By far the worst service experience. I dropped my car at 8:30am I stopped back at 3pm they hadn't even touched my vehicle. When I scheduled this appointment on the phone I was told that this was a 2-3 hour service. I spoke with the manager about my complaints he was rude and spoke with aggression. I had to wait an additional 2 hours until 5 pm for my vehicle. After getting my vehicle it was debris from the repair all over my dash and in the camera area (which I can't remove). Moving forward I will no longer patronize this establishment they may be the larger glass replacement company but they aren't the only company. I will let me people know to choose a different company when in need of glass repair!

Quick and easy scheduling. Fast service. Quality work and tech was extremely nice. I have used Safelite several times and have never had an issue.

Janelle, Juan and ChrisGreat Customer service! I stopped at Sundevil who no longer do glass replacements but they referred me over to this establishment and location. Stopped here to have a glass chip repaired. I was thinking that I'd have to make an appointment and go through my insurance. Even though, I have full glass coverage I learned the hard way that, it counts as a claim so, I decided to pay out of pocket instead. It was nice that they were able to get me in right away. The staff were all friendly and upfront! You can hardly tell that the crack was there as it now only has a teeny scratch left in the windshield vs the dent chip that was there prior. I'm praying that whatever they did will last. I find it cool that they could make it go away as much as they did, but I'm not going to lie that I'm a lil liery and a lil taken back at the work since it looks amazingly good. Juan did a great job!!! If you get a rock into your windshield it's worth stopping here before going through your insurance because chances are, these guys can fix it and it could even be cheaper rather than to file a claim. Ask for Chris to look at it, Juan to repair it and talk to Janelle about paying out of pocket. You can thank me later Thanks guys!

Made an appointment yesterday for my windshield repair. Easy and efficient. Today Wait time is 90 minutes. It started as promised. Very good customer service 5/5. I definitely recommend this location for service to your vehicle. Especially foe windshield repair and tint! Everything was as promised! 5/5. Service, 5/5 job completed, 5/5 price overall quality is 5/5. No complaints. My technician was very thorough when he brought my keys to me and walked me to my vehicle. My technician was nice, he cleaned vacuumed my floors and dashboard of any debris. I don't have his name. I highly recommend this location above others . Thanks for a job well done. I'll tell others of the exceptional service!!!!

Will not be using them again. I had them come out earlier this year for a large crack in my front windshield, as chips/cracks due to rocks are common for my location, and they were great. Figured why not use them again. Fast-forward to this week. Had a tiny chip I was unaware of--due to it's location--turn into a small crack on Wednesday morning, splitting further by nearly 8 inches that afternoon as I was driving home. Called my insurance and was transferred over to Safelite, since they are their top preferred/partnered company; I was unable to miss work by dropping it off somewhere and the soonest they had for a mobile unit was Saturday morning. They show up this morning and a little later they call me saying they are unable to replace the glass because the replacement has a small SCRATCH on part of the frit. I ask if they can still install it and then replace it in a couple days when they can get another one in, as my windshield has continued to split more every day over the last 3 days and the deep crack spans over more than half my windshield at this point. The employee says they have to check with their Manager and will call back. Calls me back a couple minutes later and states no, they can't do that per their Manager. I'm sorry, is your Manager going to pay for my ticket when I get pulled, or reimburse my pay for missing work?! It's the weekend, everywhere either does not have openings or the windshield is not in house and needs to be ordered. This company would prefer to leave consumers with a safety hazard of a windshield rather than have to replace a 'defective' product that they did not check before coming out in the first place! TL;DR: "Safe"lite DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY, MONEY, TIME OR BUSINESS. HIGH RISK OF GETTING A TICKET. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!
