I contacted Pro Guard and worked with Arjan. He was happy to offer me a dashcam that they stock, or to install one I purchased. I decided to buy my own based on my criteria and needs and Arjan scheduled me within 2 days of receiving my kits. His installation skills were top-notch and we can barely see the wires. He installed a front / rear system with a hardwire power kit so we can use the parking mode that comes with the system. Arjan performed the basic camera set up, even though he had not worked with the system I chose, and I drove away in 75 minutes with the system up and running. My son-in-law referred me to Arjan (Jon) Cami, Owner and Lead Architect at Proguard Custom Auto Design, after having speakers installed in his Denali, stating how happy he was with the quality of the product and the installation. Arjan installed front- and rear-view cameras on my Sequoia, and it was perfectly installed. No wires were exposed, he did such great job installing them that I couldn't even tell that he had been in my car, and they worked perfectly. A couple of months later, I took my car into the dealership to repair a flat tire, and the technician disconnected the camera. It wouldn't work properly after that. I went to Arjan and he got right into the problem to try to figure out what was going on. Arjan bent over backwards to help me, and he kept working at it until he identified and fixed the problem that the dealership technician created. He never gave up on me. During this whole time, he was professional, very knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. His main goal in all of this was to provide quality workmanship and to make sure I was happy.
