I asked for itemized bill before I payed and got a very rude response from the office female, Susan. Then she told me I am not their only customer and I dont have to use them anymore. I told her she simple had to say, I will get back to you shortly, rather than call me to tell me how busy she was. How I am not the only customer and how I dont need to use their business anymore. Very very very bad customer service. She certainly made this harder than it has to be. Let me also mention this is the 2nd time I have used this business. Even though I responded to their text on Monday asking for my address, they still went to wrong address. They went to west and not east Larkspur. Looking back at the text now. It says delivered but not read. So they dropped the ball there too. They have requested the owner Randy to call me. They have lost my trust and business but I think owner has a right to know. read more

I contacted this business on March 21, 2026. They are not willing to come to my house to look at my vehicle and want me to bring it to their shop at a time that would be difficult with my work hours. Not customer service oriented. Definitely refuse to work with me mobile. In my case it looks like they are false advertising. read more

Highly recommend this company for your power window repair! 2nd time using them and couldn't have had better service!! Customer service and providing the best pricing for your customer is lacking these days- they went above and beyond! Found a cheaper price part by a few hundred$ and then sent Diego to our home to repair the part that was broken! Diego called when he was on his way and did a great job, fast and efficiently! read more

I had my drivers side window regulator go out a couple days ago on my 2019 tucson with my window stuck in the down position. I found this business on an internet search and I am glad I did. I was able to get in the same day and they finished within less than an hour rebuilding my regulator. I was offered snacks and water from the lady at desk. I definitely will be back with any other window issues and would recommend to others. read more

I had a regulator fail on my Cadillac , As I was looking at repair optionmy son had mentioned I look in to having Phx Power Window Repair do the job instead of taking it to the dealer or doing it myself . I did contact them and I am really glad I did . My first contact was with their office and the woman was really polite and professional , she got me scheduled and my appointment was the very next day . Which was extremely convenient for me .. The day of the repair, the repair technician called prior to arriving and was actually earlier than I had anticipated which was great ! The repair was performed , it did not take very long and upon completion there was no sign of any work that had been done , only the window was once again operating perfect! I am very pleased and highly recommend !! Thank You !! And ,, I had another window fail and I contacted them again and it was an exceptional customer service experience ! This place is Top Shelf and the pricing is extremely competitive .. If you need this work done , this is where you have to get it done !! read more

December 11, 2024 Randy and his great group of employees have done multiple vehicles for me over the years.. to include Hummers and high-end Maserati's. A quick text message to their office this morning @ (480) 620-2006 while having my morning coffee around 8am. By 10am employee "Diego" is in my driveway knocking out the repair in record time. Very efficient and polite young man I might add. Lifetime warranty on parts. But only one year on labor, which is the most difficult part of this repair as I have done a few myself. Don't do it yourself, let these guys do it for you! I'd like to give them 4.5 Stars, but this program does not allow for it. I gave them 4 Stars rather than 5 Stars because of how their billing is presented. When a company starts doing line items for "Fuel and Environmental Surcharge" and "Maintenance", I personally feel that is uncalled for. This tactic did not work very well in my line of work, and I got multiple complaints. Instead, I went back to the basics: One Price, and of course taxes if applicable. Otherwise, Phoenix Power Window Repair will continue to get my business and my recommendation to all other looking for these types of repairs. read more

Nothing worse than your drivers window falling into the door at the Taco Bell drive-thru! At least it was stuck DOWN so I could still collect my delicious chicken tacos! :) What does a 61 yr old female do? Like any typical senior citizen.... CHECK YELP REVIEWS! You do get a little leary of SO MANY 5 ***** but when reviews are right...THEY ARE RIGHT! :) Do not click elsewhere when you see they are in Peoria ( I am in Gilbert) because they are mobile and happily come to you! +extra star* for that service ALONE! I covered window with some cheap plastic (see pic) and called the POWER WINDOW GUYS! Spoke to Randy who was quick, efficient and had me on the books for the next morning! Edgar and Greg came out and what FRIENDLY young men they are! Their mothers would be proud! :) I gave them peace to do their job but my neighbor did bug them a bit and they were so kind to him with all his questions! Half hour later I have a working window again! Their pricing is lower than anyone else, they offer senior discounts (and you know we LOVE discounts), they ONLY do power vehicle doors so they do it quickly and correctly AND BONUS--Their staff is AMAZING! Gotta love when they lie to make themselves look like the good guy. You didn't wait 25 minutes, not sure why you would make up a silly argument like that. I have a 2013 Mazda CX9 and my window that has been repaired 2 times by this company has failed once again. The first repair was 06/24/2019 and in 2020; 3 weeks past the 1-year coverage it failed again, it might have failed sooner it was summer and I rarely roll down the window however someone came to the window on the passenger side and that is when it failed. They were going to charge me full replacement cost however I made several calls and got the replacement done but had to pay for labor. Well this past weekend on 10/20/23 it broke again!!!! I don't know if they are using inferior parts are if its poor workmanship. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again a window repair should last longer than three years and not to mention I have 3 other windows on my 2013 Mazda that have lasted for 10 years. read more

Stay far away from this place. The owner is extremely unprofessional, threatening and very vulgar. Look at other 1 star reviews. Owner quoted 235 plus tax and charged much more. When I called to ask about it, he tacked on all these hidden fees that he never disclosed to me and then he became irate and started screaming at me, using profanity and threatening me. Then he hung up and blocked me. Then he followed up with an email. He even admitted to overcharging but i never received money back. Read the other low star reviews and his responses. there's something unhinged with him. very scary. stay away from this business. read more

My husband called owner Randy to repair the rear window on his Hyundai Genesis (he couldn't get it up! lol), and also asked him about the rear door handle which had been broken for awhile, which we hadn't bothered to fix. Randy returned his call right away, and gave him a very reasonable estimate, then ordered the parts as soon as he got the okay. Husband scheduled the work for Monday 10-3-22. Randy texted my husband Monday morning that he was still waiting for the part, then let him know he has it and is on his way. Randy drove all the way to North Scottsdale from Peoria and did a great job on the repairs. My husband said he was friendly, dependable, communicative, and honest. Randy also honored the yelp discount. THIS is how you run a business. Thanks, Randy! read more

Motor & Regulator replacement I must have gotten lucky. It was almost 3:30 pm when I called, and within about an hour the guy showed up at my location. Diego was the young man who showed up, replaced my window regulator and motor and got it working again. He was very good and knew what he was doing. This company saved me almost $100. Sun Devil Auto in Scottsdale wanted $400 and the Mesa location wanted $360, and they only offered a 2-year warranty. This company says they offer a lifetime warranty on the part. So you would only pay for labor if your part goes bad. I'm not sure what the labor price is though. If I have any trouble with my back window working within the next year, I will be making another review again. (I expect any new part to last at least 3 times the warranty; otherwise it may as well be disposable). I do expect quality parts to be used. One year is hardly a warranty. Two years is not much better, but a lifetime warranty works for me For right now, I'm very pleased with the service and the responsiveness that I received from this company. I would encourage anyone and everyone to use this company. You can't go wrong since they're willing to come to you. I would encourage anyone who needs a new window regulator or motor to allow them to do it all. Otherwise you waste time and money if you purchase the wrong part yourself. I would also recommend that if you text them to make the appointment and get a price quote, you also call to make sure you get the same price quote. When I texted this number previously and spoke to somebody else, the price was also different. I would call to verify the price you are quoted by text, because you might like the quote better by phone. All in all, I would highly recommend this company, because they were reliable, they came when they said they would, and they were competitively priced. I rarely make reviews, unless I am impressed with a service and the price is right. read more

Used them today to replace the regulator on my 2007 BMW X3. We had a few problems -- as is occasionally the case here on planet earth. But, in the end, Randy, the owner made it all right and that's the important thing here. Companies are going to have the occasional problem (wrong part sent out to them, employees "asleep at the wheel", etc....), but in the end, it's the owner that can make the difference. This is where Randy shines! (in case you haven't got that yet from the other reviews here!!) In talking to him directly, I could better understand the difficulties that sometimes affect customer impressions. But his caring and willingness to call and discuss with me the problems AND make them right, is what makes this company a shining star and this should seriously be considered when you need a window repaired -- especially on an older car where it's bound to happen.....eventually. Also, side note, Greg the tech that came out was great and worked diligently while providing some fun banter. Thanks again Randy for making it right!! read more

My driver's side window was inoperable which caused all my other windows to malfunction. I called Power Window Repair and they sent a tech to repair it. Tech spent 5 minutes performing a "diagnostic" and came back to let me know it was not an issue with anything to do with window components and they would charge for the diagnostic. I talked with Randy the owner who suggested several steps for me to take. And after following Randy's instructions, the car window went up. What a relief!!! Installing window regulators is a pain in the butt, even if you know what you're doing. Don't even TRY it if you're a noob. Even if you've watched the Youtube video a dozen times. PPWR makes it easy. You call, they come, it's fixed. Affordably. $200 got me the regulator AND the labor. That's entirely reasonable, which I know, because I've done them myself...and absolutely hated every minute of a 5 hour repair. Drilling rivets out, taking off door panels, it's NOT an easy job. Plan on getting your hands cut to pieces by razor sharp metal inside the door. I couldn't be happier with the service by James, arranged by Harleigh. Thank you SO MUCH! You guys rock!!! read more

Oh no, it's 189°, or so it feels on this early July afternoon in Phoenix and I can't seem to get it up, what's a guy to do?!? If you, like me, can't get your window to roll up in the overbearing heat of the summer, it's time to give Phoenix Power Window Repair a call. No amount of air conditioning can compensate for the Phoenix summer heat rolling in through the open window of your car. I called about five or six auto repair shops to get a quote for a rear driver side power window regulator replacement and was given estimates ranging from $300 up through $600. Shock is really the only emotion I can use to describe these estimates. A quick search on Google tells me this part costs somewhere between $70 and $100 from a handful of different retailers and I know this repair will take less than an hour of time, in fact it took PPWR only 30 min. By my math, the repair shop who quoted me $600 can go f* themselves with their $1000 per hour quote in labor costs. I changed my search criteria slightly and ran into Phoenixpowerwindowrepair . Com site and gave them a call. With an estimated quote at $175 - $200 depending on what was broken was the best quoted rate and decided to go with them. Four days later they showed up, on time, at my house as scheduled and agreed upon. They had my window repair done in under 30 minutes and I am once again able to roll up my rear window. Here's to you phoenix power window repair for providing the service I needed, at a fair and reasonable price, on site at my home or place of business making it super convenient for me. I hope I never have another problem rolling up my windows, but if I do, you'll be the first place I call to help me get it up. read more
