This was my second time having repairs done by Unique Dent Removal. Both times (not sure I reviewed my first time) were excellent experiences. Somebody backed in my car in a parking lot and the rear was damaged. I opened an insurance claim against the other person and it did not go anywhere. The adjuster kept giving me the brushoff!! Quinn took care of everything for me with the insurance and I could not be happier of the result. It was fast and my car looks like new. I highly recommend Quinn and Unique Dent Removal for their friendly and professional customer service, excellent job and reasonable pricing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. read more

Just amazing! Quinn did an excellent job. Did not need to touch up the paint finish. Very reasonably priced. He's the best in the business. Many thanks to Quinn. Took my motorcycle with a minor dent in the front fender. Noticed this dent after I brought the motorcycle back from the Harley Davidson dealer that replaced the tires and did general maintenance. I backed into a low hanging tree branch with my new Hummer EV. Had another popular dent removal company tell me they didn't want to touch it. Took it by Unique, Quin took a look and said he could make it a lot better but not a guarantee for perfect. He did an Amazing job, I can't see anything. For a great price as well. Cant recommend this place enough, Quinn was very polite and fast to get me scheduled in. He stayed honest with me letting me know the dent on my door was likely too stretched and severe to be removed without conventional repair methods. Regardless he gave it his best shot and you can see the results it came out hardly noticeable now! Just a few hours to get it done for these results I couldn't believe it, for sure will be taking any future dents here! read more

Thanks Quin for making the process of my two dent removals stress free! I made a call to you on Monday afternoon and made my appointment for Wednesday afternoon. You immediately texted me your address. On Wednesday I arrived on time, you immediately looked at my car and gave me an estimate which pleased me. You immediately took my car into your shop and removed the dents in 45 minutes, even while having to assist another customer who came in. The comfortable sofa, TV and soda you provided made the wait go by quickly. The icing on the cake Quin was your pulling my car up to the door so I could easily examine your attention to detail in your work and your kindness in putting my walker in the backseat. You are a GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER!! Thanks so much read more

I've used Quinn twice more since my original review, so I think an update is in order. First, in addition to dent removal services, he does detailing and even owns an auto body shop that does work on a word-of-mouth-only basis, as well as for a few car dealerships. I had Quinn detail the metal tonneau cover on my truck, which had become oxidized and dull after years of exposure to the elements. He uses a special detailing product line called Jax Wax and the results were awesome. The shine was restored and water beads up on the wax, like it should. Yesterday I discovered a fresh dent on my new truck, so I knew who to call. I watched Quinn work his magic for about 20 minutes. Despite the difficult location of the dent on the lower edge of the door, he made it disappear. I learned he's been doing dent removals by hand since 1989 and his expertise shows. My 5 star rating of Unique Dent Removal stands. Quinn does awesome work at reasonable rates. read more

Quinn is an great person! Called Quinn this morning to set up an appointment to have some dents repaired on my Jeep. Was able to meet Quinn at his shop 2pm and he informed me what he is able to do with the dents I have on my vehicle, being that I had a clear wrap on my vehicle where the dents were and he stated that the repair may not be perfect because of the clear wrap. I then told Quinn to proceed with the repair. A short while later Quinn was able to hand me back my car and the dents are gone, freaking awesome. I would highly recommend Quinn and his business to anyone that may need dent repair on their vehicle. ** follow up visit with another occurrence with my Jeep. Quinn by far is the best I have experience with anyone in the automobile body repair business. Quinn took care of all my needs and told what is the best way to tackle the damage with my vehicle. I left it all in Quinn's hand and when Quinn called me when the job was done I was once again blown away by his work. thanks Quinn you're the best and you're a 100 in my book** read more

Quin took my VW GTI in same day, fixed the dents in under 30 minutes to factory new. Super impressed, easy to work with and professional.

The combination of friendliness confidence trust and expertise is a very hard one to beat. I felt all of these things when dealing with Unique Dent Removal and its owner operator, Quinn. He was friendly attentive and the work on my rear bumper and a few minor scratches on the side was exemplary and I feel you cannot go wrong entrusting this man with your automobile. read more

This was the third repair shop I had requested a quote from. He didn't just come out and take a quick glance at the damage. He came out. Looked at the damage and then ran through a series of tests to make sure he knew exactly what was going on. I thought I'd have to replace my backup sensor which costs over $1,000. He removed the broken bumper had me turn on the car and put it in reverse while he tested the sensor which turned out to NOT be broken despite what the last 2 places had said. He offered me a a great price. The work was done quickly. And I walked away happy. read more

I was pretty unimpressed with unique dent removal. I showed up at 8:10, as 8 AM is advertised as their opening time. The door was locked and no one was there but when I called the Number a man picked up and said he'd be there in about 10 minutes. So I waited and had him check out my problem area. He said the damage needed bodywork and and wouldn't be able to be fixed with a simple dent removal. I asked him how much this bodywork would be and he quoted me $1000 minimum. I went to get a quote for the bodywork from my regular mechanic Who typically does my body work and he quoted me $600. I thought it was pretty sleazy The man at unique dent removal quoted me at least double. read more

QUIN IS MAGIC!!! After owning my new car for 8 days, someone dented my passenger door at a Costco parking lot. Ugh. And of course, as you may suspect, they didn't bother leaving a note indicating the damage they had done. The dent was larger than a quarter size and it was on a seam and the paint was removed! My heart sank the moment I saw it! I was wondering what it would cost to get it fixed. I thought about calling the dealership and just felt sick thinking about it. So, I decided to some Internet research and in the process, I found Quin at Unique Dent Removal. After reading all of his reviews on Yelp.com, BBB website, Google, etc., I sent him an email on a Sunday afternoon and within a few hours he had responded with a quote. On Monday, I spoke to him on the phone and he said he could come by to check out my car the following afternoon. He came by and looked at it. As soon as I agreed on the quote ($125), he started pulling out all sorts of equipment from his truck and I couldn't bear to watch. I went back to my apartment to wait. In 30 minutes, I received a call from Quin. My car was ready. As I walked up to my car, I was so nervous! And then I looked ... HOLY $HIT! AMAZING! IT WAS GONE! IT DISAPPEARED! POOF! GONE! GONE! GONE! YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOO!!! Thanks, Quin, for your help! My car looks new again! read more

HIGHLY recommend this place and Quinn!! Less than a month after buying a brand new A4 (first car I'd had since my high school Honda Civic!), someone decided to slam their door into mine in my office parking garage and not even bother leaving a note. I decided to call a paintless dent company who came out and looked at the dent, but they told me because this damage had been caused to the crease on the door, there was nothing they could do. I lived with the damage to my brand new car for the next almost two years, hoping to save enough money to take it to a body shop. In the mean time, my mom happened to find Quinn and she had the most incredible experience with him. She said he did an amazing job on her Audi but because he wasn't satisfied with his work, he didn't charge her anything! I hoped that maybe Quinn could work his magic on my difficult dent and decided to give him a call. He came out that same afternoon and we scheduled a time for me to drop my car off to his shop. Quinn was very honest and up front with me, quoting me $200 and telling me this was going to be a very difficult dent to get out and I would need to leave my car at his shop for a few hours. He did give me his word, though, that if I wasn't satisfied with his work, I didn't have to pay. That DEFINITELY wasn't an issue. He did an incredible job!!!! I showed up that evening (which, by the way, Quinn was extremely flexible with my work schedule and allowed us to show up to drop off/pick up the car at whatever time was convenient for us), and could not even tell that my car had ever been dented! It looked like a brand new Audi again! Best $200 spent in a long time, and it couldn't have gone to a nicer guy. Quinn is so genuine and you can tell that he truly takes pride in his work. Hopefully we won't have any more dents to our cars, but if we do... we will be going back to Quinn every time! read more

Actually received a referral from Unique to Dentless Images because Brad works in the east valley.. Brad just left my work and was able to fix one dent completely and minimize one dent by about 50%. Brad was honest, fair and best of all, he communicated! Let me know when he was about an hour away and when he got here. Communicated and provided a fair quote a few days prior over text. I would have left this review on Brad's page, but I couldn't find one on yelp! Thanks for the referral Unique! read more

I took my BMW hardtop convertible there for minor bumper body damage and the fact that the hardtop convertible roof would not work. Quin the manager assessed the car and informed me, that the body damage was merely cosmetic and had no effect on the top not working. His advice was to trade the car in. He then proceeded to get his laptop and spent time with in his waiting room to find a replacement car. He then called the dealer and spoke with the General Manager and told them I was coming by and to take care of me. He did all this without getting any payment from me. This auto body shop lives customer service. I have since bought a replacement convertible. I want to get a few minor areas re-painted and I am going back to Unique Dent Removal because of the incredible experience that I received before in dealing with this shop!!! read more

I was not happy with my paint job. It was poorly done and I took back and I'm still not happy!!!! These guys took advantage of a women. Don't take your car here look around. They kept my car 24 days and my insurance paid almost 10,000.00 for a unprofessional paint job! Plus they never gave me a receipt of everything they fixed. Very disappointed!!!! Don't go to this place!!! They tell you-you can rush perfection...okay. What happened to perfection??? read more

Quin is the REAL DEAL!!!! I purchased a new car and two days later, in a Target parking lot, a young boy rammed a cart into the passenger side door. Quin took out the dent and brought my new car back to its condition when I drove it off the lot. He met me at my office and did the repair in the parking garage. I will be using him again in the future for any dent removal! I lease my cars and the finance company is quick to charge for small dents that Quin and his company can take out for a reasonable cost. My poor car was victimized by a car wash and got a small dent in the roof. I called MAACO looking for a quick repair and they referred me to unique dent removal. I called my friend and he also recommended the same. I called Unique Dent Removal this morning at 830. The owner said he would meet me at 9 at his shop. He arrived at 9, looked at the dent, offered an estimate which was quite fair, and had my car fixed perfectly by 10. He also fixed a very small chip in my paint for free. I've never been happier with a car repair than just now. I will highly recommend Unique Dent Removal to all of my friends and coworkers for any dent repair work on their cars. read more

I have done business with Quinn for more than 20 years. When I met him I was a manager at a dealer. Quinn came in and introduced himself and asked if he could repair some door dings so he could show the quality work he was capable of doing.
