Anastasia was super professional and was able to save me $200 compared to safelite. My truck had a particular GoPro mount on the windshield and they were able to find the exact one I needed. Jeremy showed up on time and explain exactly how to take care of the new install. It's been 2 months since it's been installed and it's perfect, no chips cracks and looks great. Two people arrived at 2:20pm. After an hour I walked out to the parking lot to see if they wanted anything else to drink. They were no longer here; my car was left unlocked in the parking lot and the windshield had not been replaced. Checked the cameras and saw that they had left after 10 minutes. No one knocked on the door or texted me to say that they were leaving. At 3:29pm the owner called and said that they were not going to replace my cracked windshield because there's rust spots around the top. This review is because they left my car unlocked in a parking lot and just left without saying anything, poor communication. read more

He recommended waiting for the install due to wet weather conditions and made sure we had the right fitting glass for our truck. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good work. I looked for a good auto glass shop, my insurance was sending me by default to their competition but I refused to go, and after reading some horrible reviews, installation issues, horrendous non-existent customer service, there was no way I was taking my car there. Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. Not only was she amazing but so where the crew, diligent, professional, courteous and efficient. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed. Their prices were competitive, and best of all you are supporting a small locally owned family business that take huge pride in their work, something you do not see in big box organizations. If you look elsewhere good luck. Would I recommend them, hands down in a heartbeat. They fixed my fully loaded Audi Allroad, and I will be back to see them to get my other car windows tinted.
