Not trustworthy and will put low quality parts in your car while telling you it's original OEM…read more They will fatten their pockets at your expense. If they or Zack tell you it's manufacture original parts they repaired your car YOU need to verify. If your final paperwork says it's OEM original parts that repaired your car YOU need to verify. If they write two sentences in your repair order stating that they used manufacture OEM parts YOU need to verify. Very shady practices and they can't be trusted. Even given an opportunity to fix the issue they won't, but will admit to it. Be careful or best run far from here.

Taking it across town for them to check it out was a no brainer. Warren thankfully agreed for me to come in early Saturday for them to look and take pictures for an estimate. He explained in detail the two possibilities of what they might do. Offered to duck tape the wire hanging from where they ripped the camera/plug out. Updated picture of my Samantha with her tailgate back on! I didn't need a rental as Warren was excellent with finding a tailgate, going over what they can do via telephone and email. I called them up today and was told today would be just fine to come in after work as they were just finishing up. 15mins after arriving and what a beauty! It looks exactly like it did when I first got her! They hooked up my rear camera, made sure it was lined up, checked the locks and got me squared away so quick and with reminders, tips and take cares I felt I was leaving my uncles house with all his buddies after fixing my truck lol. Second time, with years in between visiting, and this is some where I'd go again if I ever need the help.
