Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Thanks so much for making my old gal so spotless and more resilient, even in older age!!

We took the car Home as soon as we got to the house noticed some deep scratches on the driver side back door. We called them they asked to bring it back to look at it. we took it back and right away the guy started denying it. These scratches were fresh And were definitely not there this morning. Mind you our car has a couple pretty good dings and needs some repair on a quarter panel and a fender but because we have already gotten estimates and we know what scratches and dents are on the car. The worker denying it completely and started saying how we have an old car and it's already beat up it must've already been there. that nothing in the shop could've done it. At the time we returned everything was put away but when we went to get the car there was multiple tools and cords and things around the car. but they denied and talked trash about my car but I know those scratches weren't there. On top of that driver window has some lines in it and not smooth. They say will go away when It drys I hope they are right...... yes they had a good price but you get what you paid for....
