I paid him $900.00 cash for about 7 or 8 hrs. worked, and I mentioned that I thought it was Higher than it should have been. So, he never came back to finish the work needed and never called. Had high hopes due to reviews on here. Did pretty much whole overhaul on my car speakers. Customer box and all. I am very disappointed with how it sounds. When I arrived and realized something was off, I called him--eight times--and sent multiple texts and emails. He completely ignored every attempt to reach him. When he finally responded hours later, he denied ever agreeing to the scheduled appointment, despite having written confirmation in our text messages. When I pointed this out, rather than owning up to his mistake, he brushed it off, claiming "we both made a mistake." And to top it off, when I tried to reschedule, he refused, saying he no longer wanted to work with me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Can say enough good things about Adam, he was able to come out the next day to fix my botched install. He showed up on time, he was knowledgeable, knew exactly what he needed to fix the issues I was having.
