She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. The appointment was set, lobby was stocked with delicious snacks (even vegan) and drinks, and the bathroom was clean. Chris checked me in, and John checked me out when it was time to leave. Freddy did a stellar job on my truck, even grabbing me to show what the body of my truck looked like after removing the old glass (yeah, there was some rust there). He explained that while he can do his best to clean it up by grinding it, that there would be a chance in the future for leaks and would be unavoidable unless I got body work done to fix it, which I opted out of. I thanked him for his transparency. Mind you, I have a 1999 GMC Suburban, which is not perfect, but I don't mind it. My insurance does utilize Safelite at their preferred vendor and utilize scheduling right on the app itself. I'm typically able to get in within a week and they do have lots of flexibility with times. You have the option to hang around or drop off. I can't speak for value, as we have a zero dollar glass deductible for this exact reason, but the service, follow up and quality of work have always been good for us on both are vehicles which do include calibrations for the cameras.

At 2:32 PM, the technician texted me that he was starting the dynamic calibration and was "almost done." At 2:33, I was told it would be "a few more minutes." An hour later, at 3:25, after I asked for an update, I was told the vehicle was passing the first part of the calibration but not the second. The technician continued driving my vehicle around attempting the calibration. At 3:50 PM, he sent me a photo of his diagnostic equipment showing the dynamic calibration had a fault after multiple attempts. I even remembered that I had a Progressive Snapshot device in the OBD port and suggested removing it in case it was interfering. At 4:27 PM, the technician returned, but the situation still wasn't resolved. Then at 5:07 PM, I was told he would be "heading back over shortly." By 6:05 PM -- almost an hour later -- I was still waiting and had to text again asking whether I should just call it a day. Ultimately, they were unable to successfully calibrate the ADAS/front camera, gave up on the job, returned the vehicle to me without a successful calibration, and later refunded me. I appreciate that they issued the refund, but I lost most of an afternoon and was left with a newly replaced windshield that still needs to be taken somewhere else for proper calibration. What bothered me most was the communication. I repeatedly heard "a few more minutes," "I'll tell you soon," and "heading back over shortly," while hours passed. If the calibration wasn't working, I would have much preferred to be told that directly rather than continually being given short estimates that weren't accurate. The refund was appropriate, but based on the amount of time wasted, poor communication, and the unfinished calibration, I would not use this company again. I felt like they were being dishonest and the communication was horrible.

It's was a 45 minute drive each way and since we'd be waiting for both cars to be finished, we wanted to be comfortable while we waited. Garrett verified our insurance and got all the approvals while I was on the phone with him before we went to the shop, nice! Here's our story. We arrived on time and met by office staff then the owner. We talked about the type and darkness of the tint and the type of windshield to be used. I thought it was going to go sideways for a minute because he sounded a bit defensive, but then I realized, he is a nice guy, talkative, informative, cares about his business and wants his customers to be totally informed (totally) and know what they are getting. This is a good thing. We handed over the keys and were immediately invited to the lobby of the movie theater. Now, this isn't an AMC or Harkins type lobby or theater, it's a bit smaller, so keep your expectations realistic. On the other hand, it's pretty incredible! They have a glass-front refrigerator full of water and a variety of canned sodas, tons of candy, a freezer case full of ice cream, coffees, popcorn and more. Oh yea!! And unlike the regular movies, EVERYTHING HERE IS FREE! Sweet (literally!). Okay, re-raise those expectations, it was amazing! The movie E.T. was being played, great throwback! The theater itself only holds about 12-16 people. At least it did when I was there. I think they are expanding it. It's dark in there. Ya, it's a theater, I know it's supposed to be dark. But I mean, it's crazy dark, don't miss the seat with your back-side and accidentally end up on the floor because you can't see. True story! The seats are comfortable and recline. Ya, many regular theaters don't even do that. They each have a cup holder and ..... wait, I'm reviewing an auto-glass place and going on about the in-house movie theater,....bottom line, this was awesome, now onto the glass stuff. The owner walked me through the various types of glass they offer, where they come from, the high-end adhesive they use, how the industry works, how many cars they do, his future plans, etc, etc. He was super talkative and since I'm not exactly "concise" myself, our conversation was, let's say "robust" and lasted a while; I enjoyed it. The glass in the first car was installed beautifully. Super clean job, the moldings all look great, fit is spot-on, rear-view mirror is perfect, rock solid. They gave good instructions on removing the tape, washing the car, etc for the next few days. It's been a couple weeks and all is still excellent. I used the "free tint" offer on a different car from the one they did the windshield in. It was super cool they were cool with me doing that (ya, 2-cools in one sentence, worth it). The tint guy was awesome! He tinted with the darkness percentage I requested and did a fantastic job! The borders are excellent, close and tight. The tint is smooth and clear and dark. Super high quality job. I instantly noticed a temperature difference and have gotten tons of compliments on how the car looks, people love the tint and so do I. I added a picture, check it out, it's the Deep Impact Blue Mustang GT Premium, you guessed it, with the dark tint. Alright, the wrap up. Why wouldn't you go to this place to get your windshield replaced or windows tinted? They offer a great cashback deal or free tinting, they allow you to mix and match, they offer a huge movie theater with comfy seats to keep you cool and comfortable while you wait and they offer free teeth rotting, sugar-coma inducing, delicious goodies while you wait,...as much as you want,.... and they are friendly and do a great job on cars.
