I had a new stereo installed in my car by someone I knew. The unit was designed specifically for my vehicle and included Bluetooth, GPS, and a backup camera. Unfortunately, after the installation, I discovered that most of it wasn't working correctly. The backup camera wasn't connected at all, and when I reached out for help, the installer stopped responding. At that point, I was out the money I had paid--including a tip--and had to find someone else to fix it before moving across the country. One of the main reasons I purchased this system was for safety during my cross-country drive. Since the Bluetooth phone connection wasn't working, I was forced to hold my phone against my chest under my seatbelt while driving--not safe and certainly not legal. To make matters worse, several installers refused to even look at my Android-based unit. They told me those systems are usually installed incorrectly and rarely work properly. Thankfully, they were wrong. I took my car to Custom Car Concepts, and from the moment I arrived, the experience was completely different. Mike got me in right away, properly installed the backup camera, and made sure everything else was working exactly as it should. Did I have to pay to have it fixed? Of course. But the price was more than reasonable, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. To say I was impressed--and relieved--would be an understatement. This is absolutely the place to go if you need car audio or electronics work done correctly. I can't thank Mike and the team enough for helping me out when I really needed it. read more

Submitted two request for information over the span of 3 weeks via their website for a dash cam purchase and installation and didn't receive a response to either inquiry. Apparently they didn't want my business, so I took my money elsewhere. read more

After searching the internet and reading countless outstanding reviews I made my decision to use Custom Car Concepts to install my new front/rear dashcam system in my wifes 2021 Nissan Rogue. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment on Saturday morning and even though they were busy working on another vehicle they moved my vehicle into the installation bay within minutes and began the installation. The dash cam unit was completely installed, calibrated, setup and ready to use in about 40 minutes.... I was amazed how quickly the job was completed and looked as professional as it could be .... , no wires showing anywhere! I am SO pleased that I chose this shop . Highly recommend them, AA++ service! And I should add that the complete job was very affordable read more

Matt was AMAZING!! Called several places for estimate to install front and rear dash cam. Got an appointment a week later and though I live in Surprise, it was WELL worth the drive to the 17 & Bell. Though I only spoke w Matt, I do not know the guys name that actually did the install but he was AWESOME as well. Took him exactly one hour and the install was perfect. Highly recommend this place as the cost was very fair. Great communication as well. read more

Had a front and rear dashcam hardwire installed. Lowest quote of any company I found, good communication, fast work. Extremely clean install - I'm impressed and glad I paid for them to do it as opposed to doing it myself. read more

Great service and install by these folks thank you!! Will definitely recommend them in the future!

First class service. In and out and got exactly what I wanted at a fair price. Thank you Matt and Mike.

Custom Car Concepts installed a back up camera for me. I bought one on ebay that was a great deal, had great reviews, and was compatible with my truck. I did not know I had bought a commercial camera. The screen was big. They talked with me about possible placement. I could not be happier, seriously. They did an amazing job, they even made a mount for me that they did not charge me for. I can not say enough of this business, they take pride in their work and want to make sure the client is happy with the work, as well. They walked me through what they did, how they wired, and mounted the screen. They really out did themselves and took the time to make sure I was happy with their work. These guys stand out that's for sure. I will always recommend them to others and use them again and again. read more

Custom Car Concepts has great customer service. I was having issues with my rear camera on my Tacoma (not installed by them) and Matt tried to help me troubleshoot it, via email no less, so I wouldn't have to bring it in. Unfortunately it wasn't a quick fix and I had to bring it in. I stopped by on Saturday so he could look at it. It took about 15 minutes to fix. Matt could easily just told me to bring it in but spent the time helping me through several emails. When I did bring it in to fix he was very reasonable on what he charged for the 15 minute fix. You just don't see that type of customer service to some bloke off the street he never met. If I need any car audio work. This is the first place I'll come. Thanks Matt! read more

Read reviews and came here for new stereo. They suggested what to buy and installed. They did a great job. I then asked for a recommendation on a dash cam. Sent me Amazon links for what to buy and they installed. They did a wonderful job. The camera they recommended is awesome. Great service and prices. read more

Without question, the best car audio experience ever. Matt, the owner quoted me a $ range, BTW...less than half what another competitor would have charged. He also quoted me a time the vehicle would be finished. Both hit right on the number. Easy going shop and very knowledgeable about sound products. My Hyundai Santa Cruz has never sounded better! I am a serious music lover and the products that Matt suggested and Mike installed are spectacular. Recommend to anyone! Thank you CCC! read more

THIS PLACE'S HORRIBLE WORK COST ME $450 IN CAR REPAIRS!! I would love to give this place a 5 stars if a 5 star rating is ruining my car. I took my car here to get my amp and subs hooked up. The first issue was when I came to pick it up. The grommet for the engine bay was not installed properly so I had hot air coming through my vehicle. Everything was fine until a few months later I turn my car on and it wouldn't turn off. They incorrectly Hooked up the battery to the amp so there was amperage going to and from the batter which resulted in me also getting a new battery that cost $200. This also interfered with the electric computer unit which caused me to go to the shop to have them reprogram the perimeters so I could actually turn my car off. Don't waste your money here. read more

They installed an amp within just a couple hours! I've been shopping around for the last month and NO ONE came even close to their estimate! They didn't sell me add-ons, only sold what I needed. Customer service was superb! I live 30 minutes away, but the peace of mind knowing I found my go-to audio place, is well worth the drive! Thank you Matt! Your technician was excellent, taking time to show me how to best utilize my stereo and amp together!! read more

3rd time coming to This place and each time I come here, I am more satisfied than the last. I asked if Matt was able install a remote start and replace my lights (again) and he was able to do my car, replace my lights and install remote start in my wife's car in just about 4 hours. His guy was even able to fix my amateur wiring from my ditch lights and for me, that was above and beyond. On top of that, they accidentally cracked something on my wife's car and by the time we got back to pick up her car after the install, they had already ordered the part to be delivered and then replaced--again, above and beyond and just...honest. This is just an honest guy, with an honest intent and an honest work ethic. I'll be back again...i just don't know what yet. Wish he was able to change out my tires hahaha read more

I took in my Ford Escape back in February when the factory CD player had finally kicked the bucket. I had asked around and all other places could only offer me newer designs and after market equipment. I'm pretty simple when it comes to electronics so I was not looking to upgrade past a basic cd player / radio. I explained this to the owner, he understood and did not try to upsell me. He was able to get a replacement unit available to me within a week at a generous price. It's been about 4 months now and everything is still in proper working condition. I would definitely recommend this place to people and will most likely be bringing my other cars here in the future. read more

I had a dash cam installed in my new car. I reached out to Matt whose many communications with me were prompt and informative. He answered all my questions, assured me their team had installed many dash cams and that I would be happy with the end result. He and his team did not disappoint. The installation took approximately 2 hours, there is not one visible cord and the they took the time to format the unit and walk me through a few basic operational procedures. Custom Car Concepts was professional, informative and most importantly, did a great installation for me. I highly recommend their services. read more

Well sadly this was an all in all loss of $800 and not Matt's fault. Well sort of. The radio manufacturer is AWFUL. Took a year to get a few simple things corrected along with changing to a different model. The head units is A PIECE OF CRAP. Currently: 1. Zlink /Apple car play no longer works 2. Setting tell it to show Fahrenheit but it still want to show Celsius for the a/c controls. read more

They got me in and out quickly; the item they installed works perfectly and the price was right! Great transaction !

Received prompt, world class service and they finished installing a backup camera in a shorter time frame than originally quoted for our daughter's Nissan Versa. Changed out 4 speakers in our F150 which were blown out. Matt is a great guy and gave us an outstanding price. Definitely recommend this place. We then took in a second vehicle and again, great service and price. We are now out of vehicles that need speakers or would go there again. read more

Cool dudes. If ya whip is real simple (i.e. 4-6 speakers max) then these are ya guyz. They'll slap a quick 4-channel amp in there and you're on ya way. But if ya whip is 7+ speakers and requires an 8+ channel amp (or even a dsp), Run. Run..Please Run. They dont got the expertise for that and will leave ya car sounding bad (and with a terrible soundstage). They can't tune if their lives depended on it. And their guy Mark legit always looks like he neva wants to be there. Always miserable looking read more

Outstanding! Matt and his crew have done phenomenally on our vehicles and my sons. The new stereo system and lighting are game changers on the Harley. We are very impressed and would recommend Custom Car Concepts !!!!! read more

They are fantastic. Had an alarm system installed in my 2014 Nissan Frontier, when it was new, and have been with them ever since. They've repaired a few issues with the locks over the years and they have always been very accommodating and reasonable. It's now 10 years old and I had a problem with the alarm system. My fob acted up, the alarm went off and I couldn't shut it off. Replaced the battery in the fob and it didn't make a difference. Put the old battery back and got the truck to them. Turned out the old battery was DEAD and I tried replacing it with a battery that was also DEAD. DUH!! The whole problem was the fob battery. These two guys were on it right away and had me back on the road in no time. They deserve 10 stars in my book!!! read more

Matt and his team are awesome... First off, before I even set foot in Matt's shop for 2 weeks he was already communicating with me through phone and email coordinating and letting me know what I need for my install he answered all of my questions and there was a lot.. He gave me a great price and his team did a great install. I have been through 3 installers but Custom Car Concepts gave the best price and the best service. If I can give 10 stars I would. I will be going to them for my future audio upgrades from now on. THANKS SO MUCH!!! read more

This business and all who work in it and run it are so f'n amazing I can't say it loud enough! Just wholesome af and super chill guys. Rare to find businesses who still care about people. I will never go anywhere else and will recommend them time and time again and will be back very soon for more! They removed my system out of my old car all wires included with removal for a remarkable unbeatable price. Then scheduled me for a reinstall for my new car. The rescheduled was a decent wait but after dealing with them once I knew they would be worth the wait and I was right! A few of my speakers were blown but rather than try to sell me on new ones right away they checked to see if the system would sound good without them when they realized we needed them they called to confirm and gave me a fantastic deal.I hadn't put my floor mats back in the car since it got detailed and once I took off I noticed they had done it for me. Such a small gesture but it meant the world to me! Thank you guys so much. Keep doing what you do. read more

Great experience! Everything was done professionally and on time. Matt is great! Makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The prices are the best. I got a subwoofer and a camera installed, integrated to my existing touch screen system. I didn't have a ride so Matt even let me borrow his truck for few hours. I am really thankful! On the way out Mike explained me the operation,Very nice person. On the whole very pleasant experience. Thanks Matt and Mike!! read more

I'm getting old... I bought my first speaker box a little over 30 years ago, before I even owned a car yet, that's how much I love the sound of music. Since then, I've owned several sound systems, in and out of cars. Been through some pretty decent set ups as well. Now .... enter Custom Car Concepts I figured its time to set up the Armanda. After reading some reviews on Yelp and Google I was drawn to this location. Yelped one day and left message for Matt? Had a response back within the hour and set an appt. We went over some options and ideas for my 2015 Armanda. After talking with him and Mike for at least an hour, I was sold! We went over what it takes for an awesome sounding system, we're talking about things like frequencies, wavelengths, precision cut fabrication, insulation .... All things electronic! I was in love! Finally a place who not only shares a passion but who actually has the skills and certification to do the job. The desire to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied! I felt like this was family, like I was in good hands and there was nothing to worry about. Everything went smooth, these are honest professionals who don't take any short cuts. Prices were very affordable and the time frame wasn't a problem! Stop wasting your time and go there, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Matt and Mike read more

I used this outfit a couple years ago and they provided outstanding service at a fantastic price. I had originally gone to one of the big chain audio stores and found their prices to be insane both in terms of product markup and installation costs. I was thrilled to find Custom Car Concepts after a bit of digging around online. This past week one of the channels went kaput on my amp and I brought it back in and it was covered under warranty and swapped out and I was on my way in literally ten minutes. Fantastic service. I'll be back in another year or two when we get a new car! Highly recommend! read more
