Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. Not only was she amazing but so where the crew, diligent, professional, courteous and efficient. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed. Their prices were competitive, and best of all you are supporting a small locally owned family business that take huge pride in their work, something you do not see in big box organizations. If you look elsewhere good luck. Would I recommend them, hands down in a heartbeat. They fixed my fully loaded Audi Allroad, and I will be back to see them to get my other car windows tinted. I had my Tesla tinted at AZ Hitchman's Tinting a few weeks ago and immediately noticed issues, including hair and air bubbles in the tint, as well as the rear windshield not being fully covered as requested. Although they agreed to fix it, I had to wait nearly a month for a follow-up appointment since they were fully booked or so they say. At my return visit, they only corrected the windows with visible defects and refused to fix the rear windshield, claiming the job would "take too long" and lied stating it would also interfere with my vehicle's GPS system. I confirmed with other local tint shops that this is not true. I even asked if they could raise it only a few more inches as a compromise, but they still refused. When I brought this up to the manager (Andy) and owner (Manny), the owner responded in a hostile and unprofessional manner, yelling at me, saying "NO" and kicked me out of the shop in front of other customers. I paid in full for a service that was only partially completed, and the experience overall was unacceptable. Since then I have reported this business to Groupon for misleading pricing, incomplete work, and unprofessional conduct. I should be receiving a refund shortly!
