They are absolutely amazing!!! I have a 2023 Honda Civic I called and Gabby helped me get things scheduled and we called my insurance company together and got everything approved and ready to get installed. JJ came to my work which was so convenient and after he was done David came out a few hours later and calibrated it so I was ready to roll when I got off work. Highly recommend not only small family business but Veteran owned and operated. My dad is an Army Vietnam Vet and JJ is also an Arny Veteran. My car also came with a tint strip at the top like my previous windshield had for an extra fee. Use this company!!! The pics I attached don't do it justice! read more

I was visiting with a friend when JJ came out to work on her car. Her windshield was tricky. JJ worked tirelessly to do the job right; without causing damage to the dashboard and paint. About a week later, my husband's windshield got a rather sizeable crak. My first thought was to text my friend, and get JJ's number. 11 Bravo had no problem scheduling a time that worked with our schedule, and getting approval from our insurance. Windshield was replaced, and looks great. Using 11 Bravo means you support local business, support small business, and support veteran owned business. read more

This is the only company I will do business with when it comes to windshield work. Have you had prior issues with other companies, you most certainly will not with JJ. His knowledge of how a proper install is suppose to be and how he holds himself to doing it right the first time is second to none. Veteran and family owned/operated small business is another huge plus. Extremely friendly with excellent client service. You will not be disappointed. read more

It was just a dime sized chip in my windshield but I was worried it would spread as chips tend to do in the Arizona heat. I called 11 Bravo and spoke to Melissa. She was very helpful in answering my questions and got me an appointment the next day. JJ arrived at our appointment on time and fixed the chip using a state of the art resin. He was professional and friendly, and he took the time to explain what he was doing. The chip repair looks great... thanks 11 Bravo!!! read more

11 Bravo is the real deal. Needing to use my insurance coverage for my windshield replacement, Amanda literally walked me through the process with my insurance company, got me on a three-way call with them and within minutes was ready to schedule the replacement. JJ and Jackson did an awesome job on the car. They are for sure skilled in the windshield replacement trade. Never having served in the military yet having spent my whole working career around military and ex-military, I believed 11 Bravo would be my best option. And I was right. I contacted 11 Bravo after seeing awesome reviews on Facebook & Yelp. Amanda has been so friendly & helpful throughout the entire process. She has made the annoying process of dealing with the insurance company and replacing a windshield so easy & stress free! They have handled every detail! I have my install scheduled for next week and they offer mobile installs so I don't even have to leave my house! Even though I don't have the final product yet, I know I will be taken care of in the same professional, courteous & reliable manner I have been since the day I first talked to Amanda! Although I hope I won't have another cracked windshield anytime soon, I will definitely be using 11 Bravo again! I highly recommend! My insurance company wanted me to use a chain company but as a small business owner myself, I always try to use local businesses. Support local & veteran owned businesses like this whenever you can! read more

Phenomenal experience! I had a large crack in my windshield that warranted a replacement. So like most people I reached out to people I know to get quality referrals and landed with high recommendations for 11 Bravo. My initial thoughts were ok, what's the big deal but from my first impression it phone call I knew there was something quite different about this company. I couldn't quite pinpoint what I felt until later on and once I did, it was clear they actually care about me as a customer and wholeheartedly loved what they do. The combination of care and passion for their business was exactly what I was looking for. They were able to coordinate an offsite replacement and calibration for my windshield and accommodate my schedule. Allow me to rephrase that, accommodate my crazy busy schedule is more like it. They brought back the service with a smile which I sorely miss often times in todays rat race. They didn't try and make their entire months sales quota with me, but instead took great care and only provided what was needed. I have found my lifelong windshield repair company and recommend you give them a try if you can appreciate honest and efficient service. read more

Brand new Subaru, a week old. We were on the I-17 and a rock hit our windshield hard. It left a sizable "spider" crack. I used YELP and tried to get a few quotes for a repair. 11BRAVO answer the phone in person and asked pertinent questions, --insurance or self pay, how big a crack, etc. I was quoted a fair price and the service tech could come to my house the very next morning. John arrive on time and analyzed the situation. He wasn't sure if the crack could be repaired as it was fairly large. We spoke about the possibility of a new windshield. But, John did a great job and managed to fill the crack to keep it from spreading. No new windshield! We highly recommend this mobile auto glass company for quick response to phone call, quick appointment, fair price, and amazing service! Connie Ellis read more

I am SO AMAZED with this service. I merely MENTIONED that I needed a new windshield to JJ's wife (Amanda) and the next thing I know, I'm on a 3-way call with my insurance company and JJ to set up an appointment to get a new one installed. They even helped me with the deductible. Not only that, they came to ME at the specific time that I needed. The entire process was a breeze and so thorough and efficient. I will recommend this wonderful company to ANYONE I know. Love them! Thank you 11 Bravo! read more

JJ came over on a Saturday morning to restore our 19 year old daughter's headlights. She has an older Subaru and her headlights were very dim which had become a safety issue. JJ was accommodating to our busy schedule by coming over at 7;00 on a Saturday morning and her headlights looked brand new afterwards. He was super reasonable and saved us a ton of money!! Plus, we loved that he is a small, family owned business and veteran. Thanks for a great job! read more

JJ and Amanda are awesome people first of all. They made me and my wife feel very comfortable before during and after our service. We were in Phoenix using my Brothers car and his headlights were so bad. We ran into the 11 Bravo Mobile Auto team in the parking lot struck a conversation and said. Do the work. Fixed my brothers headlights almost to new. Seriously. JJ also crawled under the front bumper and replaced a plastic clip that was bad, he noticed it loose. Great price and evening better service.. when your away from home and mobile it's great to know that there is a trustworthy solution for misc auto repair. We could see better and knew the bumper was secure. I highly recommend 11 Bravo if your in the Phoenix area. It's fast, great prices and even better customer service... My brother and family are now referrals locally. Thanks guys. read more

I highly recommend 11 Bravo for any paintless dent repair. JJ was awesome and came right to my house. I even had to reschedule and he was great about it. He gave me a ballpark quote to remove a dent out of my tailgate and I thought it was a very fair price. Then, he actually got done so quickly, he charged me less than quoted. Not only that, my tailgate looks great is exactly what I was hoping for. If I ever need another dent removed, he will be my guy for sure. read more

Asked for a quote, sent some pictures and I never heard back. First impression is not that great.

11 Bravo is AWESOME!!!! I first used 11 Bravo Mobile Auto for a small ding in my truck, which they came out and got done while I was still at work for a great price! Then I started working on restoring an old Jeep and was having a hell of a time getting the accessories installed. Figured I'd give JJ a call and sure enough he could do it! Got my running boards, lights, and snorkel all done MUCH faster than I would have been able to do. All in all great people and they'll always be my first call with anything vehicle related! read more
