I was leaving on a 2 week vacation in a day, parking my truck outdoors in Phx, and was concerned the ding would spread from the heat and require another windshield $$. The manager followed up w me and had a tech repair the ding while my truck was parked at the hotel I use for travel parking. Upon return my windshield had been repaired t no cost due to their new replacement warranty. I was so pleased with the communication and service from this company. As a side note, I'm not sure what See N Clear billed my insurance carrier but it was over $1000 and shows as an accident that has affected my coverage rating. Be aware. Overall, I am very pleased with service from their office and tech but concerned about the $1000 ding to my vehicle vin report which affects underwriting and value when I decide to sell or change insurance carriers.

Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car. The reservation, the repair and replacement including calibration was done with expertise and extremely quickly even if my car had all the bells and whistles on it. All I can do honestly is praise the service and work they performed. They were skilled, knowledgeable and absolutely earned my business. I was unsure how dark I wanted to tint the windows and the technician Jesse was kind enough to go over all levels with me and I was able to upgrade the film from Carbon to Ceramic. Side note on the film: they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all of their tint for bubbling and discoloration which was a huge plus to me because I am always cringing at other tint I see when its all bubbly and gross.
