The ignorant idiot in the picture was standing out front talking stupid things about cracks and my 3 year old daughter as we walked by. This ignorant idiot, when challenged on what he said, " no problem, report me". I said I will as I took a business card from the table. If I could give a zero star review I would. Originally, I had no plan on leaving a review, however after getting a phone call from the owner of the company and he proceeded to be upset at me for the fact I was unpleased with their service. What occurred was very unprofessional, my windshield was supposed to be replaced the day before I was going to pick it up. Everything was schedule that way everyone understand this issue could of been avoided. I also had to give some of my bonus money to the driver/installer for going far to work on my car which shouldn't be my responsibility. I should have received my full bonus and not have to pay the installer for something the company owner should have covered with my insurance claim he received. The installer was unable to get to the job site on time before the tow yard closed their doors for the day meaning he had to come do the job the following day. The installer then told me he would come the following day bright and early when the tow yard open their doors. That was fine except for the fact that he showed up late. I live hundreds of miles from the tow yard and I wanted to be able to pick up my vehicle and drive out while I'm out there for that day. Basically my car windshield should've been replaced prior to my arrival. Turns out the installer was unable to calibrate my windshield on the job site, making it even more of a headache. I had to wait for him an hour while he tried to calibrate my windshield. My issue is that all of this should've been taken care of the day before and instead now I'm sitting outside in the hot Arizona weather waiting for the tech to tell me he couldn't calibrate my windshield. Now I have to drive my car home while it's unsafe to operate. To top all that off I also had to call to reschedule a time & day for them to come out and finish the calibration. None of this was that big of a deal because my windshield was pretty damaged however I did notify them saying I had an unpleasant experience due to all of the complicated issue that occurred. That's when the owner of the company called me acting like I'm a piece of work. Basically, he called me trying to defend his company due to the fact it was very complicated for the insurance to approve my claim which they worked on to get cleared up. Now, I understand unforeseen circumstances however when you have an owner of a company called you to act like a prick just because his pride was hurt is not how a company should do business. He originally called to ask me what I was upset about and before I had a chance to explain he started coming up with all of these reasons why I shouldn't be complaining or how hard his company worked to get my claim approved. At first, I was ok with the amount of effort they put into get this done. However, I'm not happy with their customer service and their ability to do the job was un satisfactory. I would not recommend service with this company! You might just end up getting a phone call from the owner who might just piss you off for no reason. That's the kind of business you're buying here. Stay away from this easy auto glass because the name of the company is far from what you will experience. Hope this helps you find a better company to do work with. read more

Found them by chance searching on the internet glad I did they beat every ones cash price.te h came out and wasn't able to do the job the truck I have recently had a front end collision.and he couldn't get a clear shot at cutting the old windshield out and examined what I needed to do.so I took care of it and went to call them up to have tech come back out and didn't save the number. So a day and half later I get a phn call asking if I still needed there service I was relieved ..so they wanted to schedule next day and I examined I had a bass tourney I had to be at no later than 1030 am was told no they showed up popped the old one out popped the new one in before I even had my boat loaded up.i was amazed I've never given any one 5 stars in my life but I would gladly have given them ten if possible they have a loyal customer for life.. thanks again easy auto glass..much L&Rs.. read more

NEED A NEW WINDSHIELD - USE THIS COMPANY! I just had my windshield replaced on my 2016 Porsche Panamera. Not a cheap car, so I expected it would be quite expensive. And the first quote I received was $1495, from Safelite. Thankfully I shopped around and received quotes of $680, $595...and $426 from Easy Auto Glass. Frankly, that last quote was so good, I was skeptical. But they were real and wonderful. They double-checked my VIN number to be sure they were bringing out the right glass, that it would accommodate rain sensors and radar cruise control. The wait for a home visit - then very next day. DO NOT USE - THIS COMPANY SCAMMED ME. I scheduled a replacement & technician didn't show up during window. He called & asked if he could come over after the window (I wasn't available, which is why I scheduled an appointment when I did). I re-scheduled for another day. Technician didn't show or contact me or respond to my attempt to contact him on that day. I attempted to schedule with a different shop & was informed that the insurance claim had already paid so they got $ for doing NO WORK & I'm still out a windshield. I was nervous using someone other than Safelite but i could not be more pleased! They stopped me at the Home and Garden show in Phx and called my insurance on the spot, I answered a few questions and we scheduled the appointment. The technicians was supposed to arrive between 10 and 2 and came at 11, finished in less than an hour. Safelite does not replace whole windshields at your home, but these guys do! someone even came by to recalibrate the camera on my windshield and he was also very fast. I was amazed. Normally it takes all day to replace a windshield but this was done in less than 2 hours! read more
