Messing around on Google Maps and saw Magic Window Tinting literally a 2 min drive from my house…read moreand gave them a call since ive been contemplating changing my tint since the rear window began bubbling. He gave me a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment a couple of days out. This all happened last summer, and towards the end of the call Jaime then stated that I should make sure I have a ride home cuz he would need my car for a 2 hour minimum, it just all depends on how long removal takes, the older the tint the longer the removal. I told him I wouldnt need a ride cuz it was so close, and he said that was up to me. I showed up for my appointment and handed him the keys and said "just text or call when its done and ill head back over" and about to turn and leave when he said "todays gonna be way to hot, since you live close...I'll run ya home" then getting out of his truck i said again "just let me know when its finished" and Jamie replied "I'll call when im on my way to pick you up!" So he ends up having my car for 5 hours...that whole old tint thing i mentioned up there...well my tint was 13years old...so it came off in little strips rather then a whole sheet, but my price was exactly what I was quoted. I asked how long till I can use my windows and he said with how hot it is probably one day or 2 to be safe. Well the next day happen to be raining all day and fell asleep on the couch with my fob in my pocket, which I never do, and when I woke up and looked out the front window I apparently rolled onto and held the unlock button on the fob cuz all my windows were completely down and my moon roof also very much so open! Angered...I just shut all of them with the fob and decided to assess the damage later cuz there was absolutely no reason for me...to be pissed off...at me...for what I did....while I slept...and then be even more pissed off...at me...for being pissed off...getting soaking wet...in the rain! Went out after the rain...and my temper tantrum...had dissipated. Water from the rain...surprisingly almost completely dry (cuz arizona stays hot...even in the rain) but then i looked up...cuz i was truly terrified of all the ripples and wrinkles that came with rolling my windows down less then 24 hours after Jamie finished...and was i absolutely right....by going to Magic window tinting...everything was still unbelievably perfect....not a single flaw caused by that idiot who rolled my windows down while I slept!! And a year later...still looks immaculate!! I try to recommend everyone i can to Magic Window Tinting!! Jaime was knowledgable about his craft and it shines thru in his amazing work...his knowledge that is....not the sun!!

I would not recommend this company…read more I made an appointment through Yelp and scheduled my vehicle for window tinting on a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was originally told the job would take only a couple of hours, and my plan was to wait for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed they were running behind and that the car would likely be ready around 3:00 p.m. They told me they would call about 30 minutes before pickup. By 3:00 p.m., I still hadn't heard anything, so I called them myself. I was then told the car would be ready in about 30 minutes. I headed over and picked it up. When I got home, I noticed they had removed my dash camera in order to install the tint, which is understandable. However, they did not properly remove the adhesive stickers associated with the camera. On one side, it appears they cut the tint around the sticker, leaving the edge of the tint lifted. On the other side, they applied the tint partially over the sticker. Now, if I want to properly remove the sticker and reinstall everything correctly, I would have to risk lifting or damaging the tint. This is something that should have been addressed during installation. The passenger side looked fine, but the work around the dash camera was sloppy and unprofessional. I called the shop, explained the issue, and was told it would be taken care of. I was asked to send photos, which I did immediately. After sending the pictures, I never received a follow-up response. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and follow-through.

Once contacted for a quote on my car, Shawn was clear about pricing and very accommodating, not to mention competitive with their pricing. Once I saw the shop and met up in person I could instantly tell this was the place I was looking for. I recommended that a friend was interested in tinting their car as well. Being that we have that same car, I thought if I was impressed with the business, my friend would be too. Shawn was able to get them in same day. After the first week of installation, I had a few spots of concern. Texted Shawn and he was more than happy to take a look and resolve the issues.
