8/24/16 So the nice girl came into the office and sold me on doing the window in my 2007 Silverado. I knew it was a bad idea and did it anyway. My bad. Installers spilled the black seal dressing on my dash and floor mat. then had a window tint (Limo) that came down about 3-4 inches below the AS1 line. Illegal in AZ and a pain to see out of. I called to get that removed and the black spot cleaned off my dash. the responding tech told me the spots were from my dash peeling until I pointed out the floor mat with the same spots. then he was unable to clean them off. he did remove the tint but now I have sticky &%#@ on the inside of my window and my interior antenna for On-star keeps falling off and hanging down. I wont have them back to fix it since they don't seem to have anyone that is a true professional employed. Not happy with crappy, If we are quick to criticize then we need to be quick to acknowledge good. Well I am now impressed with the quick response from Chris the Manager. He has reached out to me and is personally now in the process of making it right. I will keep you updated. 9/27/16 So as a follow -up to my error in judgement. The original installer came out and asked what was the problem with the window? I would have thought given the situation he would come understanding what the problem was. So I explained it again. He said he could clean the glue off my windshield and they did. I opted not to tell him about the black dressing they dripped on my dash for fear they will make it worse at this point. I will not be using them for any future work. and would recommend you find another windshield installer. Seems to be a business model of hire private contractors to do the work and have no real control over the quality. Professional seems to be a cheap word now days. Sorry........... read more

Guys stopped in my office to ask if anyone needs their windshield replaced so I decided to give them a try. They took care of the insurance company on the spot and agreed to replace my damaged windshield the next morning. Next morning they showed up on time and replaced my windshield in the parking lot in about 30 minutes. Easy transaction for sure. read more

Just got my windshield repaired. Darrel Cadell came to fix it, was quick, and did an awesome job! You cant even see the chip on there anymore. I was a bit skeptical about using their services at first. We had Tim Barrairas come into our office offering free services (but who thinks anything is free these days right?) I went online to search them nothing came up but I went ahead and took his offer. Today my windshield was fixed and I am incredibly impressed. Thanks CAR GLASS PROFESSIONALS. read more

Two guys came in to my work at the absolute perfect time! Both of my vehicles had chips that needed to be fixed and I was about to call my insurance company myself to get it all taken care of but they basically took care of everything in a quick and professional manner! The first of my two cars was just repaired and it looks phenomenal! I told the guys to come back ever so often to check in because living in AZ chips are unavoidable. While I ultimately opted to use another service, Chris and the team were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond and very professional. A glass tech was sent out in a timely fashion but another service working on my neighbors car and cut me a deal I couldn't refuse especially considering the time crunch I was in. The tech was courteous despite the need to cancel. I would definitely trust my auto glass needs to this team in the future. read more

I am honestly so unhappy with my windshield replacement. I trusted this place to handle everything correctly, but never again. The glass they replaced is not the one I was promised (even though they keep insisting it is) and within an hour of the replacement, there is already a crack. They also said that it happens too (rarely but it does) when I called to complain they didn't even try to make the situation any better. I am in awe at how badly this business is being ran. read more

Sales guy came in and scheduled an appointment with me since I had a cracked windshield. He took all of my insurance info. I contacting my insurance agent while he was in my office and made him aware that I was covered for windshield replacement. He scheduled me to have a technician come out the next morning at 9am. The next morning, no one showed up. I never got a call. I finally ended up calling them at 12:30 to ask why no one showed up. They apologized and told me that the insurance claim had not gone through. I asked them how that was my problem and why no one contacted me to let me know. They said that they would send someone out right away to take care of my windshield, I told them to go f themselves. They can't get their crap together, they really don't deserve my business or anyone else's. read more

I had a broken windshield with no hope of repair due to chips that had already spread extensively. I also have an insurance policy that doesn't cover glass. I called around and Chris with Car Glass Professionals had the best price on a replacement. I had my reservations - sometimes you get what you pay for and cheapest comes with caveats. Never the less, this windshield was coming out of *my* pocket so I decided to go with them and I couldn't be happier that I did. When I called back and told Chris that I would like to schedule, he not only honored his quote but went one better and told me he would throw in $100 in Restaurants.com gift certificates! He already had my business - it was just kindness, I have to assume. The appointment was a typical 3 or 4 hour window, and the installer called when he was about 20 minutes out and arrived toward the end of - but well within - the time window. He was apologetic for this, but I didn't feel there was anything to apologize for. He and his partner arrived and were nice, polite and efficient. A little while later, they were done. They gave me my gift certificates (which I haven't tried to use yet) and left. The windshield itself is very similar to the stock Honda windshield it replaced and the installation is - as best as I can tell - flawless. I would definitely recommend Car Glass Professionals or use them again myself! read more
