I had a very positive experience with Blue Chip Auto overall. They did an excellent job installing my windshield--everything looks great and the quality of the work is solid. What stood out to me even more was their service recovery. There was a small item I had requested that was initially overlooked. While it was inconvenient to have to come back another day, John handled the situation the right way. He was genuinely apologetic, took full accountability, and made sure it was addressed without hesitation. That kind of ownership goes a long way. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters--and in this case, they showed professionalism and care. I left feeling respected and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them and would use their services again. read more

Matt did a great job replacing the glass on my 2005 Jeep TJ. He took care of a lot of details that other installers missed and didn't pay attention to... especially priming it, and making sure the gasket was good on the inside and on the outside. Great job. I'd recommend these guys for sure. read more

It doesn't get better than these guys! I chose Blue Chip to replace my windshield based on the positive feedback and they didn't disappoint. I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company! read more

I've used them 3 times now. What can I say? The service has always been great, and the technicians are very knowledgeable. 5/5!

14 years on, im still raving and recommending Kelley, Freddie and Blue Chip to anyone I know. Time and time again, repairs to windows, sunroof, windshields, blue chip has always taken the work, time and stress away and makes replacements & repairs so easy. For insurance, all you need to do is report it to your insurance, they will most likely want you to use their recommended folks, but you don't have to. Tell them you have your own company. Blue chip works with insurance companies and does all the work for you. Paying cash? They are great value and easy to get quotes and work with outside of insurance Need a certified Tesla glass shop, this it it.. one of the few around. Need someone to visit you on-site? Sure they do that. Or ideally located near W Bell Rd and I17, their waiting area is better than most car dealerships, boasting Keurig, LaCroix, coconut water, snacks and huge selection of complimentary drinks. read more

I count myself lucky that our insurance company outsourced our daughter's moon roof repair to Blue Chip. They provided quick, quality service with clear communication. When other issues arose that were not their fault, Kelly was extremely helpful in providing a solution. I was so impressed I made sure to take my own vehicle to them for a windshield repair. Honest, problem solving, fair and a wonderful company overall. read more

I'm not sure how, but by some incredible stroke of luck, I had a small crack in my windshield. I know that if you let it sit, it often will expand and then you have a fully cracked windshield. I got on the trusty Yelp app and looked for a windshield repair spot in the area. Blue Chip Auto Glass was one of the options that came up, and out of the three I considered, it had the most reviews (and positive ones). After speaking to them over the phone, and confirming that walk-ins are ok, I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon. They took care of things in about half an hour. While I waited, I enjoyed their free snacks, beverages, and WiFi. While it was a little hot in the waiting area, I appreciated the freebies. Upon completion of the service on the vehicle, they informed me that patching up a crack prevents it from spreading most of the time, but there's always a small chance that the crack will expand. If it does, they will give you a discount on the replacement needed. Hopefully, all goes well with my windshield. For the windshield repair, it cost me $50. Not bad. read more

After needing a new windshield a few years ago, I visited a car forum online for recommendations for a reputable shop. After reviewing everyone's recommendations, I decided to contact Blue Chip. Yesterday they installed a new windshield on one of my vehicles for the 5th time. Once again, they did an amazing job and made the whole process so easy from start to finish. In the past, I have had some really bad experiences with glass companies. Ordering glass, and never hearing back from them. Items stolen from car. Damage that was hidden or covered up. No shows. Save yourself the time and headaches and call Blue Chip. Thank you John and everyone else at Blue Chip for doing great work and making this a great experience from start to finish. You are appreciated. See you again in the future. read more

John was extremely helpful from start to finish! He helped me navigate the claim with insurance and made sure that I received the same glass that was already in my vehicle. He kept all of his promises from price to how long it would take! As a bonus, their shop office it was really nice environment to work from while the glass was being replaced! They had calm music on the TV instead of something loud so I could actually get things done. There was even a little office dog. The team at the front desk and the installation guy were all professional and really great! It's a bummer to have broken glass on your car, but this place makes it as easy as possible to get things fixed read more

Blue Chip helped me and my wife out when just in time, we can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate everything they did and everyone at Blue Chip.from our first phone call forward, the fact that the staff was willing to work with us just before closing time they went the extra mile to help us out. They met us out front of the shop to meet and greet us. Nice twist on perfect customer service. They offered us drinks and snacks showed us where the bathrooms were, invited us to sit in a cool air-conditioned lobby (nice chairs ) my wife was pleased at how clean the facility was the reception area the waiting lobby and bathrooms and the install shop was incredible. I had already seen it on a previous visit and repair this was her first time. The job was completed in an amazing timely manner they pulled the car around front and brought us out to go over the work that had been done the other technician working there also acknowledged our presents they were so helpful their courtesy was a huge deal maker in this day and age of poor service. Now days nobody takes the time the disrespect is incredible out there no business ethics but not at Blue Chip you won't find poor service there. Blue Chip understands great customer service and respect for their customers and there business and future business as noted why we have now returned to Blue Chip and no other Glass Company I will not go anywhere eles. I endorse Blue Chip Thank you to everyone at Blue Chip It was a timely blessing once again for us. read more

I hate when I get a crack in my windshield, but these guys are the best. I have a tesla which can be a pain to get replacement glass for. They were able to order the glass from tesla and get it installed within a week. They came out to my house and had it done in about an hour. I had to get my front passenger's side window replaced, and Blue Chip made it the most pleasant experience possible. Their service was absolutely top notch, from the initial phone call with John and dropping the car off with Pam all the way through picking the car up later that day. They're a great business and I couldn't recommend them more highly. read more

Blue Chip Auto Glass sets the standard for customer service and quality. From the very first call, they handled everything flawlessly working with my insurance, scheduling the appointment, and completing the windshield installation perfectly. I think they were slightly more expensive than elsewhere. This was the first time in a long time I was doing the replacement out of pocket, and frankly the last one (from the company that all the insurance companies use) had the window seal fail, and had the repaired chips connect, resulting in the need for a new windshield. Tech was efficient, polite, and cleaned up the car afterward. He recommended I change my wiper blades and I noted I would--I had some somewhere. He offered to put them on for me and waited while I figured out where they were. Glad we found these guys, and--since I live in Phoenix, where windshields go to die--I know I will again. (Just a quick note. I was suspicious of the extremely high ratings here, and they did call and ask me to submit a review (as so many do today). But although this is solicited, it is also the case that this was an excellent choice for me.) read more

The team was thoughtful, helpful, and values integrity. I am a driver for Lyft. Last week, I unexpectedly needed to get my windshield replaced quickly before being able to resume working. John was graciously able to schedule me the same day and for a better price than another quote I received elsewhere. He communicated very well and earned my trust. After completing the work on schedule, one of their team leads--Kelly--chose to give me a credit for a complimentary replacement on my next visit because there was an aesthetic issue with the way the car vin number was displaying through the viewing window. This was unnecessary, but gracious of him and revealed the high integrity that he and his team had. I highly recommend you consider them to replace your windshield. read more

Came to check out 3 cracks on my windshield after purchasing a used Lexus and Blue Chip is still the best in the area in my opinion! In less than 30 minutes I was able to find out 2 of these were previously repaired while the third was repaired for $50 and is now barely noticeable. They also gave me two quotes on OEM and non-OEM in case it does crack down the road. They also have a new lobby and waiting area with snacks and drinks that I don't remember when I visited in 2020! (Might've already been there but not sure) Honest and quick! I'll def be back when I get the inevitable road chip/crack again driving in AZ. (Funny side note I overheard a couple drive an hour outside of Phoenix to come here because this was the only place they trusted) edit: Forgot to mention that my windshield installed 4 years ago still looks beautiful and even with constant dings has not chipped at all! They definitely use the good stuff here. read more

I had a 2013 Mini Cooper S Clubman with a badly cracked windshield and shattered passenger window repaired by Blue Chip Auto Glass yesterday. The repair took a couple hours longer than expected due to the complexity of the passenger door assembly, but they were very communicative, and since I was waiting for it nearby and live in Tempe, they even let me borrow a car for the evening while they finished up. The repair looks great, they cleaned up all the shattered glass, and left the car looking much better than they found it. Fabulous customer service, great communication, highly recommended.
