It doesn't get better than these guys! I chose Blue Chip to replace my windshield based on the positive feedback and they didn't disappoint. I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company! read more

Matt did a great job replacing the glass on my 2005 Jeep TJ. He took care of a lot of details that other installers missed and didn't pay attention to... especially priming it, and making sure the gasket was good on the inside and on the outside. Great job. I'm not sure how, but by some incredible stroke of luck, I had a small crack in my windshield. I know that if you let it sit, it often will expand and then you have a fully cracked windshield. I got on the trusty Yelp app and looked for a windshield repair spot in the area. Blue Chip Auto Glass was one of the options that came up, and out of the three I considered, it had the most reviews (and positive ones). After speaking to them over the phone, and confirming that walk-ins are ok, I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon. They took care of things in about half an hour. While I waited, I enjoyed their free snacks, beverages, and WiFi. While it was a little hot in the waiting area, I appreciated the freebies. Upon completion of the service on the vehicle, they informed me that patching up a crack prevents it from spreading most of the time, but there's always a small chance that the crack will expand. If it does, they will give you a discount on the replacement needed. Hopefully, all goes well with my windshield. For the windshield repair, it cost me $50. Not bad. read more

John was extremely helpful from start to finish! He helped me navigate the claim with insurance and made sure that I received the same glass that was already in my vehicle. He kept all of his promises from price to how long it would take! As a bonus, their shop office it was really nice environment to work from while the glass was being replaced! I hate when I get a crack in my windshield, but these guys are the best. I have a tesla which can be a pain to get replacement glass for. They were able to order the glass from tesla and get it installed within a week. They came out to my house and had it done in about an hour. Blue chip is always easy to get ahold of and they dealt with the insurance and got me the manufacturer recommended glass. I think they were slightly more expensive than elsewhere. This was the first time in a long time I was doing the replacement out of pocket, and frankly the last one (from the company that all the insurance companies use) had the window seal fail, and had the repaired chips connect, resulting in the need for a new windshield. Tech was efficient, polite, and cleaned up the car afterward. He recommended I change my wiper blades and I noted I would--I had some somewhere. He offered to put them on for me and waited while I figured out where they were. Glad we found these guys, and--since I live in Phoenix, where windshields go to die--I know I will again. (Just a quick note. I was suspicious of the extremely high ratings here, and they did call and ask me to submit a review (as so many do today). I had a 2013 Mini Cooper S Clubman with a badly cracked windshield and shattered passenger window repaired by Blue Chip Auto Glass yesterday. The repair took a couple hours longer than expected due to the complexity of the passenger door assembly, but they were very communicative, and since I was waiting for it nearby and live in Tempe, they even let me borrow a car for the evening while they finished up. The repair looks great, they cleaned up all the shattered glass, and left the car looking much better than they found it. Fabulous customer service, great communication, highly recommended. Came to check out 3 cracks on my windshield after purchasing a used Lexus and Blue Chip is still the best in the area in my opinion! In less than 30 minutes I was able to find out 2 of these were previously repaired while the third was repaired for $50 and is now barely noticeable. They also gave me two quotes on OEM and non-OEM in case it does crack down the road. They also have a new lobby and waiting area with snacks and drinks that I don't remember when I visited in 2020! (Might've already been there but not sure) Honest and quick! I'll def be back when I get the inevitable road chip/crack again driving in AZ.
