshield damage. I called Safelite and they said they had to order it and it would be 3 days and twice the price. They will either come to your property or you can go to their place of business in Chandler. Would never go anywhere else for a windshield after this experience which will be often on Arizona roads. read more

We have used Mountainside for a few years and for multiple windshields and repairs. Jesse and his team are absolutely hands down the best of the best. They don't mess around! Legitimate insurance claims, none of that bogus cash back nonsense, and they handle the claim seamlessly. Their repairs are flawless and invisible. They take pride in their work and take the time to do it right every time. They are super responsive, and always on time. The little touches like vacuuming and cleaning other windows are just impressive! They are my go-to and I wouldn't let anyone else near my windows. read more

Landscapers made my car windshield look like a a map. I went through my insurance and they had glass repair company locally and close to me. The install went flawlessly and he cleaned the interior from any debris and gave clear easy direction ls on the repair even gave me jump cause my the heat and my battery were not getting along. I looked at many reviews of local auto glass companies, planning to get multiple price quotes to replace my cracked windshield. Based on those reviews, I called Mountainside Glass-A Family Company first. As it turned out, I didn't call any other companies because I was immediately impressed with Debra, the co-owner. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was like talking to a friend and no pressure. I then contacted my auto insurer, and after filing my claim I made an appointment with Mountainside. Jesse, the co-owner, came to my home to do the work. My windshield looks great. This is a true Mom and Pop operation, which I prefer to support. I am totally impressed by their professionalism and superb customer service. read more

Jesse just left after replacing a completely new windshield on my 2013 Tesla S. One thing about moving to a brand new state, city, neighborhood is that you leave your favorite contacts of trusted people that you have used for years. When you find someone like Jesse, you want everyone to know about him. Number one is he is a very nice person. You feel his professional, personal touch the second you meet him. His workmanship is impeccable and his clean up and description upon finishing is the best! What more can I say? I chose Jesse because of his 48 5 star reviews. I am happy to be number 49!! read more

As a Jeep owner, going through windshields is common if not a frequent occurrence. I've always just done the "go to Safe Light" route ever since I've owned a car really. This time, my windshield cracked right up the middle from one end to the other. A friend of mine suggested Mountainside Glass and couldn't say enough about them. I thought I would give them a try and was happy to see they were on my insurance's "preferred" list. Setting up the claim was a piece of cake, and the team at Mountainside took great care of me. I don't normally do reviews, but this time I had to be sure I spread the word about these guys. The technician communicated with me from the time he started heading my way until he was done and was such a pleasure to work with. The replacement was fast and the result was AMAZING. Never in my 35+ years driving cars/replacing windshields have I seen such a great job. Usually there is the black glue "goop" that's been squished out around some of the edges on the inside. I couldn't believe it, not a drop. It looks like the day I bought it! He vacuumed up the front of the Jeep and washed the windows. Put instructions right on the blue tape for how long before I could drive it and when I could remove the tape. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I will never go back to just using some company with chain stores all over the place. read more

This business is extremely courteous and professional! I had my service scheduled through State Farm, and the whole process was simple. I was reached out by Mountainside the same day I spoke with my agent. Mountainside allowed me to pick what day and time was best for me. Considering I work 13 hour shifts, they gave me the option to meet at my workplace to get the job done while I was working. The work done was clean, mess free, and looked as though it was done at a shop! The attitude and service provided were invaluable. Even in 113°F I was greeted with a smile and positive attitude. With or without insurance, this business gives you the best value and service. That is why this is the second time I have had my windshield replaced by Mountainside. In arizona, cracks and damage are common, so let Mountainside do the hard work for you! read more

I had the most amazing experience with Mountainside Glass - A Family Company!!! After a misdiagnosis from a nationwide auto glass company, Mountainside Glass saved the day AND my sanity. After being on multiple phone calls with my insurance company for 2+ hours along with a previous failed repair from the other auto glass company, I was referred to Mountainside Glass in hopes that they can help me fix my Yukon's broken rear window. They were very detailed in their research to make sure that they had the correct parts to do the repair, and asking all the questions that would help make this situation as smooth as possible (which the other company did not do.) Debra was so wonderful, she was very thorough with her communications to both myself and the techs to make sure everything aligned correctly. My insurance company called Debra to gather information about my claim, and at the end of my call with the insurance company, the representative said that Debra made everything seamless and everything was taken care of in less than 10 minutes!! After the laundry list of parts/issues that the previous auto glass shop gave me (in which I shared with Debra), the Mountainside tech drove 30 miles to where my vehicle was stored to visibly double check those issues. Turns out I didn't need all of those extra parts that the other auto glass company said I needed to repair, but they were able to fix my vehicle right then and there and they were super fast with the repair!!! They even vacuumed all the broken glass out of my truck, which I did not expect nor ask them to do. Amazing customer service!!! I will refer this company to anyone and everyone who needs glass repairs! https://www.mountainsideglass.com/about-1 read more

Very impressed! I am pretty picking and had a bad experience with another well known glass replacement company. Debra is so professional and got me scheduled in quickly. She follows up and keeps you in the loop. Jessie came out and he is a perfectionist. The windshield looks great and the OEM Pilkington glass looks like much better quality than you get from others. Highly recommended and I would use no one else moving forward. Thank you all for the great service..... read more
