In short, perfection. My bumper curb rash is gone and now looks factory-new thanks to Paul's flawless, careful work. From my initial outreach, working with United Bumper Repair has been a complete pleasure. My text inquiry was returned very quickly by Ingrid with a cost estimate. We set the appointment, Paul arrived precisely on time, and finished the work with no issues at all. I can't recommend these folks highly enough. They are professional, courteous, and a legitimate pleasure to do business with. I will recommend them to others who need bumper repair work. read more

Paul did an excellent job on fixing the major dent I had in my front bumper. I saved a lot of money using United Bumper Repair instead of going to a body shop. Additionally the work was done in just under a day in my garage versus several weeks in a body shop. Paul is a true craftsman and the quality of his work is exceptional. read more

I reached to Paul based on the reviews on Yelp and the great reviews are legit. I called last week when I backed my 4Runner into a cement pillar. Next thing you know I had scrapes and gouges from the cement pillar. After looking at all the photos, I was convinced he was the guy. He called 20 min before his arrival and he was on time. Paul looked at the mess and talked about how he was going to approach the work. Before he started on my 4Runner I asked him also about my wife's car which happened to have a scrape. Paul just went to my wife Prius and buffed out her car before starting on my car. The meticulous care and detail that he took really made the repair looks like the car came off the showroom floor. You couldn't even tell where the repair was. The color match was perfect and the clear coat was matched along the rest of the bumper where the repair was invisible. If you have a vehicle in which you care and love, Paul is your guy. Super friendly and easy going and more importantly, very honest with a high degree of integrity. His reputation speaks for itself. The greatest part is that he comes to your location. I work M-F and he was able to do the work Saturday at my house. read more

United Bumper Repair did an excellent repair on my 2024 GMC rear bumper on 11/13/25. On 11/19/25 I was caught in the hail storm in the Phx area. There was absolutely no damage, no scratches etc . I also want to note that I watched Paul do the repair, which he also explains the process as he does it, he does it with a passion as if it was his own vehicle read more

I can't say enough good things about Paul and United Bumper Repair. The repairs on my Tesla model 3 were quite extensive and Paul literally made my car look brand new. It was complicated too as the rear quarter-panel had to be blended into the rear door in order to make it truly look seemless. Paul is an artist and he saved me a ton of money over going to a collision center. Plus it was all done in my garage which made the whole process pain free. I would never use someone else if I need bumper/body/pain work done on one of my vehicles. read more

Great service and excellent work; Ingrid was great with scheduling and communication from the beginning through the end of the repair. Paul arrived on time and did exceptional work restoring a deep scratch on my rear quarter panel on my Lexus. He matched the silver metallic factory color perfectly to restore the damage to factory appearance. He was meticulous in taping off to ensure no lines or edges at transitions and saved replacing the the typical add on expense of what other shops quoted as "one time use" trim parts or removal of everything that didn't have any damage. The convenience of having it done at my home, completed in 1 day minimized downtime, and going back and forth to ensure my vehicle was ready, was a great benefit. Paul definitely knows his business and trade-Highly recommended! read more

Paul was wonderful to work with from the start. He was very informative, responsive, and professional. He quoted me a far price and after seeing the online pictures of his work, I thought he'd do a great job. I have a 2013 Honda Pilot and someone backed a trailer hitch that punctured my bumper. Paul made it look GOOD AS NEW! He and his wife are also very nice and friendly people! I highly recommend. read more

Our garage is a bit small so I scraped paint off the right front bumper of my Porsche Macan. Got two quotes from collision centers for $1,500 and $1,900 where they were going to remove the entire front bumper. It would take five days so I'd have to rent a car on top of the repair cost. I took a picture of the damage, sent it to Paul and got a quote. He came to our home, spent about four hours in our garage and made it look like new for a fraction of the collision center quotes. He is truly skilled at these kind of repairs. Moving from the east Coast, we have found some vendors in AZ lacking in pride of work and reliability. Not the case with Paul. The five star reviews on this site are legit. read more

Paul deserves all the accolades written in these reviews, and I'll add my voice to theirs. I happened to come across his series of YouTube videos that showed the 8 step-by-step process that he demonstrates to fix a rear bumper on a blue Porsche (called Miami Blue). You can clearly witness how detailed and immaculate his craftsmanship is - he explains exactly what he is doing and why. He performed the same meticulous repair process on my Mazda CX-5's front bumper, treating it as if it were a Lamborghini - the result was perfection (he fusses over the tiniest imperfection). Most importantly, besides his work ethic, is Paul's relationship with his client: he wants you for life. I had gotten several estimates from traditional body shops, $800 - $900, which would require my leaving the car in the shop for 3 days. Paul's quote was $400, and it took only a single morning in my garage. I filmed him working on my Mazda and could see what a serious sculptor and artist he is. The following YouTube video is Step 1 of the Miami Blue Porsche repair. Paul is the master plastic surgeon for your bumper. https://youtu.be/skte9k5bRdI read more

United Bumper Repair literally saved the day! Our daughter's bumper was hit by a tire blowout on the freeway and we feared it would cost an arm and a leg to get it fixed. We texted United Bumper and owner, Paul was responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. Though he had an extremely long job that took 12 hours, he made it a point to stop by to look at our car late in the evening. He gave us the most economical option and took the time to fix the bumper even though it was dark and late. Paul provided great customer service, he was honest and saved us a lot of money. We're very grateful for his help! read more

Paul did an awesome job. Great communication before the appointment. Super friendly and professional. He gave me a heads up on his way to my house. He explained the entire process before he started. He was respectful of my car and my home. When he left there was no evidence he had been here except the beautiful job he did on my Tesla. AND he saved me a ton of money by repairing the bumper. All other venders including Tesla said I had to replace it. Can't say enough about Paul. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. read more

Paul made the headlights look like new! As a car ages nothing says 'old' like cloudy headlights. It is difficult to find decent work sometimes in Las Vegas, however I am happy to report that Ingrid and Paul are as good as it gets in their trade. I had a pretty difficult repair on the rocker panel of my Model 3 (dent + missing paint right on the body line, as well as a bad repair from a previous mobile company). I reached out to Paul and Ingrid who were both extremely responsive and professional. I met up with Paul to show him the area to be repaired in person, and scheduled a time to have it done the following week. The wait was definitely worth it, as Paul's work was meticulous. Everything from cleaning the area, masking, prepping, painting, wet sanding, polishing, and finally cleaning up after the job was completed was done the proper way, and was not rushed through. The paint matches perfectly and you cannot tell it was repaired at all. The price was more than fair for the amount of work completed, and I would 1000% recommend to anyone that needs any bumper repairs, spot painting, etc. read more

Paul did a fantastic job on my front bumper. I would highly recommend Paul to all my friends

I saw a post on a social media site a few days ago about a bumper repair service. I've needed to repair an area on the back of our car for almost a year (I started to back out of the garage with the back lift up). The first place I called wouldn't even give me an estimate because I wasn't going through my insurance company. The second place gave me an estimate that was several thousand dollars for what was cosmetic damage. I called Paul Guye on Thursday. He came by our house that afternoon. We had the estimate on the cost of the repair within an hour, and Paul completed the repair today. It looks fantastic. He showed up when he said he would, did the work he said he'd do, and the price seemed very reasonable. I highly recommend Paul and United Bumper Repair. read more
