ok ill start of by saying that my experience was up and down but in the end it was all the way up 5 star all that. I had my windshield replaced around Dec 2012 at the time the sales person I talked to explained there special offers which included a cash incentive, seeing how the companies location was close to mine it was very convenient to go with them. after the install was complete (I was at work) I signed and the tech drove off, later that night I got in my car and noticed that the BLACK glue they used or I should say overused was smushed out onto the interior side of my frame (the plastic part) after numerous hours of scrubbing and cleaner I was able to get most of it off. I am not one to typical call back and complain about anything minor so I did just that and basically forgot about it. about six months later I received a follow up call from the company asking if I had any cracks or chips, I told them no but then remembered I never got the cash incentive they promised me the sales person said they would have someone look into and call back. I then promptly forgot about it again, about six months after that right after new years I got another crack in my window so I looked up the company remembering that they had fixed my window that same day and time is more important to me then searching for someone else I called Safepro back to help me again. this time however if was like night and day I actually ended up getting the sales manager when I called I told him I needed a replacement and also brought up the fact that I never received my first check. John was awesome he looked into it for me got my windshield replaced that day got me a incentive check for that replacement that day took care to inform the tech about my glue problem the first time around (which the tech they sent this time was great, super careful, very professional and friendly and keep my car and the area around it clean {which the first tech did not I found weather stripping everywhere after the first tech in 2012 did not} which I saw a couple of other people wrote in there reviews but trust me they changed something because I swear this guy swept and mopped the parking space when he was done heck if I didn't know better he might have even polished my dash and even repainted the parking lines for us. I was blown away with the level of service this time around the sales manager john who just stood out as world class for his outstanding customer service called me back promptly every time to make sure I was being taken care of. they did end up seeing that I never received my first check and sent me out another one right away. which I accidently dropped in my pool upon receiving which I then called Martha back laughed about it and she issued me a new one right away. after this experience I wouldn't have anyone but Safepro do mine or my family's auto glass I just cant speak highly enough about John and Martha and how great they were to deal with. the sealer of the deal was when I called in on SATURDAY around 6:00 p.m. and ended up unknowingly talking to the OWNER yes the owner is working Saturday nights which speaks leaps and bounds about the dedication of the company. Who then helped me out with one of our fleet vehicles. Safepro has the service power and knowledge of a fortune 500 company and the heart and ownership of a local family owned biz. again if your looking for a place CALL HERE FIRST and save yourself some time and money I have them on speed dial now. read more

I was price comparing, when I came across this company. The company that I had decided to go with had given me an estimate in some sketchy language. Such as that should be the cost. When I asked her for a final cost taxes included. She couldn't provide me with a final number. She spoke in terms as if she answered the phone for some else. She said she was told. Now the price was nice. The whole thing just seemed a bit untrustworthy. So I continued looking. That's how I ended up talking with Mr. Drew. He was like my brother from another mother :-) I say that because one he informed me that they did price compare. And two he just really is a genuine spirit. I never met this man. Just good vibes. Moreover he wanted the quote in writing. I texted it to him. And he brought to light the shade tree language/wording that was involved. We both recognised it. and we communicated about it as well. He gave it to me straight. The fact of the matter is that they were giving me round about figures so that they could add on at the time of install. Which she also said they didn't charge for labor?? Buyer definitely beware of that. Upon speaking with Mr. Drew he could see that I was about to get haggled. So he still honored the price really, really close. He has to eat as well. And I get it. But he set everything up. And the lifetime chip repair was a game changer. That's how my windshield got cracked from the start. I'm from the Midwest. Chi- town and the mountains here are doing their normal thing. (Falling rock) going right into the street and right on some unsupecting driver's windshield from up underneath the tires of another vehicle. Point being. It comes with the territory. That's how that goes. So again to take precautions is a must. I drive for a living so it's important that my car is well taken car of. Safepro Auto glass came out fast even with the pandemic. My Daughter is staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Aurora Colorado taking her son to his post op outpatient care for the next six weeks for his liver transplant that he received just before his first birthday 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately her car was vandalized on the 23rd of June and her front windshield was broken and needed to be replaced. Myself being located in New Orleans I had no local contacts to remedy this situation. I found your company online this morning and was my first call when you opened. A young man named Joseph Graham answered the phone and I will tell you that he is one of the many angels that walk amongst us. Not only was there the logistics issue of trying to coordinate between three different states, my daughters phone had become sketchy at best when trying to receive calls, so all of the information was having to be done through Facebook Messenger. Joseph was so on point and patient and attentive to our needs, that he is the text book example of restoring ones faith in humanity. He took on our situation and made it his own making sure that my daughter and grandson would be taken care of in the most efficient and timely manner. After about a half dozen phone calls and many hours throughout the day, we finally were able to get the logistics nailed down. Your company should be extremely proud to have a man like Joseph Graham on your staff! He cares about his customers and at the end of the day it felt like we had known each other since childhood. My daughter and grandson have had so many hurdles to overcome since Myles liver transplant a month ago, Joseph took this hurdle and made it go away for them. As a father that couldn't be there in person to take care of this challenge, it was comforting that Joseph went so far above and beyond what anyone would have expected. I had received a flyer for SafePro in the Valpak mailing with a $100 cash back coupon. I decided to use them since I had the coupon, but trust me even without the coupon you really should choose this company! I did an online quote request and received a message from Drew by the next morning. It is hard for me to call while at work since I work 10 hour days, so Drew and I texted to get everything started and then he waited until I had time off to call and finish setting everything up. Drew was extremely helpful, very nice and personable and made me feel like I was choosing the right company. He did extra work contacting my insurance to try to get some extra approvals on the replacement windshield I wanted, and made sure to keep me updated. They scheduled the appointment around my schedule and the techs arrived right on time. The techs were also very nice and helpful and they did a great job installing the windshield. I called after the installation just to let Drew know they did a great job and to confirm the $100 cash back and once again he was extremely nice and helpful. I received my check w/in 1 week of the replacement and am so happy with how everything was handled. I've worked customer service for over 32 years and am always happy when I receive the high quality customer service I have learned to expect! UPDATE: So after my review within a few hours I received 2 messages from the owner. I contacted the owner and the next morning a technician was scheduled to come out and repair my windshield. Not repair but completely replace it!! The guys were polite and quick and were happy to answer any of my questions. So I can now say I am pleased with my results and very happy with the quick follow up done to ensure my satisfaction. I know they read these and I want to say Thank you!! To any of you reading this don't punish the company for one bad encounter such as mine they will guarantee your satisfaction if you just contact them directly. I have a brand new car and during a storm got 2 very sizable cracks. I just went for a car wash in Glendale and was approached by a gentleman to fix my windshield and I thought why not. They were very easy to work with but after the repair I can hear a loud whistle in my windshield even over my radio I tried to contact the man who set this up for me but he was on vacation and said he would have the tech call me....I'm still waiting a month later living with my whistling new car. I would tell anyone and everyone not to go here. Go through who your insurance backs cuz only then can you get it guaranteed. My experience with SafePro could not have been better. My back windshield blew out while driving on the freeway at 12:00pm while driving back to my office at lunch, when I got back to the office I searched for companies to get a replacement and was impressed with SafePro's reviews so I submitted an online request for a quote. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Doug and he was awesome. After about 5 minutes or so he was determined they had the windshield I needed for my vehicle in stock and had me scheduled to come to their facility at 3:00, just over an hour after I submitted my request. Once I got there at 3:00 I was greeted with a friendly smile, offered water, coffee, and donuts while I waited for my car. The technician was great, I apologize for not remembering your name, but he was very thorough in explaining the process and said he would be done in 30-45 minutes. 40 minutes or so later I was leaving with a new back windshield. Basically in 4 hours my back windshield blew out and SafePro had me in and out with a new replacement. Oh, their price was great and it came with a lifetime warranty. I downloaded the app and created an account just for this company. When you tell me 8 - noon. I expect 8 - noon. When your technician finally texts me at 1145 and says he's running 30 minutes late, I expect 1215. I called at 1245 to say he's later than he said. Your solution was to tell me you're sorry and that there's nothing you can do! When your "technicians" finally show up at 1pm to start the work, I expect professionals. Not two dudes in an unmarked van wearing basketball shorts and Arizona Cardinals shirts. This company is a joke. EDIT -- I was just contacted by the operations manager Pete. He offered to have my car detailed for the inconvenience. He was incredibly professional and empathetic. This has made a 2 start improvement. I'll update after the detailing! EDIT 2 -- I was supposed to receive a call from the detailer today. I received no such call. Messaged operations manager Pete, no response. FINAL EDIT -- WOW!! The person who detailed my car (Eric) did an AMAZING job. My car hasn't looked that good since the day it came off the assembly line!! I'm shocked in the best way. I went out to my car recently to discover a huge crack in my windshield. After all these years, I've never actually had a cracked windshield before! The first thing I did was research who was the best local Scottsdale repair places. SafePro Auto Glass came up as one of the best with excellent reviews. We called and spoke with Joseph who was very informative and told us to check with our insurance...that it may be covered. We did check with our insurance and yes, it covers the cost of repair completely. The entire turnaround was really fast from the time we told the insurance carrier, to their inspection, to them approving it and sending the work order to SafePro, to SafePro scheduling the repair appointment the very next morning! The repair technician was Johnny and he did a great job. He was very professional. He gave us all the instructions about when to take the tape off, when to wash the car, etc. It looks brand new and we could not be happier. This is my second time having a windshield replacement done by SafePro, and just like the first time I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. Calling to set up the service was quick and painless, as the employee was very well spoken and clear about the information I needed to provide and was able to look up my file from the previous windshield replacement. They are true to their word about providing a rebate check as advertised on their website, based on your insurance, and i was informed of the amount I will receive before we finished setting up the appointment. The service technician came to my home to do the replacement, called in advance before arriving and was conveniently towards the beginning of the 4 hour window of time that had been scheduled. He was also incredibly polite and professional, and the whole thing took just over a half hour. My windshield looks great, and I've told everyone that I have spoken to today about how pleased I am and how convenient everything about this was. I purchased a brand new 2019 Acura and had a rock the size of Mars hit my windshield last Thursday. The crack is huge and can be felt internally from the car. The dealership told me they couldn't get me in for at least 2 weeks. I knew it would be hard to find a company that would have my windshield along with having to deal with all the safety features. I've really only used Safelite in the past with my Jetta and decided to look around and I am extremely glad I did. Stephanie was amazing! I expressed to her how the crack was huge and that it could be felt through the inside of the car and she states "Not a problem, I can have someone come out to you by Friday"! She handled literally everything & not to mention my windshield is coming from the dealership! In the past I've had to call my insurance company to then call Safelite and to do everything myself, but not with Stephanie! The best customer service of any auto glass company I've ever dealt with! Tgey came to my house for free. My technician Charlie was early to our appointment Saturday morning and had the work done before I set foot out the door. He had called me 15 minutes before to let me know he'd be there soon. Well, I had called about 1 chip I saw. But Charlie's a pro and found all three! The worst one was in a hard to spot place but not for my guy. I drive a lot and have had to replace two windshield's this year. So having such a courteous and effective staff to take care of my needs saves me money and TIME! Oh btw, This is my first review on Yelp. I'm so fed up with lousy, disinterested customer service that having truly friendly people exceed my expectations prompted me to write a review. My interaction with them was a great start to my Saturday!! I don't even call around for bids on windshield replacement anymore. I am incredibly pleased with SafePro and my experience with their team. I was pulled over for a cracked windshield (never fun) and being new to the area I called around to get a few quotes. SafePro was at least $100 cheaper than all competitors and beat Safelite's quote by $200. Although the price savings were fantastic, the best part of the experience was the incredible customer service. I spoke with Sherman, who is a newer employee but you would never know that given his customer service skills. Sherman worked around my hectic work schedule to pick a install window that would work for me. When I expressed concern about driving with a cracked windshield over the weekend (my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday), he made sure to send me a confirmation of the appointment so I could show officers if I happened to get pulled over again. I called in wanting a quote for a windshield replacement and as Paul Stellwag was looking for what he said was going to be "the best quote and last quote I would be needing" I thought he was a little over confident but he had a very humorous personality and told me about how great the company was and that he loved his job. Before he quoted me he asked if I had full coverage insurance and asked me to look at my insurance card. So, out of pure curiosity I did and he explained to me that I carried full glass coverage. So we called my insurance and they payed for my replacement!! And then he offered me a free repairs and a windshield protective promo just for letting him set my replacement. Paul asked me if I used yelp and I told him no he told me it was a great rating app and to check it out and to give him a rating even if it was bad so here I am. I have a 2005 Ford F-150 and accidentally broke the back windshield. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Safelite Auto Glass. I was not impressed at all!!! They were going to come out on a Sunday and didn't bring the write piece of glass so they rescheduled for Tuesday, in which they again didn't have the right glass with them. They also said I needed to come to the shop since the power slider in the back was hard to take apart. I was over it and called SafePro. Safepro was on top of it from the moment I called the shop to schedule, to the time when the technician left after installing the glass. My technician was awesome!!! His name was Adam and he was so polite and courteous from the beginning to the end. He did a great job on the replacement window and left my truck looking very clean in the backseat. I can't even begin to describe how pleased I am with SafePro's service. A week before our huge road trip I got a large crack in my windshield. I called 4 different companies (including the one our insurance deals with) and Rafael from SafePro was the only person I spoke to that asked if we had a specific windshield that required special order. We don't, but I didn't realize everyone else just assumed we did, and wouldn't get us in until after our vacation started. Rafael (and I apologise if I got the name wrong!) set us up with an appointment the next day, called our insurance company to get everything done, and called me back all within 30 minutes of my original call. I called another company on here with no yelp reviews. Set an appt from 12-3pm. At 3:30pm he called to say he'd be here at 6:30pm! I cancelled. I then called SafePro. I got an appt a few days later. Appt set at 12-3pm. I got a call the morning of the appt and was told 11-2pm. Around 1:30pm they showed up. Perfect, within appt time. Two guys showed up. Friendly. Got started right away. One of them keep me informed at all times. They moved very quickly. Only thing I didn't see was them wearing rubber gloves. I was always told this is good practice. No oils from your hands on the glass that will touch the silicone. Maybe this practice has changed? I wont mark them down a start for this as I am not sure if this is good practice or old school thinking. They were in an out before I knew it. After, one worker went over the do's and dont's. This is my second time dealing with SafePro Auto Glass and everyone you deal with are friendly and know their job is to help customers anyway possible. I had difficulty with my insurance and Doug Blazer who took care of me the first time my windshield needed replacing stepped in and after a three way call which did take a while Doug guided our way through this difficult situation and resolved it to my satisfaction and because I live in Payson and have a late model vehicle that needs calibration after new glass is installed he arranged to have the glass replaced and calibration in one location. I would recommend SafePro to all my friends and family and special thanks to Doug Blazer . I do not know what Doug's job description entails but he does everything possible to make sure the customers needs are met and they are satisfied with the service.
