Picked up a brand new 2027 EV and knowing this model was only on the market for 2 months, I reached out to a few tint places, only Morgan at Tint World confirmed they had the patterns for the 2027 Bolt. After we discussed timing and schedules, Morgan was able to fit us in quickly and the PPF was done perfect and before their scheduled end time. At the pick up we were able to get educated on the tint options and also a live demonstration of how much heat can be saved by going for the nano ceramic. In addition the % of legal tints for the front vs heavier tints on the back. At the time of the full PPF pick up, we weren't fully invested.... but within a week after driving the new car, we noticed the heat coming through the windows, like we were told. So we booked the tint during the same time as the PPF check up. Alex was great at communicating the night before about a possible slight delay on the completion times for the next days appointment but all worked out well and finished ahead of his new ETA. Only 1 air bubble was found on the PPF, really great and it's saved us from 2 stones already that we know of. Tint work was perfect, the nano ceramic really helps driving when the sun is on your sides, theres not much heat going into the car. Definitely worth the money.

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. GO HERE!!! After researching lots of places online to get my car windows tinted.. I decided to go to Cactus Tint because of all the good reviews. I'm really glad I went here.. Rick was really cool and gave a tutorial of all my choices which were displayed nicely for you to see. He even let me use his company vehicle so I didn't have to wait around for my car to get done.. so I bounced and went and saw a movie lol. That was a plus. Rick took me in the back of his shop where he was working on 2 Lambo Diablos and a McLaren F1. His shop was clean and I knew my 2014 WRX would be in good hands. I went with Suntek Cxp 18% visor strip and front windows and 5% limo on the rest. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I cant say enough how happy I am with the % I chose. I was thinking 18 all around but 5 is the sh*t. The tint improved the look of my car tremendously and is exactly the look I was wanting. LOVE the 5. My daily driving experience just went thru the roof. I LOVE IT!!!! DRIVING IS SOO MUCH BETTER NOW! You have to pay a little more attention at night but it could be worse driving an 18 wheeler or a van that only has front windows to see out of. Its really not bad at all. The quality of work Rick did is excellent. The cut lines are even better than the tint that was originally on my car that the dealer did!! Called to get a quote for my mercedes to get tinted. I had inquired about pricing options and was told that to remove the tint was $65 per hour and a 2 hour minimum. The total comes out to be $130 to just remove the tint. Not including the overpriced tint to put on. i could simply be looking at 300-400$ plus to get my car tinted. Also when RICK the owner gave me the quote for removal i said wow. He said WHAT? Is that too expensive? Rick my friend.....you are a very unprofessional businessman. Very rude over the phone and will definitely never use your services. I cannot believe the service i got over the phone. I can just imagine how fake of a person you are to your other clients. sweet talking them into tinting their cars for hundreds of dollars. Not to mention the shops around you do the same work with the same quality tint for half your price. Removal was only $50.......compared at $130 Minimum. Which could vary if your not cautions of this company. I see ferraris and lambos getting tinted at your place and now your head is up through the sky . You need to relax a little buddy. Don't be rude to your new coming customers. Im glad your business is doing well enough but no need to be rude to others because i was informed from other shops that the cost to remove tint was $50 dollars not $130 like yours. I've never been a fan of having tinted windows in my car but moving to AZ makes them necessary with the constant sun and heat. Saw a Groupon online for another tinting place in Scottsdale but wasn't impressed with what they were offering so researched other places. Went with Cactus Window Tint because they're one of the few places with online reviews and good ones at that. Not much to go on but I thought I'd call. So I called on a Monday to briefly discuss prices and options. Made an appointment for the next day to stop by during lunch. I wanted to get to see for myself in person and maybe get my car tinted right then and there. Talked again for about 10 minutes once I got there, made my decision and settled on a middle of the road option with SunTek CXP film, and then had my car ready in an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better experience given my ignorance about different tinting options. I was even offered a ride back to work if I didn't want to wait on my car. They promised to have my car ready so fast, I politely declined. I just amused myself on their wifi network for an hour until it was ready. All in all, got a real good solution at an very good price for keeping my car cool with all my stereo equipment inside. Knowledgeable people who know what they're doing. Would recommend to anyone and will likely go back for my windsheild. read more

Cactus Tint just installed 3M Thinsulate Climate Control window film on our east and west facing windows at our home in Pine, Arizona. Rick and Sabrina were very helpful during the proposal phase and won our business with their reasonable pricing and expert assistance choosing the right product for our home. Their installation team did a great job. And they did it safely and took the time to do it right. The film is installed so well that you can't even tell there is film on the windows. It eliminates UV radiation. It also reduces glare just the right amount to enhance our view of the forest instead of detracting from it. And it adds a layer of insulation to keep our home comfortable while reducing heating and cooling costs. I highly recommend the Cactus Window Tint team. Rick and the crew were awesome. I have been e-mailing Rick over the weekend asking questions about the clear bra installation. After e-mailing with him, I decided to have the clear bra installed. I got in on Monday with a short notice. They promised that they'll be done by 1pm and they deliver. The installation was great. Rick showed me how they custom cut the clear bra for your car. You can hardly notice the clear bra. The price was great too. Rick assured me that if I have any problems with the install that I can take it back. Best place to go ever for window tinting and wraps. They have tinted the windows on my truck and did a fantastic job. They also wrapped an offroad race UTV that I race and did an awesome job. I would not recommend this company…read more I made an appointment through Yelp and scheduled my vehicle for window tinting on a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was originally told the job would take only a couple of hours, and my plan was to wait for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed they were running behind and that the car would likely be ready around 3:00 p.m. They told me they would call about 30 minutes before pickup. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them myself. I was then told the car would be ready in about 30 minutes. I headed over and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed they had removed my dash camera in order to install the tint, which is understandable. However, they did not properly remove the adhesive stickers associated with the camera. On one side, it appears they cut the tint around the sticker, leaving the edge of the tint lifted. On the other side, they applied the tint partially over the sticker. Now, if I want to properly remove the sticker and reinstall everything correctly, I would have to risk lifting or damaging the tint. This is something that should have been addressed during installation. The passenger side looked fine, but the work around the dash camera was sloppy and unprofessional. I called the shop, explained the issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. After sending the pictures, I never received a follow-up response. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-through.

He gave me a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment a couple of days out. This all happened last summer, and towards the end of the call Jaime then stated that I should make sure I have a ride home cuz he would need my car for a 2 hour minimum, it just all depends on how long removal takes, the older the tint the longer the removal. I told him I wouldnt need a ride cuz it was so close, and he said that was up to me. I showed up for my appointment and handed him the keys and said "just text or call when its done and ill head back over" and about to turn and leave when he said "todays gonna be way to hot, since you live close...I'll run ya home" then getting out of his truck i said again "just let me know when its finished" and Jamie replied "I'll call when im on my way to pick you up!" So he ends up having my car for 5 hours...that whole old tint thing i mentioned up there...well my tint was 13years old...so it came off in little strips rather then a whole sheet, but my price was exactly what I was quoted. I asked how long till I can use my windows and he said with how hot it is probably one day or 2 to be safe. Well the next day happen to be raining all day and fell asleep on the couch with my fob in my pocket, which I never do, and when I woke up and looked out the front window I apparently rolled onto and held the unlock button on the fob cuz all my windows were completely down and my moon roof also very much so open! Angered...I just shut all of them with the fob and decided to assess the damage later cuz there was absolutely no reason for me...to be pissed off...at me...for what I did....while I slept...and then be even more pissed off...at me...for being pissed off...getting soaking wet...in the rain! Went out after the rain...and my temper tantrum...had dissipated. Water from the rain...surprisingly almost completely dry (cuz arizona stays hot...even in the rain) but then i looked up...cuz i was truly terrified of all the ripples and wrinkles that came with rolling my windows down less then 24 hours after Jamie finished...and was i absolutely right....by going to Magic window tinting...everything was still unbelievably perfect....not a single flaw caused by that idiot who rolled my windows down while I slept!! And a year later...still looks immaculate!! I try to recommend everyone i can to Magic Window Tinting!! Jaime was knowledgable about his craft and it shines thru in his amazing work...his knowledge that is....not the sun!!
