Quick response to my request for a quote. Although Victor's estimate wasn't the cheapest it was still pretty fair. Anyways when it comes to some things like window tinting, you don't always want to chase the cheapest. Victor not only responded to my quote request in a timely manner but gave me an appt had the vehicle completed by the very next business day. I had gone to Victor Guerrero For a long time & trusted him. I recommended him many times to friends including my daughter recently. I was horrified when she told me that Victor charged her $600.00 for her windows on a regular Sedan!!!!! It is unbelievable to me since the normal rate is $300.00!!! There were no special requests from my daughter, just regular tint. He also rushed her, even though there were no customers after that. This is taking advantage at the highest level!!!!!! Victor was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable from the start! I called Monday asking for a quote for a standard tint job on my 2021 Kia Telluride. This was after many failed attempts from other auto window tinting services in Surprise. None of them answered my calls! But Victor immediately answered and detailed price quotes for what I wanted to do. He answered my questions with detail and I set up an appointment for Wednesday, I didn't think it would be that quick! The day of the appointment he quickly went over price quotes again and kept our same price agreement over the phone. I wanted the darkest tint (5%) for my back windows, with a lighter tint in the front. I also wanted a thin strip for the windshield to help block the sun's rays in this AZ heat! He explained that he will make the fade look very nice, and showed me examples of what it would look like looking in, and looking out. He was extremely accommodating to my needs of driving a large SUV and explained his service and guarantees. I felt very welcomed and loved the fact that he was down to earth, with no intentions of adding extras or convincing me otherwise. He said to give him two hours and recommended a nice coffee place down the street to wait, or to make myself at home here in his office. He kept his promises and went right to work! I walked to the coffee shop 1 block over and enjoyed some coffee! I waited an hour and a half until he called saying he was just about done! Talk about excellent customer service! As soon as I returned I was greeted with a phenomenal tint service on my car! He spent a few minutes explaining the settling process, care tips, and detailed what I expect to see right now and in 24 hours. I saw no imperfections, it was a clean job! Victor takes pride in his work, and rightfully so. He is knowledgeable in this business and his work undoubtably reflects that. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family for any window tinting service, as he has experience in all types of vehicles. We added the window tinting to our last condo you can see in the first picture. We recently moved and took down the vertical blinds which are cumbersome, noisy and get dirty. They also block the beautiful view of the golf course. We contacted Victor with Fantasy Windows and he has made our windows beautiful again.
