Reached out to Audio Experts initially via Yelp, Manuel responded quickly with excellent detail on the installation that he could provide. We set up a time, I met him at his shop, and he expertly completed the installation of remote start on my car well ahead of the promised completion time and at a fair price. I would highly recommend Audio Experts to anyone looking for a quality installation at a fair price. Mike M in Gilbert, AZ read more

Extremely knowledgeable, informative, and communicative. I'll come back to Manuel for future car audio needs!

I reached out to Audio Experts for a straightforward install -- I already had a brand-new DS18 BTC-Five Bluetooth receiver and all the necessary components (LOC, fuse tap, RCA cables). I wasn't shopping for a new system, just needed help getting mine installed. Unfortunately, the technician told me they couldn't do it because my factory stereo "wasn't meant for cars," and that the receiver was "only for motorcycles." That's simply not accurate. I contacted Nissan directly, and they confirmed my stereo is upgradeable. The DS18 BTC-Five is absolutely compatible with cars, but it requires proper installation. Instead of helping with the install, he pivoted to selling me a new system. While I appreciate that they responded and offered a solution, it felt more like a sales pitch than technical support. Their motto mentions honesty, flexibility, and expertise -- but my experience didn't reflect that. If you're bringing your own gear, just be aware the technician may steer you toward buying something new. This review is meant to be educational, not just critical. I'm giving 3 stars to acknowledge their professionalism in responding--even if it was self-serving. I want this review to be teachable and help educate others. Do your research, know your equipment, and don't be afraid to explore other options. There are plenty of skilled techs out there who can help -- especially on social platforms. read more

Manuel was exceptional. Actually, he came in on a Sunday, which is his only day off, to help me remove my dash camera because I needed it done ASAP. He was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and even let my son look around the shop so he wouldn't get bored while we waited. The whole process took about 30 minutes, which is extremely fast compared to other shops that have taken hours for a removal. I already have an appointment scheduled to be back for the dash cam installation in my new car, and he'll be my go-to guy for any future vehicle needs. read more

I am not 1 that enjoy posting negative or less than honorable ratings. but I have & will call a scam a scam! Paid Manuel Juan Parada $$$ in advance to pre-order & install a new radio in my vehicle. Never received my radio installation or a refund after I had communicated extensively with Manuel. Manuel made up every excuse in the book to not refund my money! Sad to say... but, do not trust this guy!!! Regardless of how long he's been in business, this guy representing Audio Experts is a total scam!! You've Been Warned!!! read more

5 Stars - Stellar service from Manuel at Audio Experts in Mesa! I reached out to Manuel, the owner of Audio Experts, to furnish and install BlackVue front and rear dash cams. He's an absolute top-notch guy -- super friendly, professional, and knows his stuff inside and out. His pricing on materials and labor was super fair, and he got the parts quickly so he could knock out the install fast. What really stood out was his dedication: he drove two hours each way (four hours round trip!) to come to me in Prescott on a Saturday. It started raining as soon as he began heading this way, and he never once complained. He just focused on taking care of me as a customer. The entire installation was quick, and looks very clean and professional with all wires neatly hidden. It turned out exactly how I wanted. If you need car audio, dash cams, or any custom install work done right, Manuel is your guy. He goes way above and beyond. Highly recommend Audio Experts -- thank you again, Manuel! read more

2024 Wrangler 4xe with standard audio. Audio Experts installed a Rockford Fosgate amp and speakers about 60 days ago. Zero issues so far and system plays everything well. Really well. No distortion. Very courteous and professional service. Called to have Apple CarPlay upgrade installed on my 2015 G Wagon. Fantastic work, Manuel is a nice and very professional guy, he does a great job. He installed a back-up camera in a 2012 Mazda3 that I had just got for my son's first car. Reasonable price, quick and efficient, and even better is that he came to us to do the job. Highly recommended!! read more

I needed an aftermarket Android Auto/CarPlay module pulled from my 2014 E350 W212 Mercedes on very short notice, and they absolutely crushed it. The work was impeccable--fast, precise, and they bent over backwards to fit my schedule. If you know the W212, that center console is no joke, and the cup-holder/ashtray cover is infamous for breaking--super finicky. They navigated it flawlessly: not a single scratch, and they even fixed a couple small issues at no extra cost. Incredible skill and attention to detail. Bottom line: measure twice, cut once--it's always smarter to hire a real professional than risk messing it up yourself. I'd recommend them for any install--aftermarket sensors, backup cameras, blind-spot monitoring, you name it! The cheapest guy on the block will cost you more than skilled people with decades of experience and a true passion for what they do. read more

Fast booking, quick install, and top-tier quality. Professional job and very reliable!

Manuel was great installing my front and rear dash cams in my Hyundai Palisades. He was reasonably priced and responded quickly when I inquired about his services. The install was quick, about an hour, and was done in my driveway. He arrived when promised and was very knowledgeable about how to hide all of the wiring, which was important to me. He helped me set up the software on my phone to communicate with the camera. Could not have had a better installer. Roy Ryals read more

Manuel has been awesome to work with. I run a small rental car fleet and was looking for someone who was mobile that could install GPS trackers for my cars. So far, Manuel has done 3 cars for me and every time he's been on time, quick and made my life a million times easier. I will continue to use him for future vehicles. He is responsive, reliable, and equitable. I highly recommend him for anything related to automobile electronics. read more

I had some hardware for a backup camera and dash cam, a friend didn't finish the install. I called this guy last minute for a quote and he swung by 45 min later, gave me a quote on a better back up camera and a better head unit. He installed everything the next morning and I couldn't be happier. The camera works, the dash cam works, and he was able to clean up the bad wiring from the old job. I'm thrilled and 100% recommend him to anyone. read more

I initially had Best Buy services and installation and they completely screwed it up. They sold me an installation kit that had clearly been returned as defective. But they sold it to me as new and their Installation Technician called it out. However, I didn't trust them much after that and found Manuel and Audio Experts who also accepts credit cards. Manuel came to my residence to take care of everything on the spot. Manuel was unbelievably awesome. Great prices. Great convenience. He was a total expert in this field. And he was totally friendly and easy to work with. Now that it's all finished, it works perfectly. I can't say enough good things about him and for any car electronic needs I may have for this vehicle or any others, it's not even a question. He's my guy. read more

Very helpful, prefect install for my Lyriq. Helped explain of the dash cam features. Location was a bit hard to find though.

Just bought a used vehicle and needed the backup camera replaced. Manny was very reasonably priced for the work. Quick to respond for the quote and the work. Communication was great. Best part was he came to me to replace the camera. Would definitely recommend Manny and will be using him again for any future upgrades I decide to do. read more

Absolutely fantastic service with very clear pricing and expectations laid out. Possibly a bit more expensive than some other places, but you can tell that they really care about the service and repeat customers. Had an alarm system installed on a 24 Tacoma which is a pain because Toyota makes it that way! They work their butts off to get it installed perfectly and I'm extremely pleased. Previously had them install an outstanding stereo in a different vehicle and anytime I need anything for my vehicle or vehicles, I will be going back. read more

Honest and a Great value. asked to have an aftermarket head unit that I bought on Amazon installed. It also came with a backup camera. Response was quick, informational, and direct. Which was excellent. The service took about 2 hrs and everything was made sure to be in working order as requested. This includes the head unit, steering wheel controls, radio, microphone, and backup camera. There was a hiccup with installation, resulting in the need to purchase a separate part. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with the install and am looking forward to being in contact with Audio Experts in the future to make my car audio even better. read more

Very professional, excellent work, fair pricing, also sells top quality components, will be using again, thank you Manuel

The installation was a success! The stereo works like a charm. It was easier than trying to fix the old one. Very pleased. I was kept apprised of the arrival of the unit and installation tie and date. Thanks for a job well done! read more

Selected Audio Experts for a complete new nav/stereo, camera based on a phone conversation with Manny. He scheduled my installation during the conversation working around his schedule and my pending surgery. He arrived at my home on time, with all the necessary equipment, parts, and tools. He is a VERY knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant/easygoing individual. The installation was less than 2.5 hours and was well done. Without knowing better, it appeared to be the original factory installation on completion. Pricing was competitive, and a simple transaction. I recommend him with no reservations or concerns as to his quality of service and professionalism. I have some follow-up additional audio requirements and will update this initial review at that time. read more

I Contacted them a little under 2 weeks in advance to get a quote for a suprise Mother's Day install of a Car Play Stereo. Initially Audio Experts was quick to communicate and eager to help. Everything was set up and ready to install the day before Mother's day. The Tuesday before the install (literally only 4 days before) I got a call and message from them that they gps'ed the location and didn't realize it was as far as it was (for reference, the install is in Chino Valley) which was presented when discussing them traveling to do the install. He then told me that was farther than he usually goes and wanted to charge more money for the work (as he didn't think he would be able to do more jobs that day with the far drive). I told him all of this information was already given and its the week of the install. He said he would get back with me on the updated quote, which was an additional 300 dollars for the travel. I spoke to him again about the 300 being excessive and asked to go down to $150. He continued to tell me how it was farther than he thought and it was putting him in a bind (which as the customer, I do not believe is my fault). He asked if I would move the install any earlier in the day (we chose afternoon as it is supposed to be a gift and not a hastle for the one who is receiving it). I explained the circumstance with them and that we needed it in the afternoon and couldn't budge on the already agreed time for install (I did give him a two hour window that was already out of my comfort zone of time). the Audio Expert personal said that they were trying to find another job in the area to make it "worth it" for them. I told them to try to book the other job in the morning so that we can have the alloted afternoon time, as was initially agreed. I do not think this is a discussion I should be having with the company that should be handling their own scheduling and commitments. He then got back to me on Wednesday NIGHT (now 3 days before the install) to say he would only charge me the $150 if I agreed to move the install to Tuesday instead of the agreed day, Saturday. I was very hopeful of the business with the confidence that was initially expressed and the knowledge they showed, however since the beginning of this week it has not been a good experience. They have not been customer minded and have instead tried to get me to bend to what would work better for them, after a mistake they made on the distance the order would be through. I understand things happen, but I do not find it acceptable for it to be so close to the scheduled install (especially when it is known to be a Mother's Day gift for the recipient) and have us pay in more time and money for it to work for them over the customer. I'm very disappointed and am willing to work with them on the agreed amount, but will most likely be looking for someone else to do this instead. read more
