Note that the prime warranty carries itself to where ever you move to. Thanks Danny and family for the prime plus. He got me in the very next morning at 8:30, said my car would be ready by 11:30, and it was! I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. Omar was kind, straightforward, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing. He even thanked me for my business before we got off our first call, which I really appreciated. I went with XPEL PRIME XR nano-ceramic, 99% UV protection and up to 85% heat rejection. 20% all around. He'll do whatever percentage you want while explaining the pros and cons so you can make your own choice. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. His son was there and was also really helpful explaining the ceramic options. I loved the heat lamp demonstration showing how much of a difference the tint makes, especially with the Arizona sun! The displays around the shop were unique too, especially the Predator figure. They told me the figures came from Mexico, which was cool. You can definitely tell it's a family business that takes pride in what they do. One tip: take a picture of your receipt since it's the type that can fade over time and you'll want it for the warranty. Great experience from start to finish, and my car looks amazing. Definitely recommend Omar's!

He explained the process necessary to do the job right. I made an appointment for the job, and John showed up to complete the process right on time. He is very professional and did an absolutely perfect job on my car. I watched him and noticed his attention to each and every detail on the car. He is obviously very good at his job bringing everything he needed to my home including water, pressure washer, and all the other supplies needed. He did not even use the electricity at my house. Bill the owner of this lovely and efficient customization and car detail shop personally answered…read moreall my questions via phone, text, and seemed to have done the window tint and ceramic coating for my 2012 SLK (talk about amazing customer service and an honor!) Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Thanks so much for making my old gal so spotless and more resilient, even in older age!!
