Joe was able to come out to my house within a few days took measurements and just a few days later he sent a very competitive quote. After deciding to move on with our project I placed a 50% deposit and scheduled install for a month later, much less than the 4-6 month timeframe I was given by other companies. The install was incredibly clean the crew picked up after themselves and respected my home. I'm very happy with the product the difference in heat and noise is night and day. I'll be updating my review in a year or so to see how they hold up. Initial install date May 2022

The appointment time came and I did think it odd that I didn't get a reminder text/call but I started waiting for the tech to show up and about 20 mins after their scheduled arrival I called and they didn't have record of my appointment. They said they would look into it and contact me back. They called about 30 minutes later to say they never had an appointment listed but their tech could come out in the afternoon. Luckily I work from home so I said that would work. When the tech showed up he said he was new and forgot to put my name on the appointment book but confirmed it was him that I originally talked to. He did his measurements and said he would get right back to me with the quotes. That was on Friday -- I did finally hear back from him on Monday afternoon. The quote is pretty competitive but since I didn't hear right back from him I am getting a couple of more quotes now. I will update my review if I decided to go with Roadrunner but so far not that impressed.

I requested help as to my windows leaking, regardless of the previous install, I looked to your company for recommendations and yours was to *caulk* my windows only. I never mentioned a budget or quick fix just simply that my windows were leaking and I needed a solution. Your company's solution was a quick fix to either make a quick dollar or your employees just don't know what they're doing - either way highly suggest going elsewhere. Also your "disclaimer" you mentioned was put on my invoice, was in no way communicated to me which is even more ironic given the circumstances that I have my copy with no notes on it other than your initial quote upon inspection. So glad you communicated that amongst your selves. The more permanent solution mentioned, I have recently received from multiple companies is the same price you charged me previously. Maybe just take the feedback and do better.

Let these few words encourage you to read more. We called Tom inquiring about new doors and a security door. He came by and first took measurements to better assist with our decision with what we wanted. He listened and showed us options for review. No pressure to "upgrade" anything. We already had in mind what we wanted and he was able to get us exactly that. We were sold and placed the order. They called when our doors were at their business and set up the installation date. Now here is where it just gets better. The two who arrived were a pleasure to meet. They got started right away prepping the areas that would have some expected debris. We were amazed at what is all entailed when replacing doors. They did not shortcut on anything. They did the check twice cut once approach with everything they did. Once they were done you wouldn't have known they were there. Everything was cleaned up taking with them the debris and old doors. I think you would agree you don't get that with the big box stores. Finally installed we were so happy with the look of them all. What made our decision to work with Red Rock Windows and Doors even better was that the noise from the street was gone. Because they took the time to get it right the gaps from the previous doors were gone so we received great fitting doors. Our next project with Tom and the crew will be getting our windows done. If you are in the market for door improvements, please call Tom and let him introduce himself and show you the products he can offer. You will not be disappointed.
