ZERO STARS! The guy admitted that he was slower than most. He did a so so job and over charged his quote by about $400.00. Not reliable said he would return the next day to finish the work needed and was a no-show. He requires cash with no receipt so all under the table and no income taxes paid by him, I'm sure. I paid him $900.00 cash for about 7 or 8 hrs. worked, and I mentioned that I thought it was Higher than it should have been. So, he never came back to finish the work needed and never called. After confirming an appointment via text to install a backup camera in my RV, he provided a bogus address for the meeting location. When I arrived and realized something was off, I called him--eight times--and sent multiple texts and emails. He completely ignored every attempt to reach him. When he finally responded hours later, he denied ever agreeing to the scheduled appointment, despite having written confirmation in our text messages. When I pointed this out, rather than owning up to his mistake, he brushed it off, claiming "we both made a mistake." And to top it off, when I tried to reschedule, he refused, saying he no longer wanted to work with me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and accountable audio installer, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. He showed up on time, he was knowledgeable, knew exactly what he needed to fix the issues I was having.
