I was able to bring my car in at 9:30am and they had it all done and ready by 11am. They gave detailed instructions on what not to do for the next few days after getting the tint which was helpful. The best part was saving money and not having to pay anywhere near what the dealership would have charged me. Marcos also made sure if any part of the tint was messed up or anything, I could bring it back and they would fix it no problem.

Well, I get here at 10:50, and I was greeted with some surprise. And, I was told that the tech had gone to lunch. :-( Luckily, they go get something, and come back. So, maybe a 30 minute delay. So, either the guy who scheduled my appointment failed to let the tech know. Or, no one bothered to look at the Appointment Book (I saw the guy write it in; and the guy today did see it. But, with no one to do the work, doesn't do much good). Still, they do great work, and deserve 5 Stars for it. But, this isn't the first scheduling issue that I have had with them.
