Steve and Roosevelt were amazing! Getting a crack in your windshield is never fun, but it's especially stressful when you're leaving for a family trip in just two days. These guys took great care of me and my car and made sure it was ready to go before our trip. I'm extremely appreciative of how helpful, personable, and accommodating they were. Highly recommend! read more

Had a crack in my windshield that spread way too far that I need to replace my whole windshield. Checked with my insurance and cost was pretty expensive. Got a quote from these guys that was a lot less and got it scheduled easily to get my windshield replaced. Service was great and new windshield looks nice. read more

I contacted them on a Monday, they had me booked the next day, came right to my driveway. Exceptional communication through the process, professional and knowledgeable. On time! Thanks Robert! read more

Came to my apartment complex and repaired a chip in my windshield. Arrived at scheduled time, communicated throughout process, did an excellent job. read more

Service was excellent from phone call to walking out their door a few hours later. With insurance companies, denying claims or increasing premium rates, it's definitely worth it to go have chips fixed so they don't become cracks. I drive a Tesla and drive all over the state for work, And insurance companies are increasingly tough on Tesla rates, so I'm glad to know there's a place like this that will do a reasonable windshield replacement for my model three if I need replacement in the future. For now they fixed my chips and did a great job. They even cut me a bit of a break on the price. I can absolutely recommend them! read more

I'm beyond impressed with the service I received from Ray Orgua today! My windshield had 2 rock chips from a recent roadtrip, and I was worried about it spreading quickly. I talked to Ray and he was able to fit me in for same-day service in my driveway! He arrived on time, was very professional and communicated very well every step of the way. I didn't even need to be home, and when I got back, I could barely even find where the chips had been. The quality of the work is fantastic, and I can't believe how quick and easy the whole process was. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass repairs!" read more

Easy, efficient booking, prompt drama-free repair. Looks and works great. A previous windshield replacement (two years ago, same vehicle) was a nightmare due to issues with calibration (or maybe lack of skill.) Auto Glass Excellence kept it simple, the windshield looks great, and associated electronics function as they should. Thank you. :) read more

These guys are great! We've been working with them for years and they just recently replaced my windshield same-day without having to leave my house. read more

I recently used Auto Glass Excellence from a recommendation from the previous service provider after they no longer provided auto glass replacement. I was a little concerned with the quality after I had used Reliable Glass for several years. Well, they did not disappoint. The Service Tech was Dave Hurdel and he was excellent. He expertly installed auto glass on my Wife's call after a rock had created a long crack in her windshield. He was courteous and professional and cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend Auto Glass Excellence and Dave Hurdel. read more

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! Derek was personable and professional. The quality, care, and price are unmatched. Auto Glass Excellence will forever be my go to. read more

Edit: company called me about the review with so much attitude. If you guys can't do the job you won't get paid for it! Stop calling to harass me! Horrible, I will not argue with horrible work and horrible customer service. My insurance took them off their list! I had a horrible job done on my jeep, there was broken glass all over my driveway and car. (It was unbroken) Then the "owner" of the company was very unprofessional by not only putting our conversation on speaker phone for the whole office to hear but by telling me that "if I think I can do a better job then I should do it myself" I would never ever go to them ever again. I would never let them step foot on your property unless you want a half done job and broken glass left all over your property. I had my agent take them off their recommended list. Absolutely never go here! Only gets one star because I have to put a star. I wouldn't even let them come back to remove it. Just avoid completely! read more

I had to replace the windshield on my BMW last summer a west valley shop when a chip on the drivers side turned into a crack and started working it's way across to the passenger side. It was such a painful process with all the safety system calibrations that when I got another chip shortly after, I promised myself to get it fixed ASAP before it could spread. And then I waited. And waited. But fortunately, it didn't spread and I finally decided to quit stalling and made time to fix it. I found AGE by Yelp search since it's close to my work, and I went by on Wednesday (the 17th) to get an estimate and booked an appointment for the next day (18th). The tech gave me clear expectations that the chip would be filled but would still be slightly noticeable. I accepted, they got to work, and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. It looks fantastic, and I don't think I would notice the repair unless I knew where to look. So expectations exceeded! I wish I had written the techs' names down to give proper credit, but frankly the whole experience was just fantastic. Plus, Ashlie gave me a referral for an upholstery repair shop since I need to get a worn spot on my seat fixed too. Great service! read more

They came out in less than 24 hours. The work was done well and timely. The Tec that came out, Dave, was great. He helped my wife take out a car seat and went out of his way to be professional and polite! read more

Living in AZ, I've had many a windshield replaced. This was my first experience with AGE and we had to bring our vehicle up to their location as the vehicle requires calibration after installation. Every interaction was awesome, from insurance verification to scheduling to service. They provided a loaner so we could go to breakfast and run an errand. Everything was great. read more

I was referred to AGE by a friend who assured me they'd be more than capable of handling the windshield job on my 30-year-old car. The last time I had the windshield replaced over 10 years ago the tech at that company struggled with the old style moldings. The crew from AGE knew exactly how to handle a car like mine, and treated it as if it were their own. They showed up when they said they would they did an outstanding job, and they used factory brand glass. Communication with the company and the techs was pleasant and thorough from start to finish. Wow! These guys are the best! I called at 1:30 pm on Friday afternoon after our windshield was demolished by a chunk of tire on the 202. I spoke to Phil, the owner, and he originally said his next available appt was on Tuesday, but when I told him we just couldn't wait that long, he asked me to explain the damage, and asked where we were located, and then said he was going to first, see if his could source the glass, and second, reach out to his technicians and see if anyone would be willing to come install it. An hour later he called to let me know he was still trying to find the glass and was waiting to hear back from his guys, who were all out on jobs. Another hour later, he called and said he found the glass, and one of his guys was willing to come by first thing Saturday morning...on his day off...and do the installation. At 7:45 Saturday morning, I got a call from Rod who said he just picked up the glass and would be at my place in 25 minutes. I ended up chatting with him the whole time he did the install! He had such great things to say about the owner and his experience working for AGE. Phil not only treats his customers well, but his employees too. I'm so impressed by them and will ONLY be using them in the future. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you both so much! read more

Phenomenal experience! Scheduling was easy. Friendly environment with happy faces and warm greetings. Lots of snacks/drinks/treats to choose from. First class experience! As with most chips, mine was unexpected and progressed quickly. Phil's team was able to get my specialty glass ordered and installed within a couple of days. The installer came to my office which was very convenient. They were also very helpful in making sure that I had all the information for have the systems recalibrated and informing me of what is covered by insurance. I like knowing that I am getting good service and fair pricing without the gimmicks which will only cost me more in insurance premiums. Plus, no constant sales calls looking for "non" damage. Thank you A.G.E. for taking great care! I have already sent a couple of referrals your way. read more

After a failed attempted autoglass replacement by another company earlier this week, I asked the insurance company about Auto Glass Excellence. A coworker used them recently and received good service and a quick response. Like Bill D., I too have State Farm and it was no problem handling the insurance claim. In speaking with the representative, I set the appointment up to arrive at my office in the morning. The technician called a few minutes before he arrived and explained the process when I took him to the vehicle. About 45 minutes later he was finished and called to indicate it was ready. Quick, painless and quality installation. My coworker, who used to own an autoglass company, stated the glass used was higher quality than the one used by the dealers and he was impressed with the work. My friend went to a web site showing glass company performance. There were only 6 companies on the list with perfect scores - and AGE was one of the companies. They have a great history and based on the installation today, they continue to provide quality service. read more

Called them a week later best price in town next day FIVE STAR installation. no gimmicks, excellent service is what they do. I have had a few windshields replaced and this was by far the fastest, cleanest and top notch install. No thanks to the trash and debris on the Phoenix freeways I had to have my windshield replaced. My Ins company gave me three names, I called the first one (be-- glass) and they told me the windshield department was not available (???) and could they call me back later. Next I called Auto Glass Excellence, they answered promptly, asked a few questions and said they could come out the next day (today). while I was on the line they called my insurance claims office to get the authorization.Once that was done the appointment was confirmed. Today the tech arrived at the promised time. He was very professional (name was Rigo). He was quite appreciative that we had left the car in the garage facing out so he could work in the shade. He said it would take about 45 minutes and slightly less that he was done. The window went in without any issues and afterward he gave us some tips for what not to do for the next 24-48 hours. The window sparkles and there was no trace except for the blue tape that anything had been done. The other glass company eventually called us back and left a message saying if we needed anything to give them a call - no thanks I already have a new windshield. This is my idea of a best practice of a service provider. One call, appointment made, arrival as promised, quick and efficient replacement by a very friendly and professional tech. read more

I couldn't believe it... I finally got my first cracked windshield last month. A quiet, unassuming little "tink" sound and that was enough to start a crack that spanned the width of my windshield. Obviously an event to truly make anyone's day. So I turned to Yelp looking for some recommendations and came across these guys. Good reviews! So I called them and a few other places for some quotes and they came in as the lowest and stated they used glass from the same manufacturer that my original windshield was from. On top of that they were friendly and quite helpful. Sold! The day came and I have to say I definitely picked the right people. Installation was a breeze, the tech was awesome and didn't mind my hanging out and watching (hey... I've never seen how this stuff gets done) while talking about video games and anything else. SUPER friendly, SUPER qualified. I couldn't be happier. read more

My State Farm rep suggested we use AGE to replace a windshield a few years ago. And I remember them doing good work, so I saved their contact information. However, the last time I replaced the windshield on our Acura, we used someone else, and I regretted it. Because of the way a windshield is bonded into the body of the car, it becomes a stressed member of the body/frame. After our last windshield replacement, I could hear a creak and groan from the windshield area of the car every time we pulled over the curb into the driveway. It drove me crazy. This time, I asked my State Farm rep if I could use AGE again and they said "Of course!" Boy am I glad we did. The installation team (a father/son combo of Rigo and Rigo, Jr.) called about an hour before the scheduled time and asked if they could stop by early. They arrived as promised and made quick work of it. Friendly, courteous & quick. I like the fact that this repair appears to be high quality, and certainly better than the last. And I like that the company is good enough that a long time employee would encourage his son to join him in the business. Auto Glass Excellence will be my go-to glass repair shop from here on out. read more

Auto Glass Excellence recently replaced my windshield and I couldn't be happier with their service. They coordinated the work with my Farmers Insurance agent and sent the tech directly to my home. I was prepared to wait around all afternoon but the tech (Rigo) called an hour before our appointment to see if he could come early! He explained the process, completed the work in 45 minutes, and gave me some after-care instructions. I was then free to run errands in the afternoon. Steve from A.G.E. even gave me a follow up call the next day to make sure all went well. Auto Glass Excellence uses OE (original equipment) glass, and that was the main reason I chose them. Now that I know how quick, pleasant, and professional they are, I will use them again if the need arises and I will be referring them to others! read more

I recently had AGE replace a cracked windshield and the service was great! They gave me a heads up when they were on the way and had the job completed as promised (day, time, cost, etc).
