I called and filled out their online form to have them come repair a chip in my windshield. A rep called me and scheduled a day that worked. He then told me he would reach out with a time on that day so that I could have an arrival window. Never got a call from them. I sent a text and left a voicemail to see if they were still coming. They completely ghosted me, I never heard back from them. It was unprofessional and I do not recommend them. read more

They arrived on time and did a quick job of replacing my windshield. Price was right.

Had a large crack on my windshield so needed to get it replaced. They did an amazing job and charged the $300 LESS than the other places I got quotes from. Matt came to my house and replaced the windshield in one hour. Completely professional. Just the best experience. I will never use another company. Definitely recommend. read more

They did a great job and charged me the least amount compared to everyone else! They came to my house and took care of everything there

Had a small ding in my windshield. They responded quickly, came right out to my house, fixed up my windshield! It looks great, and they were communicative, polite, and very reasonably priced. I will be letting everyone know--go to Aardvark! read more

My insurance client said that Aardvark Glass is amazing. I have a lot of windshield claims so I like referring local business owner's vs going to Safelite which is a national brand. I personally want to support local businesses. Jon the owner returned my call about setting up referral opportunities. We have already given him a referral for a windshield replacement. My client's wife's car has a chipped windshield on her BMW. She wants factory OEM glass and Aardvark gave her the best bid and spent the time explaining the proper procedure about a chip or replacing the windshield. Jon recommended keeping the factory glass on a new car if the windshield chip can be fixed properly. Jon drove from Gilbert to Phoenix to work on my client's windshield. Many glass companies will offer free steak dinners, Aardvark Auto Glass recommends giving the client the best glass not this cheap wavy glass that many people end up with trying to get the cheapest price. Thanks, Jon, for helping me and my clients! I will be calling him on my next windshield chip repair the moment I get a chip. read more

Aardvark Auto Glass - Truly professionals! - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Aardvark Auto Glass is the best hands down. They are family owned/operated and care about their customers and quality of work. I called them last month and they promptly within an hour swapped out a broken windshield on my truck. A month later with monsoon rains I noticed the back glass on my truck was broken and leaking water. I called the dealer and they wanted to keep the truck for a minimum of 4 day. Aardvark Auto glass in less than three hours found the break and replaced the entire back glass and motor with OEM parts. They were very clean and professional and best of all, they did all the insurance work. Not to mention the owner texted me the next day to check on the repair. I will definitely be coming back for any future glass needs. Thank you Aardvark Auto Glass. You guys are amazing ! read more

Got our windshield installed by these folks; I wished I had just gone with the Arizona Glass Company like I usually do. I had to wipe off black window sealant from my paint after they installed it. I now have a gap in sealant in the window and can now hear a steady wind noise anytime I drive over 30mph. Called them to fix it and they were supposed to come Friday. I get a VM saying they want to move it to Monday. Decided to just have someone else fix it. read more

Having previously worked for Safelite, I was apprehensive to go with another company, but since Safelite had such a backlog before they could come out and do the work and Aardvark was on the list of approved network shops thru my insurance company, I decided to give them a try. Gotta say, this was the easiest and best experience I've had getting my windshield replaced. A crew of 2 guys came out and worked in my garage and were done with the entire windshield replacement process in less than an hour. Both guys were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves, both inside and outside my vehicle. It's been about 5 days since the repair and I don't hear any wind noise while driving and the glass is distortion free. Highly recommend this company! read more

After two failed attempts to get my windshield replaced with companies that didn't show up or do what they said they were going to do, I decided to find my own auto glass replacement company instead of using the suggestions from my auto insurance company. John is the owner of Aardvark and answered my call every time I called with a question. I called my insurance company to move the claim to them and they showed up early, replaced the windshield right in my garage in an expeditious way and were polite, clean and professional. No question...this is the company to use in the East Valley. read more

These guys are awesome. Very knowledgeable and nice. I will definitely be using Aardvark again for all of my glass needs. Thanks again read more

Great service. I called Friday night needing my windshield replaced Saturday for a road trip Sunday. They answered the phone even after-hours. They for insurance verification and everything done quickly. I had first scheduled with safelite thinking that they were big and could definitely get it done for me with short notice, but they ended up putting me on with their insurance person who was rude and wanted me to call back at 6AM to do insurance verification and put it back on me. I said I'm not waking up at 6AM on a Saturday. I called Aardvark after seeing reviews. The man was so nice. Saturday morning the same man came with his son to replace my windshield. They were nice, professional, seems genuine and even pet my dog (dog people know that's a good thing). They left my car CLEANER than they found it. They went through the effort of wiping off two big black smudges on the exterior of my car. Job was done perfectly. He even worked with me on deductible. I HIGHLY recommend Aardvark. read more

We previously used a well known, national company for our auto glass repairs, but their prices were getting increasingly higher, and wait times to get an appointment were getting to be more than 2 weeks out. A friend referred Aardvark Auto Glass. They were able to come out right away, and the price was almost half of what we were paying before. The quality of work was excellent, and we are very happy with their service! read more

Called Friday afternoon to get a windshield replaced before leaving town on Sunday (after calling 3 or 4 other places that either didn't have the glass, couldn't schedule me in time or just didn't return my call). Not only did they come out Saturday (when they are normally closed), but they came early and did it for the cheapest price! Thank you! read more

John and Seth were rockstars!!! Not only did they do an amazing job on my car, but they jumped through hoops to make it happen in a very short time frame for me. Above and beyond customer service is hard to find these days. Cannot thank them enough, will highly recommend to everyone!!! read more

Best Glass company I've worked with. They have replaced the windshield on 2 of my vehicles and everything went seamless. Very fast, and friendly staff and very straightforward. They even went as far as making sure there was no glass in my car when they were done. I highly recommend Aardvark Auto Glass to all. read more

Aardvark Auto Glass - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I called these guys (along with 3 other glass companies) for a price yesterday afternoon. Most people don't really care about the price as insurance is paying but my deductible on my auto insurance is higher than the out of pocket cost of Windshield replacement. So I care as it's coming right out of my pocket! I was quoted a very fair price and told that they could do it between 9am and 11am the next day. I agreed. 8:50am they were in my driveway ready to get started. They did an extremely professional job even with me standing over their shoulders asking questions (I have a curious nature). They were done and out of here in less than an hour and left my car cleaner than they started with. If you need new Glass give these guys a call you'll get a great job at a fair price without the hustle's and scams so many Glass companies are guilty of these days. read more

Worked with me right away on the phone to get with my insurance company and make sure my auto glass claim would be covered. They ordered in the auto glass that we needed and we setup an appointment. They arrived within the time window and went right to work on changing out our cars cracked windshield and were done in a fair amount of time. Made the whole process go smoothly. Thanks. read more

Just had Seth and Mike come out to work on my wife's 2013 Honda Pilot. Great team! They came during the day while the kids were sleeping. Top marks for professionalism, cleanliness, and speed. I've had other windshield replaced by several companies, and they leave trash or aren't careful inside the car. Seth and Mike were awesome and friendly! read more

This afternoon, Aardvark completed a 5-star replacement of my windshield. The office is quick to respond. They scheduled my replacement 2 1/2 weeks sooner than the big corporation I normally use. The 3-way conversation with the insurance company was easy. Aardvark arrived within the scheduled window. The technicians were great! They were personable, quick, clean and knowledgeable. The install appears to be well done, with quality materials. I will recommend them to my friends and family. Then why the 4-star rating? Well my appointment was originally scheduled for yesterday. They didn't show and didn't call to tell me they were not going to make it; wasting my time. Normally, this would have earned them 1-star on the original appointment and a far nastier review. I figured I'd give the average of the two appointments but when I called after the missed appointment, I got the impression this was a genuine anomaly. They immediately asked me "what time tomorrow can we be there to fix this?" Their actions to correct the issue earned them a bonus star! Aardvark is my new windshield guy and I will recommend to my friends and family. read more

I live in Gilbert and had a slow crack in my windshield from highway rocks that grew to the point it needed to be replaced. These guys had good reviews and the best price of the 10 quotes. I spoke to Johnathan and set up an on site appointment. He sent 2 really friendly guys out . They replaced it and cleaned a bunch of stuff too just because I guess! I am very happy. I definitely recommend these guys! read more

Excellent service! Messaged via Yelp app on Friday morning outlining what I needed and my timeline. Jon was quick to respond (within minutes) and his team was at my home later that day replacing my windshield - they even called along the way stating they could arrive hours earlier than the original appointment window if that worked for me (which it did). Could not ask for a better experience. Learned that Aardvark Auto Glass is also a preferred vendor for my insurance company which made things even easier. I will be calling Jon for all my future auto glass needs! read more

Best glass company I've done business with. Family owned, friendly, speedy replacement times, and very high quality work. The owner takes pride in his work. He and his team replaced windows on three of my cars. They noticed issues from previous installations (performed by a different company) and resolved them. His staff was very courteous, respectful, and flexible to accommodate our schedules. Thank you Aardvark!!! read more

Jon was very quick to get the ball rolling on my new windshield for my E55 AMG. The whole call only took about 5 minutes from the time we set it up to the time we hung up. Not only did they install a new windshield but they had it pre-tinted before installing it on my car so I wouldn't have to go and have it tinted on my own time. Seth and his crew came out to my house and installed the windshield right in my driveway in only 45 minutes. Overall great communication with setting up the appointment and stellar job from Jon, Seth and the rest of the crew. I wouldn't recommend anyone else besides Aardvark! read more
