I emailed ProView as I needed to change out my windshield. I had 2 rock chips from the interstate, and one of them grew into a huge crack. It was in my line of sight, and the sun would hit me with a nasty glare, so it was def needed. The office called me right away to get my info & start my claim. I had asked if they could come out the next day. It was super last minute, so I figured no way it would happen. Even though the technicians needed to be in Peoria, they still went out of their way to come to my condo in Chandler. The guys texted when en route, and were all smiles even though it was humid, and over 100 outside. I watched the whole process, and they did a perfect job. Much appreciated! The individual I communicated with appears to be passionate about doing the right thing. However, when it comes to follow-through, that's a different story. After my initial review, they promptly reached out to fix the issues they caused, following a two-week wait from installation to my first review. Once the "ordered" cowl finally arrived, they came out to install the "new" cowl and fix the trim seal on the expedition. I informed them that we'd be home all day and would accommodate their schedule. However, I received no call indicating they were on their way. When my wife went to take our girls out, they arrived, luckily, she switched vehicles allowing them to perform the work. There was zero communication about completion. If mistakes were made, I expected them to inform me once the job was done and even ask to check their work for satisfaction. Instead, they left quietly, leaving me to doubt their work. Upon visual inspection, the cowl looked fine, but the corners seemed even more weathered than the original, contrary to what was promised. Upon opening the hood, I found the cowl dusty, indicating it was used. While it had functional clips, it was in worse condition than the original. In addition, I found adhesive on my vehicle's roof and sunroof glass that should have been wiped clean by the technicians but wasn't, adding to my frustration. Despite my detailed communication the business only admitted the cowl being used after I confronted them with photos. I standby my review this company shows great communication when necessary for their benefit. I never wanted anything but a simple glass replacement, my posture was never to take advantage or be difficult to work with, I never demanded payment or replacement I simply wanted what was not done correctly to be corrected. The ownership team, as you will see in the text photos, chose to send me their portion of the profits. At the end of a job, that my insurance covered, my goal, like 99% of those out there going through insurance, is to just not be inconvenienced for my time. Smooth, quick easy, remove bad chipped cracked glass, clean up, then have a new windshield with no hassle. Unfortunately this continues to not be the experience I get with this company. Even to the point that when they attempted to buy a better review from me they sent the money to the wrong account. Couldn't even look back at their records on how they paid me the first time. Lastly he mentions the "floor board". In a conversation we had, I informed him we are now experiencing water coming into the front passenger side of another one of our vehicles they worked on. This never occurred prior to their glass installation. Do not use this company. They are a scheduling nightmare and use contractors to do replacements. They also promised a cash rebate which I never received. I had my windshield replaced in September. They offered to come to my home to replace my windshield. We set everything up. It was all supposed to be completed in one day. First the calibration guy comes, but the person that was supposed to replace the windshield did not show up. So the calibration guy is waiting outside my home for an hour and half. Finally the windshield replacement guy comes and replaces the windshield. Now the calibration guy tries to calibrate but isn't successful. They now need to send an expert to calibrate my window. They don't have availability until the following week. Now a week later the calibration specialist comes and calibrates my windshield. So the windshield is replaced and calibrated but there is no tint on the windshield. I reach out and ask when the windshield can be tinted. I'm told it can't be tinted at my house because it's too dusty. So I offer to meet at store nearby. The tint man never shows and i still have no tint strip on my windshield. To sum everything up. This windshield replacement was supposed to take one day and it took two weeks. It was never complete. I had three different contracted companies work on my windshield all through proview. I was also promised a rebate and it was never received. read more

I hate to be the one breaking the trend here but... This will be the less than 5 stars review for this company. I'll start with this facts... This is not a vertically integrated company (at least from my personal experience), it contracts people out to perform the services rather than owning the process in-house. Example, it would be a subcontractor replacing your glass, the another subcontractor perform the sensor recalibration function. Like anything else it has its drawbacks but not necessarily a bad thing if runs correctly. What I like... 1) Fast scheduling and action. I filed my insurance claim Wednesday and I was contacted by the on Thursday evening. My glass was replaced by Friday morning. 2) They come to you for both glass replacement and calibration so I don't have travel anywhere, and they offer a very wide service area. What I don't like/ didn't go right... 1) The glass change was fast and efficient. However, I wasn't consulted on what brand of glass to be replaced. I got this choice with another windshield replacement company. 2) The sensor calibration. The job failed the first time and the subcontractor literally ran away. I ended up having a car with failing sensor until it was repaired. My explanation from the company was that they didn't know my car needs a more specialized type of calibration and the subcontractor was not qualified to do the job. I can't really accept this explanations since the car is one of the most popular cars in this area (Subaru Outback). 3) Credit to the company, they secured another contractor that was supposed to have it repaired at my home by Saturday morning. However, a wrong phone number was given to the subcontractor and he was unable to find me to confirm the appointment. I found that out but it was too late, I have to wait till Monday. 4) Finally, another subcontractor showed up at my work place and got the job done on Monday morning. And my car is functioning once again. Conclusion: By the overwhelmingly positive reviews I see here, I hope my experience was only an exception and not the rule. I would recommend this company if you want fast service and your car doesn't have any sensors that looks through the windshield. Also be aware that it employs subcontractors rather than perform the services themselves. read more
