I called and filled out their online form to have them come repair a chip in my windshield. A rep called me and scheduled a day that worked. He then told me he would reach out with a time on that day so that I could have an arrival window. Never got a call from them. I sent a text and left a voicemail to see if they were still coming. They completely ghosted me, I never heard back from them. It was unprofessional and I do not recommend them. read more

Aardvark Auto Glass is the best hands down. They are family owned/operated and care about their customers and quality of work. I called them last month and they promptly within an hour swapped out a broken windshield on my truck. A month later with monsoon rains I noticed the back glass on my truck was broken and leaking water. I called the dealer and they wanted to keep the truck for a minimum of 4 day. Aardvark Auto glass in less than three hours found the break and replaced the entire back glass and motor with OEM parts. Got our windshield installed by these folks; I wished I had just gone with the Arizona Glass Company like I usually do. I had to wipe off black window sealant from my paint after they installed it. I now have a gap in sealant in the window and can now hear a steady wind noise anytime I drive over 30mph. Called them to fix it and they were supposed to come Friday. Great service. I called Friday night needing my windshield replaced Saturday for a road trip Sunday. They answered the phone even after-hours. They for insurance verification and everything done quickly. I had first scheduled with safelite thinking that they were big and could definitely get it done for me with short notice, but they ended up putting me on with their insurance person who was rude and wanted me to call back at 6AM to do insurance verification and put it back on me. I said I'm not waking up at 6AM on a Saturday. I called Aardvark after seeing reviews. The man was so nice. Saturday morning the same man came with his son to replace my windshield. They were nice, professional, seems genuine and even pet my dog (dog people know that's a good thing). They left my car CLEANER than they found it. I called these guys (along with 3 other glass companies) for a price yesterday afternoon. Most people don't really care about the price as insurance is paying but my deductible on my auto insurance is higher than the out of pocket cost of Windshield replacement. So I care as it's coming right out of my pocket! I was quoted a very fair price and told that they could do it between 9am and 11am the next day. I agreed. 8:50am they were in my driveway ready to get started. They did an extremely professional job even with me standing over their shoulders asking questions (I have a curious nature). Having previously worked for Safelite, I was apprehensive to go with another company, but since Safelite had such a backlog before they could come out and do the work and Aardvark was on the list of approved network shops thru my insurance company, I decided to give them a try. Gotta say, this was the easiest and best experience I've had getting my windshield replaced. A crew of 2 guys came out and worked in my garage and were done with the entire windshield replacement process in less than an hour. Both guys were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves, both inside and outside my vehicle. This afternoon, Aardvark completed a 5-star replacement of my windshield. The office is quick to respond. They scheduled my replacement 2 1/2 weeks sooner than the big corporation I normally use. The 3-way conversation with the insurance company was easy. Aardvark arrived within the scheduled window. The technicians were great! They were personable, quick, clean and knowledgeable. The install appears to be well done, with quality materials. I will recommend them to my friends and family. Then why the 4-star rating? Well my appointment was originally scheduled for yesterday. They didn't show and didn't call to tell me they were not going to make it; wasting my time. Normally, this would have earned them 1-star on the original appointment and a far nastier review. I figured I'd give the average of the two appointments but when I called after the missed appointment, I got the impression this was a genuine anomaly. They immediately asked me "what time tomorrow can we be there to fix this?" Their actions to correct the issue earned them a bonus star! Jon was very quick to get the ball rolling on my new windshield for my E55 AMG. The whole call only took about 5 minutes from the time we set it up to the time we hung up. Not only did they install a new windshield but they had it pre-tinted before installing it on my car so I wouldn't have to go and have it tinted on my own time. Needed to have my windshield replaced on my car. Used Yelp to "Request a Quote" from only the highest rated businesses. I began receiving the emails from the businesses and noticed that the one from Aardvark asked for me to call for a price. I was a little frustrated since I wanted to write one request and review the replies to compare prices. I decided to give Aardvark a call and found out that they asked me to call since there was more then one windshield for my vehicle. (Didn't realize that vehicles with rain sensing wipers require a different windshield.) Aardvark ended up quoting me the lowest price and was available to replace my windshield the next day. They arrived on time and replaced my windshield in less than an hour (in the rain). I even noticed that they removed a stain that I had on my passengers seat.
