On Saturday April 12th, I had the unpleasant experience to pass by your booth at the Arizona Boardwalk. The ignorant idiot in the picture was standing out front talking stupid things about cracks and my 3 year old daughter as we walked by. This ignorant idiot, when challenged on what he said, " no problem, report me". I said I will as I took a business card from the table. I walked away then he started yelling "hey here is my manager, right here behind the booth. Report me here". I walked back, found the manager and I told him what happened. The manager apologized. Found them by chance searching on the internet glad I did they beat every ones cash price.te h came out and wasn't able to do the job the truck I have recently had a front end collision.and he couldn't get a clear shot at cutting the old windshield out and examined what I needed to do.so I took care of it and went to call them up to have tech come back out and didn't save the number. NEED A NEW WINDSHIELD - USE THIS COMPANY! I just had my windshield replaced on my 2016 Porsche Panamera. Not a cheap car, so I expected it would be quite expensive. And the first quote I received was $1495, from Safelite. Thankfully I shopped around and received quotes of $680, $595...and $426 from Easy Auto Glass. Frankly, that last quote was so good, I was skeptical. But they were real and wonderful. They double-checked my VIN number to be sure they were bringing out the right glass, that it would accommodate rain sensors and radar cruise control. The wait for a home visit - then very next day. The technicians were late and when I called they did not know where my ticket was. I was told that I would receive a gift card for $100 for using them and it has not shown up in two months. They put my dashcam wrong and the adhesive they used fell off within a week. They have not earned my trust. read more

DO NOT USE - THIS COMPANY SCAMMED ME. I scheduled a replacement & technician didn't show up during window. He called & asked if he could come over after the window (I wasn't available, which is why I scheduled an appointment when I did). I re-scheduled for another day. Technician didn't show or contact me or respond to my attempt to contact him on that day. I attempted to schedule with a different shop & was informed that the insurance claim had already paid so they got $ for doing NO WORK & I'm still out a windshield. I was nervous using someone other than Safelite but i could not be more pleased! They stopped me at the Home and Garden show in Phx and called my insurance on the spot, I answered a few questions and we scheduled the appointment. The technicians was supposed to arrive between 10 and 2 and came at 11, finished in less than an hour. Safelite does not replace whole windshields at your home, but these guys do! someone even came by to recalibrate the camera on my windshield and he was also very fast. I was amazed. Normally it takes all day to replace a windshield but this was done in less than 2 hours! read more
