Okay, how hard could it be to install a door window on a Classic 1956 2 Door Wagon?? In the garage for days working a few hours at a time, what the heck? Called Wayne at the Shop, "bring it in and we'll see what we can do". Within a half hour plus the job was done, what happened? The tracks on the window were not correct and the crank assembly was not stock. I had no idea of these issues. When I first took possession of the glass, I mentioned this was the right shop, the quality of the cut and finish was superior to the one I broke. Just this morning I got a Yelp "compliment" from a person named Darren W. The "compliment" said: "It seems like your window is the only one with a problem , maybe you damaged it taking it out and reinstalling it." I called Bell Glass and asked for Darren W. They said he wouldn't be in until the afternoon. So this guy either works for or owns this place. Is this any way to treat a customer? Apparently this place only does perfect work...if anything is wrong it is the customer's fault. Wow! Great business practice! They came and measured my glass needs for a shower and one week later they returned in one week, faster then they told me, and did the installation with efficiency and cleaned up after themselves. I have a classic 67 Camaro RS convertible. The rear quarter glass is notorious for problems. We have owned this car for 44 years and the rear glass has always been a problem, they did not align properly with the front glass, the drivers side rear glass dropped out of sight completely etc. And the front window were almost impossible to roll up. So I purchased the entire rear quarter glass, tracks and rollers etc. for a cost of north of $350. I took it in to Wayne and explained the situation. He quoted me 300 to install the parts I purchased, which I felt was fair. That left me at a total investment of about $650. He asked me if I could return the parts if he was able to repair it without them. I said "of course". Well, a long story short, all four windows roll up and down perfectly and all are aligned perfectly. He replaced the rollers and did all the above for about 1/2 of the parts I had purchased. So I am returning them today. I am only out $200 total after returning the parts. Wayne is such an honest gentleman, very difficult to find these days. I would give him 10 stars if I could. There are still honest business owners out there and Wayne is at the top of the list. read more

NOT GOOD! I had a window glass emergency and needed dual pane glass same day. I called Bell Glass and spoke with Rich and he told me that they could do it in an hour - of course, I was thrilled! I drove half an hour each way to bring him a check as they do not accept credit cards ????? But I was happy to do it since he as able to accommodate me. well, what a mess! the panes did not line up, the edges were scary jagged, they were off on the measurements AND instead of spacers, they used some sort of black goo to create the space between the two panes of glass - and it was significantly thicker than it was supposed to be. I called Rich right away and he became very defensive and angry. He said if wanted them thinner, I should "squeeze them". Squeeze them?? them were six foot windows! He said that not did I not know what I was doing, and neither did my carpenter who was doing the install. Very unprofessional. It was a nightmare and now I have no recourse because I wrote a personal check. Stay away!! read more

Horrible Experience and Customer Service, I contacted Bell Glass company to have a piece a tempered glass made for an arcade machine I am building. I called Bell Glass on 3/7/19 by phone and told they would be able to do it and it would take three day. I agree and take the arcade machine with me so they can retake my measurements and see what I am working with. When I arrive, I spoke with someone but I am not sure who as they did not introduce themselves. This person retook my measurement for the piece of glass and I ordered a piece of plastic for it as well. This person now tell me he will order it but it will not get to the shop until Tuesday 3/12/19. Not the three days they told me over the phone. I agreed and ordered the glass and plastic. Fast forward to 3/12 and I have not got an update by 2:3pm so I call Bell Glass and spoke to Darren and explain that I had placed and order with the company and he acted like he knew nothing about it and I have to go into detail before he was able to locate the order. He explained that the glass has not arrived and he did not know when it was coming in. I requested he found out and call me back with an update. He did and let me know it would arrive the next day on 3/13/14. I waited and got no update on Wednesday by 3pm, so again I called Bell Glass. This time I spoke with Wayne and he could not tell me whether or not the piece of glass would be on the truck. I got upset and Wayne then proceed to my order was small and they deal with big orders. Wayne said he would call me and let me know if the glass was on the truck. At 4:24pm, Wayne calls me and tells me the glass was on the truck but they close at 4:30 pm and I will have to pick it up tomorrow morning 3/14/19. Today. I go pay for and pick up the piece of glass and plastic and go home. The glass is perfect except for an etched in logo placed a random location on the bottom of the glass. This is for an arcade and they were aware of this when I purchased it. Where this logo is located is in the viewing area of the screen and will not work. I called Bell Glass and spoke to Rich. I started to explained the issue with the logo. And he interrupts me to tell me that he did put the logo on the glass that the company that made it for them did and it required. I try to explain that the logo was just put in a random location and not even lined up with an edge which I could work with. He got extremely rude and asked me if I was the one who had called the day before and started to cuss at me and tell me he doesn't need my business. I have tried to call back to get my money back and I get no answer. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the attorney general if I do not receive a refund.
