He got me in the very next morning at 8:30, said my car would be ready by 11:30, and it was! I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. Omar was kind, straightforward, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing. He even thanked me for my business before we got off our first call, which I really appreciated. I went with XPEL PRIME XR nano-ceramic, 99% UV protection and up to 85% heat rejection. 20% all around. He'll do whatever percentage you want while explaining the pros and cons so you can make your own choice. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. His son was there and was also really helpful explaining the ceramic options. I loved the heat lamp demonstration showing how much of a difference the tint makes, especially with the Arizona sun! The displays around the shop were unique too, especially the Predator figure. They told me the figures came from Mexico, which was cool. You can definitely tell it's a family business that takes pride in what they do. One tip: take a picture of your receipt since it's the type that can fade over time and you'll want it for the warranty. Great experience from start to finish, and my car looks amazing. Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! We took the car Home as soon as we got to the house noticed some deep scratches on the driver side back door. We called them they asked to bring it back to look at it. we took it back and right away the guy started denying it. These scratches were fresh And were definitely not there this morning. Mind you our car has a couple pretty good dings and needs some repair on a quarter panel and a fender but because we have already gotten estimates and we know what scratches and dents are on the car. The worker denying it completely and started saying how we have an old car and it's already beat up it must've already been there. that nothing in the shop could've done it. At the time we returned everything was put away but when we went to get the car there was multiple tools and cords and things around the car. but they denied and talked trash about my car but I know those scratches weren't there. On top of that driver window has some lines in it and not smooth. They say will go away when It drys I hope they are right...... yes they had a good price but you get what you paid for....
