Phoenix Home Window Tinting was my second call, with the idea that I would get a competitive bid to make sure that I was getting a fair price and product. They scheduled my estimate, I left work a little early to make sure that I could be there on time, and unfortunately, they were an hour late. I get business happens, but a call would go a long way to let the customer know what to expect. I did try to call after 30 minutes late to get a status update, and unfortunately could only speak to an AI operator. When the estimator did show up at my house, I had to inform him that I did have another appointment to get to, so I would not be able to do the estimate. While he was not rude, he was clearly agitated with me, when all I did was leave work early to try and get a quote to potential use their business, and was left hanging for an hour with no update. Based off the overall service and attitude of the estimator, I will not be using this company and will continue my search. I see a lot of great reviews for this company, my experience was definitely not of equal experience. I am changing this review to a 3 star from a 1 star because the owner did contact me. We did not come to an agreement about my experience today and I will be continuing my search, but you can tell that she does pay attention to her business and I just want to chalk this up to the law of averages. I do hope that this was the exception, and not the rule and wish them the best of luck moving forward.

My eyes are super sensitive in the intense Arizona sun and I knew I had to do something to safely drive the car! I found Keith through Yelp reviews and gave him a call. He informed me that it is illegal to tint the front window but he could apply a "limousine tint band" across the top of the windshield. We were able to schedule an appointment and wait while he did the work. Keith is a perfectionist who diligently applied the tint and at a very fair price! I am very happy with the result!
