I've gone to The Tint Shop twice now, and each time was phenomenal. The first time I went in, they applied ceramic tint to my front and rear windows, as well as my rear windshield. They did a great job, and the tint is of very good quality. I have visibility at night with the tint, and my car stays very cool even during the brutal Arizona summers! I'm so glad I discovered The Tint Shop! They have great prices because they are a small business with low overhead. Being a small business also means you get very personal attention, and every customer is really important. That is a much better experience than one of those large take-a-number shops where they are pumping the cars through as fast as they can. Also, the work they do at The Tint Shop is superior to most places. They have a high-tech machine that pre-cuts the tint pieces to the exact sizes for your specific car, so there's no cutting inside your car. Other places stick on a sheet that is bigger than it needs to be, and then they crawl around in your car with a knife to cut around the edges of your windows. They have a good selection of tint shades, and they took the time to brainstorm with me the various trade-offs, and help me figure out what I want. I was changing the tint on a car that already had tinting, so the old tinting had to be removed. Some of the other tinting places won't remove old tint because it's tricky to do. But the folks at The Tint Shop had the skills, tools, and experience to remove the old tinting without any issues. The final result is perfect, and it comes with a lifetime warranty. The job itself was quite good with some small bubbling on one window but they were quick to get me in to get it fixed. When my husband requested a quote he was requesting them to remove the tint already on the windows (we thought the factory windows had tint on them from the dealership) then put on the ceramic tint. When we arrived at the shop they informed us there wasn't any tint on them and reduced the price of the original quote. They could've said nothing to us and we would never have known there wasn't tint to remove, but they are an honest business, we really respect that. I am like most people who write a review when I get bad service or are stuck with a bad product. Rarely do I write a review when I get good service or end up with a good product. But the Tint Shop is the exception. Their product is top notch (albeit, similar to other Top Vendors) but their service is truly exceptional. But even more important is their pricing. Their estimate was way lower than any other estimate I got. In fact, on several occasions I had to repeat their estimate to include both front windows and not just one. They confirmed their estimate and made it clear it was for both front windows. At first I was a little skeptical because they were operating out of their house (very humble). But when I got there, the garage was very professionally laid out, clean and well equipped, and just as important their friendly spirit convince me I was doing the right thing.
