She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. The next price up was $87 and then $120. That much for average quality changes is crazy. Either the prices went up recently and I was never aware or it's just super expensive here. I'll give it a 2/5 just because they did do a decent job and it didn't take too long and the overall concept is very efficient, but the prices need to be lower for it to be worth it.

They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

I've had a positive experience on all of my visits to Safelite AutoGlass. I've been here more times…read morethan I'd probably like, but alas the Phoenix freeways and amount of trucks and rocks kicking up leads to more cracked windshields than not it seems. My insurance does utilize Safelite at their preferred vendor and utilize scheduling right on the app itself. I'm typically able to get in within a week and they do have lots of flexibility with times. You have the option to hang around or drop off. I can't speak for value, as we have a zero dollar glass deductible for this exact reason, but the service, follow up and quality of work have always been good for us on both are vehicles which do include calibrations for the cameras.
