Seriously cannot recommend Detail PHX enough! I had my PPF done with them while I was living in Arizona and ended up having an issue with it after moving out of state. Even though I'm no longer local, they were SO accommodating and went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of. They were responsive, understanding, and genuinely cared about making things right. It's rare to find a business with customer service like this, especially when you're no longer even in the state! So appreciative of how they handled everything and would 100% recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area! read more

Excellent experience with Nick and Kenneth at DetailPHX. They did full-front XPEL PPF, XR+ tint, and a full ceramic coating on my Tesla Model Y Performance. The quality of the work is excellent, pricing is fair, and they are extremely detail-oriented. Both are knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. No unnecessary upselling, just great service and high-quality work. I would absolutely use DetailPHX again! Thank you! read more

Photo is from a track weekend where I happily recommended DetailPHX to my Porsche trackmates. Young and passionate team led by brothers Kenny & Nick. Yes, they appear to be too young to be successful entrepreneurs! Great looking shop. Drop-off and pickup included. One-day turn around for bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors. Fantastic results with a 10-year warranty on Xpel PPF product and labor, all at a fair price. read more

This place is cool. They didn't try to upsell me or anything. They're really, really professional, great service. Great value

These guys are awesome incredible transparent responsible they get her done thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart

Kenny and Nick did a phenomenal job on my new car. These guys are passionate about what they do and it shows. I've had the most terrible experience at the dealership I got the car from- scratches and paint blemishes upon delivery that I was told were tape residue and would come off. Long story short, they did not come off so I took the car to Detail PHX to see what they could do before we put XPel PPF on it. So grateful that Nick and his team were able to paint correct and remove the scratches before the Xpel went on. Lesson learnt; NEVER have a dealership wash your car upon delivery. Skip the free washes too when you take it in for service. When I picked up the car again from Detail PHX, they had it parked next to their shop in showroom condition. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the car glistening in the sun like a crown jewel. Like it should have been at the dealership when you buy a brand new car. These guys' customer service, attention to details and Nick's patience to explain the products are just top notched. The experience here more than makes up for my negative car buying experience at the dealership and the peace of mind that your car is in good hands every time you hand the keys over to them. My only regret was not having them do my tinting in the same trip. I promptly corrected this and took the car back a few weeks later to have ceramic tint put on by them. Happy repeat customer needless to say. Picture of car below is before the ceramic tinting and after paint correction was done and PPF/ ceramic coating applied. read more

I have been to Detail about 4 or 5 times and every time was treated exceptionally well. The owners are amazing; they take pride in themselves, their business, their customers and their repeat business. The work is 5 star top notch at every turn and never encountered an issue and if I did I suspect they would immediately make it right. Don't look any further. read more

I found Detail Phx on Google. Needed my windows retinted and didn't want to drive to Scottsdale. Kenny, the owner, was very helpful and patient. He went through the process with me and explained what they would be doing. He explain the quality of their tint, % of UV block, and different shades. Overall, they did a wonderful job on my windows. I highly recommend their services. Going back for them to install the clear bra on the entire front of my vehicle. I've seen their work in the shop and very impressive. Great quality. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received yesterday at this business. The owners are very affable, accommodating, helpful and explain their processes quite well. The products they use are top-notch and they throw in a few extras as well. The car had both ceramic coating and PPF film applied. One has an 8-year warranty and the other has a 10-year warranty. The car was finished on time and looks great. It is a 2024 Lexus RX350h. I cannot say how well the products will perform over time, but all the product reviews I have read say they will indeed perform to spec for the warranty period. I highly recommend Detail PHX. Oh, and their pricing is very, very competitive, far lower than some in the Phoenix area. read more

No better place to get your car tinted and wrapped. Kenny really cares about your vehicle and guarantees his work. The craftsmanship is incredible and we were stopped numerous times by people remarking how awesome our car looked. And it wasn't due to the body. I decided to have one of my vehicles meticulously detailed, and I opted for the services of DetailPHX. The experience was excellent, and Kenny, the owner, did a fantastic job. What impressed me the most was that their prices are reasonable, considering the high-quality work they offer. Kenny's patient and thorough explanation of the entire detailing process, coupled with his willingness to go above and beyond to address any issues, showcases the importance of excellent customer service in his business. I had my other SUV detailed by a competitor in Tempe, and although they did a good job with the package, their treatment and customer service were nowhere close to DetailPHX. I am thrilled with the level of service I received. Despite living in Chandler, I decided to make the trip to get my car detailed after a reassuring conversation with Kenny over the phone. I highly recommend giving him a call; his dedication and customer-centric approach will undoubtedly convince you to give their services a try. The best part is that you can get all the detailing services you need at just 70% of the cost of other places with fancy showrooms. I had my Tesla treated with frontal PPF, XPEL ceramic pro tint, and ceramic coating for both the exterior and interior, all at a great price in the valley. Additionally, they provided a generous warranty. I highly recommend checking them out; you won't be disappointed! -- Satish(Chandler) read more

Absolutely amazing service. Brought my new Raptor in for PPF. The day before I dropped it off I got 3 chips on the hood. We touched it up prior to the install but they were still visible after the install, which was a no bueno. Kenny offered to remove the PPF so I could get the hood repainted and then they reapplied the PPF at no charge! They are the definition of great customer service and retention! Thanks! read more
