I recently had my car repaired at Brad's after a pretty decent fender bender. USAA totaled the car out, even though the damage was not that extensive the previously quoted repair estimate from USAA's adjustor, in conjunction with the vehicle's age, led to a write off. This left me in situation, whereas I would be repairing my car on my own time, after the insurance payout, and I now had to find a shop that could accommodate me. Lucky for me the owner recommend Brad's to me, which happened to be right across the street, Brad's is the kind of shop that we all hope to do business with. Not a lot a flash, or glitz, but instead upfront and honest people that do good work at a fair price. Darrell handled my repair from start to end. I received an estimate that was right in line with the previous estimate, if not a bit better. The turnaround time was faster then I expected for amount of work that needed to be done, and the final almost perfect. I say almost perfect because shortly after picking the car up and getting it home, I noticed a small area under the door that had been damaged in the accident, but was missed during the repair. In fairness, the only reason I noticed it was because I jacked up the car to replace a part, otherwise I would have missed it as well. Being the cynic that I am, mostly due to bad interactions with businesses in the past, I was expecting some degree of grief when I mentioned the unrepaired area I found to Brad's. In perfect for, and no questions asked, I brought the car back at my convenience, and the minor repair was completed within a day. It is worth noting that when I picked up the car the first time it was spotless! And with the exception of the missed area the repair was outstanding. I couldn't have been more pleased, or impressed, with the repair, the paint matching, or the fitting of the replaced parts. Despite the fact the car was over 10 years old they still treated it with the same care as a late model vehicle. The second time I picked up the car it had just been the victim of one of our dust storms, and was not spotless. Darrell made sure that it was before I drove it of the lot. Darrell personally facilitated the pickup of my car both times, as I had no one to drop me off. The customer service aspect of Brad's could not be beat. I can honestly say that they treat people like you would hope and expect to be treated. They certainly don't put a lot of money into advertising, and therefore rely on word of mouth, and personal recommendation. Of course I hope to never need to use them again, but I would not hesitate if the need arises. I would also recommend their services to anyone. read more

I'll start off by saying the work done on my truck was outstanding. However, after reading the reviews of others I feel I didn't receive the same great customer service they talked of. I expected my vehicle a lot sooner than it was actually delivered. Mostly due to my insurance company but I was never called by a representative of Brad's. I had to call them to find out what the delays were about and then call my insurance company to have them fax Brad's necessary paperwork. After finally receiving my truck I realized after going over a speed bump that my truck bed was not bolted down. In fact, it was missing four bolts entirely. Things happen but I did have to make a trip back to Brad's. I am definitely appreciative of the labor that went into repairing my vehicle. Not so much with the customer service. read more

I have always like brads. I have used them several times. they repaired my jeep about 20 years ago I still own the jeep but the repairs have failed. It has been garage kept since new my jeep is my pride and joy so when the paint started peeling I found my warranty papers and went down to brads and they would not honor the warranty. Brad is the one who gave me the paperwork so I asked them if I could talk to him and they just blew me off. all I want is those repairs fixed. the factory paint has held up fantastically. As an unfortunate consequence of driving in Phoenix for the last 10 years or so, I've had the pleasure of having not one, not two, but three knuckle-dragging simians run into my vehicle while it was standing still at a red light. Sometimes they hit me directly, other times they hit each other first and then flew into me, but I've always ended up going to Brad's to get things repaired. In my experience so far, I've run the spectrum from same-day repairs of minor scuffs to half-a-month long ordeals where lots of work was required to get us back to like-new. Each and every time, Brad's has taken exceptional care of my ride, from start to finish. Their office staff have always been friendly, accommodating and reliable when it comes to lead times, pricing and everything else. They've even worked with the rental agency (co-located on the same lot) to get me deals on the rental while my car was being worked and once even ate part of the rental cost themselves. Talk about going the extra mile for a repeat customer in order to make things right for them. How many repair shops would do that? Repairs have always been top notch, including paint, body, chassis and interior work. I've never had to return for anything, and I've never seen anything but fantastic quality on all three instances where I took my damaged vehicle to Brad's. These guys are extremely competent at their trade and my ride has always looked amazing when they were finished working their magic. I have freely referred friends and colleagues here and have passed up offers from at-fault drivers' insurance companies for expedited services elsewhere. In my mind, there's no substitute for Brad's and I wouldn't even think of shopping around the next time some thoughtless neanderthal hits my car and it needs to be patched up. Brought my car in after an accident and I had to come back three times for them to fix it. Fourth time I called my insurance and said to send me somewhere else. They sent me home the first time with my hood with a huge gap. Then my cat was rattling . Took it to peoria collision center and they found out that Brads collision didn't put brackets into my car. Also I got into a mini fender accident and some how Peoria collision said my mirror clip was broken .. I added photos of how they sent me home with the hood with a big gap. read more

They also buffed off the fingernail scratches on the door handles. I can't reverse the mileage on my car, but they reversed the age of with their expert body work! Found my rear bumper hanging in a parking lot due to a hit-and-run. After doing research, it was cheaper to go through a collision center than through insurance. Friend of mine advised Brad's shop, and it turned out better than it was before! I tried looking for slightest color mismatch from every angle with all kinds of lighting levels, and couldn't discover anything! No signs of repair or bumps.
