Messing around on Google Maps and saw Magic Window Tinting literally a 2 min drive from my house and gave them a call since ive been contemplating changing my tint since the rear window began bubbling. He gave me a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment a couple of days out. This all happened last summer, and towards the end of the call Jaime then stated that I should make sure I have a ride home cuz he would need my car for a 2 hour minimum, it just all depends on how long removal takes, the older the tint the longer the removal. I told him I wouldnt need a ride cuz it was so close, and he said that was up to me. I showed up for my appointment and handed him the keys and said "just text or call when its done and ill head back over" and about to turn and leave when he said "todays gonna be way to hot, since you live close...I'll run ya home" then getting out of his truck i said again "just let me know when its finished" and Jamie replied "I'll call when im on my way to pick you up!" So he ends up having my car for 5 hours...that whole old tint thing i mentioned up there...well my tint was 13years old...so it came off in little strips rather then a whole sheet, but my price was exactly what I was quoted. I asked how long till I can use my windows and he said with how hot it is probably one day or 2 to be safe. Well the next day happen to be raining all day and fell asleep on the couch with my fob in my pocket, which I never do, and when I woke up and looked out the front window I apparently rolled onto and held the unlock button on the fob cuz all my windows were completely down and my moon roof also very much so open! Angered...I just shut all of them with the fob and decided to assess the damage later cuz there was absolutely no reason for me...to be pissed off...at me...for what I did....while I slept...and then be even more pissed off...at me...for being pissed off...getting soaking wet...in the rain! Went out after the rain...and my temper tantrum...had dissipated. Water from the rain...surprisingly almost completely dry (cuz arizona stays hot...even in the rain) but then i looked up...cuz i was truly terrified of all the ripples and wrinkles that came with rolling my windows down less then 24 hours after Jamie finished...and was i absolutely right....by going to Magic window tinting...everything was still unbelievably perfect....not a single flaw caused by that idiot who rolled my windows down while I slept!! And a year later...still looks immaculate!! I try to recommend everyone i can to Magic Window Tinting!! Jaime was knowledgable about his craft and it shines thru in his amazing work...his knowledge that is....not the sun!! read more

Jaime was able to get me in on short notice. Did my entire truck with windshield in under an hour and a half. He's got a cool little waiting room with reclining chairs, water, and a bathroom if needed. Once he was done, he advised me on what the next steps were, paid the bill, and I was on my way. I love this guy. He does killer work and I'm very picky. He's done my ZL1, 2500 Denali, Ram 1500, VW Tiguan, Infiniti QX55, and now my Escalade. I have NEVER had one issue with color, bubble, quality, etc. I've always got his best ceramic tint, I think it's nano ceramic. I can 100% confirm it helps with heat. Driving my new Escalade home I got burnt with the tint the last owners had on it. After I got Magic to replace the tint with his ceramic, I could feel the difference immediately. Does great work. He did my friends and it looks amazing. Unfortunately, doesn't know how to use a clock (or a calendar). My appt. was at 1pm. No one was there so called 5 after and he said he'd be 20 minutes because he was at lunch. Like...seriously? I finally left at 1:34 because he still hadn't arrived. I guess he's flush, with business. Poor workmanship. I brought my vehicle in to get tinted and was told that if there was anything wrong after seven days, to give him a call and he would take care of it. After seven days of curing in over 100 degree temperatures, I took my car back after the ripples in my windshield did not completely disappear. When I brought it back in, I was denied service because he could not see the ripples in the windshield. It's definitely noticeable, especially when driving. After reminding the technician about his promise, I was then told that my car "is all fucked up anyway...you know that." Although I was offered to have the windshield tint removed and $100 back, I felt that the best thing to do at this point was to leave this unsettling situation. read more

I haven't had tint on my vehicle for 2 years and figured it was about time. Glad I went here very professional no trying to sell me on anything just asked what I wanted and that's about it. Jaime did a great job tinting my windows on my 2019 Honda HR-V. I like the color and the darkness and he did a great job. Very nice guy and easy to work with. I went to his place on 40th street and Thunderbird. I decided to wait there while it was being done so I just went to Starbucks across the street and Jaime called me about 2 hours later to tell me he was finished with my windows. He even removed the old factory tint on my windows and replaced with the new SunTek tint. I would highly recommend using this business for window tint. read more

I got the high-end ceramic UVA and UVB blocking tint for my Prius which is very important to me. It is pricey but I Imagine the old adage you get what you pay for applies here. I did find a UVA and UVB test strip on Amazon and bought it and it does indeed block all UV or at least A and B! read more
