Instead of going to a franchise, I wanted to go to somewhere local in order to replace my radio with the moment I walked in the place was a complete mess and the guy running. The front desk was no help at all. He asked what I needed, and I told him and then it was completely silent. After that I called to speak to the manager and found out that he is also the manager and the guy who runs a business so I guess he knows that he's running his own business into the ground. Complete lack of customer service at all. Do not waste your time coming to this place. read more

I took both my vehicles in for new decks and speakers. They did a great job and were very quick and reasonably priced. I had some issues after the insulation and they were taken care of quick and very promptly. The owner of the shop Matt was very helpful and friendly and he cares that his customers and that they are happy and satisfied. I stopped into Custom Car Concepts a few months ago to inquire about upgrading my 2008 GMC truck stereo system. I met briefly with Matt (the owner) and explained what I wanted to try and do. I mentioned that I had 2 high quality amps from several years ago that I kept from a competition pro street truck. I sent Matt a picture of the amps and Matt told me that they would work well and that he would have no problem using them in this upgraded system. (Matt could have said no-and sold me his amps) Matt and I made a deal on a great deck-(technology is amazing these days), an under the seat box mold fitted to my truck and upgraded the mids and tweets. I stopped by the shop while they were still working on it and noticed the woofers I paid for were on the floor and asked why-? The reply was that these particular woofers were too big (height wise) to fit in the custom box-so Matt put in another set-better quality and higher price but was just doing it rather than asking me for more money. I also discovered that he was, as well, installing a back-up camera-unknown to me that it was an option, again without asking me for an additional dime! I must say that I was very happy and surprised at the level of customer service and honesty I found in this young man and his business. I own a successful company in the Scottsdale Airpark and have enjoyed an A+ Accredited rating by the BBB for many years as we strive to exceed our customers expectations and desires. It is very nice to know that there are still honest people who work hard and are honest and give a bit more than the paying customer wants or expects. My hat is off to you Matt, and your staff! I took a Chinese head unit I had in to have it installed. They did a great job on the installation but After a few days the Chinese head unit started giving me problems, so i called and talk to Matthew at Custom Car Concepts. He was able to put me into a great JVC unit for just a little bit more than I had paid for the Chinese head unit. Great people to do business with and very competitive pricing. read more

This business literally done damage to my vehicle and was not going to tell after they installed my sound system. I drive a 19 Camaro SS and thought that it will be a great place to take my vehicle to get this done due to the reviews on Yelp and being behind the dealerships. I was definitely wrong about that. After getting home I identified that my interior panels was damaged and found loose screws on my floor. I don't know about anyone else but the screws was very alarming for me due to I'm thinking is everything attached properly. I called them and advised them if the situation. After talking to the owner he was apologetic and end up ordering the part for me (the crews was never addressed by the owner). With the day that I was taking the car up there for them to review and see the parts to make the order one of my subs was not working so I advised them they then took it and fixed the issue I thought. The owner advised me that he will contact me once the parts have came in to the dealer to put the new interior panels. Two days later my car was communicating that it could not detect they key. When the car was turned off it then would not start without placing the key in the emergency starter in the cup holder. I then took the car to the dealer and explained what happened and what was going on. They then advised they would figure it out and it took up to two weeks to correct the issue. Also being advised that the setup was done horribly with the sound system which caused the car key to be interfered. With me having a great relationship with the dealer they reinstalled the sound system and there has been no issue. I contacted the owner of this shop and he was not there and someone took a message of what had happened and advised the owner will call me back. Months later I still to this day never received a call regarding my panels (the dealer end up installing for me) nor regarding the issue of causing interference with my vehicle and being in the shop for weeks. It's very disappointing when you work so hard to have nice things and want to do something for yourself and pay (experts) to do their job and then turn around and damage your property (without telling you). I do not recommend ANYONE to go here. read more
