Brand new 2026 Raptor, spent well over $100k to have the car brought to Arizona etc in perfect condition with no rock chips or any damages etc. i did a complete inspection piece by piece before bringing it to Hyer Quality Detail for a detail. All for them to scratch it while cleaning and ruining my leather. Dealership quoted me $2600 before tax just for the lower section of my seat. Hyer denied that this was his staff (as most owners would) but i know this wasn't there before the detail. Ultimately ended up in him saying he has a guy who can repair it and make it look like new but that's beside the fact that this is a BRAND NEW TRUCK with 0 MILES on it. And now I'm sitting here having to worry about getting an aftermarket repair on my brand new truck. Not very happy. I've recommended my own employees to this shop too and tons of friends. Unfortunately it's looking like this is no longer a trusting option with all their recent employee changes etc. they're not what it used to be. If they make this right and replace the cusion i will update the review. read more

Bought a new 26 BRZ. I knew that I needed PPF and ceramic coating ASAP for this black car. After looking through yelp and asking friends where they take their car, the consensus from both yelp and friends is this place. Glad I took it there! The staff are friendly, easy to work with, and lobby is nice! I took my car in for partial hood PPF and ceramic coating. I also did a paint polish before the ceramic coating. The price was reasonable. After they gave me back my car, there were spots of the PPF that was sticking out. They fixed it on the spot. Then took it home, the spot lifted again. I contacted them and they had me bring it in to take care of it. They took care of the lifted PPF and haven't had a problem since. Also took the car in for a complimentary wash 2 weeks after the coating. Overall, great service, great price, and happy with the results. Would go here again and I'm bummed I didn't find this place sooner, I would've taken my truck here as well! read more

I had ceramic coating done on two of my vehicles, and I'm extremely happy with the results. Both cars look amazing with a deep, glossy finish, and they're much easier to keep clean. The customer service was just as impressive--professional, friendly, and very informative throughout the process. I highly recommend them for both quality work and great service! read more

Award-Winning PPF Shop with Unmatched Attention to Detail and Exceptional Service I can't say enough about this PPF shop--backed by a team with immaculate attention to detail and a passion for their craft. Most importantly, I owe a huge shoutout to Derek, my go-to guy. I had been in talks with another shop for months and had even negotiated a deal. However, when my car was about to arrive, I visited the shop and immediately felt their customer service didn't live up to what I experienced over email. That led me to search for more PPF shops, and I'm incredibly happy that I met Derek. Not only did Derek match the price I had been offered, but he also provided "Hyer Quality" materials for the tint with XR+ Plus and ceramic-coated additional areas the other shop hadn't even mentioned, like the door jams. Derek is transparent, communicates excellently, and runs a busy yet incredibly organized shop full of everyday to the dream super cars. He even went out of his way to open up the shop on a Saturday just so I could check it out, and I was beyond impressed. The shop was clean, spacious, and filled with special and high end cars. When I saw a Ferrari Purosangue in the shop, I knew my base Porsche was in the right hands if they were trusted with cars that cost more than houses! The top-notch customer service didn't end there. Derek insisted (in the best way possible) that I return in a few weeks so he could triple-check his work and give the car a wash. This was a significant investment, and it was worth every penny. Without hesitation, I'll be bringing all my future cars here and recommending Derek to anyone I know. I'm joining the local PCA, and I'm sure when the other Porsche owners see my PPF, I'll be sending them straight to Derek at Hyer Quality Detail. 2024 Porsche 992.1 Carrera T PURE PPF - Crayon Gray XPEL XR+ Plus Tint - all windows, including windshield PPF Wrap Coating Plus - PPF, trim, plastics, glass, lights, wheels, and door jams PURE PPF Satin Splash Guards read more

Hyer Quality Detail, HQE, knocked it out of the park, fully, on both of my vehicles. I tend to avoid paying for detailing, except when brand new, but had recently purchased an older Benz that needed a refresh and had a year old BMW XM that I DID pay to have "profesionally" detailed, Ceramic coated, etc. when I bought it a year ago. The BMW, unlike past experiences, never seemed that thoroughly done and despite the cost was more like a quick ceramic coating with zero paint correction, and never looked as I hoped. That was "another well known local detailer", to remain unnamed. Instant availability at HQE, booked both cars. STELLAR. Even my random odd extra requests "absolutely, can do that too". Kept adding more, done. BMW is back to PERFECTION, flawless PPF, flawless tint, and even knocked it out of the park with slick glass feeling every surface...and even matte PPF'ing my interior screen. The Benz? Old and didn't need much, but SMELLED better, fixed almost every imperfection, and refreshed on point. Customer care, attention to detail, "we can do that", car guy flexibility, and even...presentation like art upon pick up. Love it, and will only use HQE moving forward, for all vehicles. The best. read more

Had my Lexus RX 350h SUV washed there day before yesterday. They have an indoor washing facility, so there are no water spots on your vehicle. They did a very thorough job and the vehicle looks great. Shiny as new. They also do a minor inside cleaning that was also a great job. Great price, too. I recommend this company. Superb customer service as well. I shall return there. They also do PPF and ceramic coatings, and I was told by another patron with whom I was waiting that he has had a number of various services done to his three vehicles and is extremely satisfied with the results. read more

4 years ago, I brought in a new Ram TRX to get the 9H ceramic on the vehicle. I went back recently for a detail and refresh of the ceramic. What was impressive is that the shop remains its high quality, which is not easy to do. Love how you can look inside the shop floor and it is so clean and organized. Hyer's staff are very professional and knowledgeable and the zen vibe decor and environment rock when you're waiting, with solid WIFi. Forks up on Hyer! read more

They deny damages, then come back 24 hrs later saying they checked cameras and deny the damages again. How can you have a camera directly in a black out tinted truck? You can't. Owner lies to cover own damages and won't repair unless it's one of his buddies with little to no experience read more

Derek and team took great care of my Cyberbeast! They were referred to me by a friend, and I later found out that my whole group of friends have all taken their car here for various services as well. We had our Cybertruck's windshield and side/windows/rear glass all covered in XPEL XR Plus. This vehicle has a LOT of glass, and this made a massive difference when it came to helping keep the cabin cool in the hot Arizona sun. There were no bubbles or scratches on the film, something that has been a problem in the past when I have taken my cars to other shops. Best of all, they were able to take me in the very next day, even though I reached out near closing time. I'll be coming back here whenever I decide to wrap the truck. read more

We bought a new truck and wanted to do what we could to protect the paint against rock chips and the brutal Arizona sun. Hyer Quality Detail applied Paint Protection Film to the front and followed up with ceramic coating all around. They did an awesome job. The truck looks fantastic. They really know what they are doing. The entire process was super efficient from inquiring about options, to scheduling and then drop off and pick up. Each time the truck was ready when they said it would be. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. HQD did a great job adding ceramic tint 20% to my front driver and passenger windows. Looks great, easy to see out but enough tint to blend with my privacy rear windows. No issues whatsoever. Quick and easy process, referred a buddy for his Tesla. I'll only use HQD when I need anything else like a paint correction and ceramic coating. Oh also, the customers that came in and out while I was there knew the team like they were long time friends. I saw a lot of recurring customers which was a really good sign. read more

They not only do outstanding work, but they stand behind that work and go the extra mile. Some careless person in a garage out in The Wild scuffed the vinyl wrap on my car this week. I would avoid doing business with a shop that has been incredibly deceptive and dishonest. I met with Jackson to discuss applying ppf to the front bumper and hood of a toyota supra. After agreeing to the quote that he gave me, I made an appointment to get the car wrapped 2 weeks later. On the evening before the appointment, I received a call from Jackson saying that the price had to be increased due to the size of the hood. Feeling deceived, I canceled the appointment. I got a call from the owner shortly after and he made the excuse that Jackson was a new employee that did not know how to quote prices correctly. Based on their social media, Jackson has been employee since at least December 2024, so the owner lied to me. I find it hard to believe that an employee who had been working there for well over a year could not accurately quote a car that they supposedly worked on many times before. The least they could have done was adjust the quote and inform me shortly after my initial appointment with them instead of the night before the car was supposed to be wrapped. Don't waste your time with a shop that will try to squeeze you for more money at the last minute. I was fooled by the overwhelmingly positive reviews that do not accurately reflect how unprofessional and shady this shop is. Check the 1-star reviews before giving them a second of your time. read more

Have been using Hyer Quality Detail since 2018 and so far they have done amazing jobs with clear bra installations and ceramic coating on all cars that I've owned since then (7 to be exact). I brought in a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe for ceramic coating. I did a lot of research and Hyer Quality Detail had the best price I found, and is 10 minutes from my house. I got the bronze package which comes with a three year warranty. When I brought the car in it has a few hundred miles and since it is white they said it would not need paint correction. The paint does have some orange peeing and I believed this would get resolved in their prep but did not. The ceramic coating looks good except there are fine line scratches in the piano black pillars and chrome. I asked before the ceramic coating was applied and was told they would be polished. I brought the car back for an inspection and first wash and they said they would look at it but ended up giving me the car back in the same condition. The ceramic coating isn't bad but I'm going to have to take the car somewhere else to get polished properly and this corrected. I just purchased my wife a 2022 E450 and am going to have someone else ceramic coat that vehicle. Not a bad job, but not what I would use if you are ocd about your car like me. read more

AMAZING job by Hyer Quality Detail! I had my Supra's color PPF done, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Derek was incredible--he walked me through everything from what was done to how to maintain the color PPF . Their attention to detail was unreal , and they took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The communication throughout the process was top-notch , and they even gave me great ideas that I ended up using! What really stood out was the owner coming in on a weekend just to hand me my keys --he didn't have to do that, but it showed the level of service they offer.
