I called Magic Windshields because they were close to my work. Magic Windshields opened early so I called them right when they opened. I spoke with Gracie who was very helpful and checked with the installers and manager to make sure they could get my windshield replaced before I left work. I needed to leave work by 2pm at the latest and she made sure it would happen. I was also informed the company was also a recommended shop by my insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Gracie told me they could get it done and come to my work to get it done before 1pm. Cristian, the installer called me about 10 minutes before he arrived and quickly replaced my windshield. I write this review for my wife as she is the one who directed us to Best Glass…read more We have an antique table that belonged to my wife's mom. The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves. So if you have some glass work to be done try Best Glass.

I had gotten a quote 4 months ago for my husbands new Honda accord which had a crack in the windshield all the way up the passenger side. $800 from Safelite and mobile service was not included "due to the lane assist in the windshield and it had to be done in a controlled environment." What a scam. I started a project on Yelp and Neal got to me right away with a $325 quote and mobile service included!! Take that Scamlite! Neal completed the work in my driveway in half an hour.
