I ended up going with a special order tint job for the brand new Formula One Ceramic Tint. It's not cheap! But like they say, you get what you pay for. Bought a new car and immediately drove it over to Tint360 for Ceramic Coating. Got the Silver Package. Received an e-mail the next morning that my car was ready for pick up and arrived at the store at opening. Upon entering the store, ask about my car and just get a puzzled look from the owner. Apparently they had switched over to a new CRM and the system erroneously triggered a pickup e-mail. Not a huge deal I guess, I asked the owner to cover the cost of the Uber there since they're the ones that told me it was done and it clearly wasn't. He agreed without hesitation. I went ahead and sent him a copy of the Uber invoice before leaving the office and going back home. Upon going back the second time to pick up my car, I'm in good spirits. Car looks great upon first inspection, I confirm that they received my Uber invoice and then I go home where I have some lighting to check out the job. In better lighting, it looked rushed to say the least. There was about 12 inches of swirled hazing/streaking right above my tailgate. This is due to application error. The unfortunate part about hazing/streaking in a ceramic coating is that it stays there until you remove the coating. So here I am, down $1,500 + a 20 minute Uber, with a footlong swirl hazed into my tailgate. It's been a year, I've sent multiple messages to the business and still have yet to get any response on the status of my Uber invoice. I've since bought a Rupes in order to remove the coating I paid $1,500 for, and spent the better part of 15 hours polishing it off and decontaminating my paint so I can lay down my own CSL/Exo (I'm a web developer not a car detailer so this could probably be cut in half if you know what you're doing). So I don't know, spend $1,500 on a half-assed ceramic coating and never get a response to your inquiries (they have no problem sending marketing e-mails though, lol), or drop $300 on a Random Orbital Polisher and $150 on CSL/Exo and do it yourself. I wish I would've made the second choice first. I now go out of my way to make sure friends and family avoid this place. If they need Tint I send them over to Cactus Window Tinting, if they need a wrap I send them over to Apex Customs and if they're looking for a Ceramic Coating they just get a GTechniq kit whenever I have a long weekend. read more

Brittany is terrible at communicating, I was quoted a number out the door then charged an extra $300.00 at the finish. $75 an hour to have the car sit, that would be 4 hours of sitting. This is my second vehicle here, bummer I won't bring one back. It should have been a 20 minute job at most. A quick buck! But the guys in the garage were out-standed yelling with excitement that someone had brought in a skyline. The lady at the desk was immediately rude when I asked if they take walk ins. "We do" she said."but it won't be today." So you you do but you don't? I don't understand. Took it over to clear view glass and tint a mile down the road. They took my truck, a lifted 2020 Tacoma, in immediately and did an amazing job. Really wanted to like this place. Receptionist was very nice and responsive, it was easy to set up an appointment and they offer a good range of tint for my Tesla. Unfortunately the skill level of the installers is not worth the price. I had to have them redo all panels for misalignment, bubbles and it's still a disappointing job. There are finger prints and smudges between the tint and the glass. So my windows never look clean and I have dirt bubbles for a job that cost over $1200. read more

After reading all the positive reviews I took my new car to Tint360. They removed the standard tint from my new vehicle and I purchased the most expensive tint they had. I noticed the bubbles but I was told to wait 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I took it back and they re did 3 of the windows. I waited again and asked why my front windshield had so many bubbles and I was told when it's time to replace my windshield they would redo it. As I look at my car when with the sun shining the bubbles are everywhere and this is several months later. I will never take my car to this place again. It's really unfortunate and I think since my car was a brand new model that they had never worked on before, they didn't know how to do it correctly. To add to all of that, when they added the tint to the back side windows they pulled out the interior side door panels and they won't go back in. Absolutely the worst experience. I've lived in Arizona for over 15yrs and have had many of my vehicles tinted by various establishments all over the valley; from my college Honda to my Tesla commuter vehicle. Most places, you have to drop off the vehicle others, -will come to you. Yes,... there are horror stories abound,... no valid contractor license, shoddy workmanship,... an overall lack of professionalism. Tint-360 recently removed and reinstalled window film on two of my vehicles. One was done at my home in the garage and, the other, was done in their shop. I chose the DubIR Film (DubIRTint.com) for BOTH vehicles - A Nano-Ceramic film with great ultraviolet, infrared and solar energy rejection numbers compared to other available name brands carried by other installers throughout the valley. At my home, the Tint-360 installer arrived early, provided me with choices and, explained the benefits of each film option. Once a chose a film, I handed him the keys and went back to my home office. After a few hours, he texted me and, I went out to the garage. -Compared to my past experiences with various Mobile Tint Services,... the garage was as clean as when he started. No trash, broken blades or old tint on the floor for me to pick up. He even wiped down the dashboard and cleaned the glass. You couldn't even tell the tint was ever removed or replaced; no specs of dirt, air bubbles, scratches, creases or ghosting in the film at all. Yes. After 8-vehicles in 20yrs and, dealing with various installers and re-installers throughout the valley, you'll pick up a bit of the lingo here and there. You'll know what to look for in a great tint job, a shoddy tint job and, the types of red flags to look out for before handing over those keys. read more
