I scheduled an appointment for the upcoming Saturday and was able to be in and out within an hour. Employees were very nice and extremely helpful! Horrible products, horrible customer service. Still in disbelief in what I got for $850+, I wish I could just have my money back. Off-brand equipment that I was told was great stuff turned out to be complete JUNK. I had to have my system repaired after three months of use due to the head unit shorting out and I was told that who ever worked on my truck before did a lousy installation job to begin with, i.e. sloppy wiring, scratched up plastic, not a clean finished product. When the manager refused to stand by his work or even help troubleshoot what could be the issue I told him I was going to post a negative review because that's how business is done in 2016 he gave me a snide remark like, "whatever bro". Matt was extremely responsive. A type of responsiveness you don't find in business these days. He installed a new head unit that required dash modification and it came out clean. It looks factory. The microphone was installed seamlessly. I also had them include a backup camera at the time of install and they knocked it out. Looks great. I have been meaning to write this for a while. The guys at CCC are great. I called for an estimate for my 4 door wrangler. It was a very tall order that included, head unit, full speaker replacement with beefy sub, remote start etc.... They were about $1000 cheaper and were very open to my requests. This having being one of the first JK's with these suggestions we tried a few different options for the sub. After them swapping out 2 other subs they installed the best sounding full system I have heard in a JK unlimited. Sounds ridiculous and as with any system there are some fine tuning that needs to be done occasionally and they are always happy to do so!! I also asked for an additional speaker for my cb which they found one sitting around and installed for no charge. Use these guys, you won't regret it!!!!! read more

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get my stereo installed. Was spoken to right away and my truck got in, in no time. They were super quick, and now I can finally listen to my music through Bluetooth. Super professional and a great shop to go to. Talk about great service. I found Matt using yelp and he was able to give me a great quote online for the installation of a new receiver and a back-up camera (that I had purchased elsewhere, yep, that was my mistake). I brought everything to CCC for installation. Matt and his team got everything installed and low and behold, the receiver I had purchased was not working properly. Matt tried everything to get the receiver up and running but it was done. Matt was able to get me into a new receiver for a great price and get the job completed. This place sucks. We had used another audio place for years for our other vehicles but had moved out of the neighborhood, so was looking for a closer place. My husband had a system installed in his new truck and we spent close to $1000 and they did such a piss poor job. Within few days was having problems with it shorting out and not working right. It was like the speakers took turns on working, sometimes the front would work or sometimes the back, the tweeters hardly ever worked, if I went over a speed bump it would all stop working. Such crap. Took back couple times for them to attemp to fix it and each time I swear it ended up in worse shape. We finally went back to our old place to have them fix it. Worth the drive because CCC is waste of time and money. Save yourself. And I notice how they like to respond to these negative reviews with excuses, so if they respond to this one it's a bunch of BS because this was a couple of years ago and i purposely put this under a different name. So they have no idea who I am to come back with an excuse about it lol. They probably even write alot of the positive reviews themselves lol. read more
