Fantastic company. We needed help with our windshield and rearview mirror. Phil made time to come out, same day, and help us. He's incredibly knowledgeable about what he does and was able to explain what he was doing, and why, in a way that made sense to us. I've got it pretty good right now because the best glass dude in all of Arizona lives just a couple houses down from me. Driving home from work a couple of weeks ago, I got a good sized crack in my windshield. The hot afternoon sun wreaks havoc on a newly cracked windshield. The crack started out at just a couple inches in length and getting out of work the following day, it had snaked its away across a few more inches. By the end of that week, it was nearly halfway across. PHILLLLLLLLLLL!!! PHILLLLLLL!!! COME QUICK!!! YOU GOTTA SEE THIS! A simple text message to Phil was all it took. He quite literally took care of EVERYTHING else. He called my insurance company and we did an easy conference call confirming everything. My insurance company gave him the OK to proceed (I have full glass coverage) and he slapped in a new windshield this morning for me. Super simple. Super easy. And Phil went out of his way to be sure everything was handled exactly as he wanted. I take really good care of my truck and Phil's attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He explained everything he was going to do along the way. Not only did I get a brand new windshield, but I didn't need to make a second stop to the tint shop today! He applied a strip of window tint to the new windshield just as it was on the old one that sustained the crack. So simple! I was thoroughly impressed with the job he did... and did I mention he warranties EVERYTHING?! I would not hesitate to recommend Phil's Auto Glass for all your vehicle glass needs! Phil's Glass did a great job with replacing my 2020 Outback windshield. It had a large crack due to a rock hitting it on the freeway. They were able to come to my home and replace the windshield by the next day after me calling them, so the service was quick, which I really appreciated. Also, they took care of contacting my auto insurance company for me and coordinating the work with the calibration company (for the camera system). I had gotten 2 quotes from different vendors for $130, however neither of them gave an address to take my vehicle or offered mobile service. They ghosted me. I reached out to Phil, and he gave me the low down on cost, which was more than my other quotes, but I appreciated his upfront honesty and immediate service. When we spoke on the phone, he again reiterated the process of why his quote was more but also gave me piece of mind with a warranty.
