I had a scratch in the paint on my right front fender which was down to the metal. I saw their ad on the side of their van and decided to get a quote. When I did they had me take a photo of the damage and send it to them. The next day they replied with an estimate to repair it at my home. I'm old, live alone and would need to hire a cab to leave it at their shop. So considering the added expense of that, their quote was acceptable and I was able to be home while they fixed it. The appointment was set for the next week and they arrived on time. I pulled the car out of the garage and they set up a pop-up over the car. The car is 4 years old with a red metallic paint with clearcoat. The technician worked on it for just over 2 hours and when finished you cannot tell it's been fixed. read more

I have used the services of Touch-Up Pro in the past, and needed to use them again. I had a nasty scrape and crack on the passenger-side bumper and quarter panel. After contacting Annie (texts and emails) in the office, and then taking my car to their shop in Mesa, I was able to receive an estimate from Gabriel on the spot. The estimate is probably at least a third of what a body shop would charge. Rebecca (in the office) was able to schedule the at-home repair for the following week. Annie and Rebecca and Gabriel were all a joy to deal with. Shawn was my tech who repaired the scrapes and crack in my car, and he did such a great job! It only took about 2 1/2 hours, and we had some great conversations while he was working. You CANNOT tell that there was ever any damage to my car, it looks like new where it was repaired! I had body work done on my 2010 Elantra Touring by Touch Up Pro. The young man that did my work seamlessly did a super job. My car is chili pepper red and shows all flaws. They removed all dents. I just love Touch Up Pro so much! This is my second time using them and I only have great things to say. These people are incredible. I called them on Monday about a huge scratch I made along with a crack in my tail light for backing up into the side of the garage. They said I'd have to go to Mesa and drop it for 5 days and when I said that wouldn't work for me, they checked into availability and said they could come out to my work and instead do it in one full day, 8am-5pm for the SAME COST! They were able to schedule me for that same week on Friday. They came today and it took him from only 8am-11:30am. I didn't have to take off work and my car looks brand new for a reasonable cost. Our garage door scratched our bumper of our red Toyota Crown. My husband tried to repair it himself with touch up paint from the dealer, however, it looked awful. So, he called Touch Up Pros Mobile Body Shop. The quote was very expensive, but for my birthday he was willing to pay it. Before the tech got to our house, i took the car to the Car wash, which we never do because it is suppose to be hand washed due to the coating we have in it. When Omar got to our house,on time, maybe even early, we both looked for where the damage was suppose to be, BUT, we could not truly see it. So, Omar did a quick buff in the area and rubbed out my husbands touch up paint, and said, " I could paint your bumper if you want, but really, there is no reason to do that and charge you for this". I agreed with him, he called his company, and they cut almost $300.00 off the cost. The bottom line is, Omar was very honest with me, and could have done work that was not needed, and charged us. I am very grateful, during these times of high cost of everything, that there are still people, companies that value the consumer before the dollar. Returning customer they once fixed a 2017 silverado for me, masterfully so might I add. This time it was a 2012 Dodge Charger that I had just bought, got some scratches on the front fender, got a few estimates that were all higher. One guy tried to say he can repaint the whole fender but the scratches will show through again. The only reason I contacted the others is that I moved an hour away from Mesa, I ultimately contacted Touch up pro again and made the drive to Mesa for the simple fact they are the best in the business. A bird went to town on roof of my car snd I thought it was soda or something and was super busy and didn't get car washed for a few days. After I washed it, there were some corrosive looking marks that did not hand buff out!! I texted Touch Up Pro with a couple pictures over the weekend snd Jason ( super nice and friendly) came out today. He tried simple buff out and saw some improvement so went ahead and broke out the big buffer. He said if it's not going to work out the option to paint the whole roof at a later date can be done mobile. The cost was very reasonable considering what a body shop would charge. Fortunately for me, he made such an improvement that I'm happy and no paint job needed:) Always wash suspicious liquid stains out of your car ASAP, after studying the photos he said " yep, no doubt about it, that's bird poop damage."
