It was just a dime sized chip in my windshield but I was worried it would spread as chips tend to do in the Arizona heat. I called 11 Bravo and spoke to Melissa. She was very helpful in answering my questions and got me an appointment the next day. JJ arrived at our appointment on time and fixed the chip using a state of the art resin. Phenomenal experience! I had a large crack in my windshield that warranted a replacement. So like most people I reached out to people I know to get quality referrals and landed with high recommendations for 11 Bravo. My initial thoughts were ok, what's the big deal but from my first impression it phone call I knew there was something quite different about this company. I couldn't quite pinpoint what I felt until later on and once I did, it was clear they actually care about me as a customer and wholeheartedly loved what they do. The combination of care and passion for their business was exactly what I was looking for. They were able to coordinate an offsite replacement and calibration for my windshield and accommodate my schedule. Allow me to rephrase that, accommodate my crazy busy schedule is more like it. They brought back the service with a smile which I sorely miss often times in todays rat race. They didn't try and make their entire months sales quota with me, but instead took great care and only provided what was needed. She has made the annoying process of dealing with the insurance company and replacing a windshield so easy & stress free! They have handled every detail! I have my install scheduled for next week and they offer mobile installs so I don't even have to leave my house! Even though I don't have the final product yet, I know I will be taken care of in the same professional, courteous & reliable manner I have been since the day I first talked to Amanda! Brand new Subaru, a week old. We were on the I-17 and a rock hit our windshield hard. It left a sizable "spider" crack. I used YELP and tried to get a few quotes for a repair. 11BRAVO answer the phone in person and asked pertinent questions, --insurance or self pay, how big a crack, etc. I was quoted a fair price and the service tech could come to my house the very next morning. John arrive on time and analyzed the situation. He wasn't sure if the crack could be repaired as it was fairly large. We spoke about the possibility of a new windshield. But, John did a great job and managed to fill the crack to keep it from spreading. No new windshield! JJ and Amanda are awesome people first of all. They made me and my wife feel very comfortable before during and after our service. We were in Phoenix using my Brothers car and his headlights were so bad. We ran into the 11 Bravo Mobile Auto team in the parking lot struck a conversation and said. Do the work. Fixed my brothers headlights almost to new. Seriously. JJ also crawled under the front bumper and replaced a plastic clip that was bad, he noticed it loose. Great price and evening better service.. when your away from home and mobile it's great to know that there is a trustworthy solution for misc auto repair. I highly recommend 11 Bravo for any paintless dent repair. JJ was awesome and came right to my house. I even had to reschedule and he was great about it. He gave me a ballpark quote to remove a dent out of my tailgate and I thought it was a very fair price. Then, he actually got done so quickly, he charged me less than quoted. 11 Bravo is AWESOME!!!! I first used 11 Bravo Mobile Auto for a small ding in my truck, which they came out and got done while I was still at work for a great price! Then I started working on restoring an old Jeep and was having a hell of a time getting the accessories installed. Figured I'd give JJ a call and sure enough he could do it! Got my running boards, lights, and snorkel all done MUCH faster than I would have been able to do.
